It did not indicate that they were not in stock, that they were hopelessly back ordered, or that they had no idea when they would be in. A week goes by with no tracking number. I called customer service to find out that they did not have them in stock, had no idea when they're coming, or if they were still being produced! I decided to wait another week because the price was very good. I called again, still no clue. I waited a couple more days and then canceled the order. Their "refund department" was quick to send an email acknowledging the refund. Almost a month later, I still have no refund! You cannot talk to the "refund department". You can only send them an email to which they will not reply. When you call customer service, they act like they're going to do something for you yet they don't do anything. Brought some wheels here to have the faces remachined, lips polished and clear-coated. They set the expectation that it would take a week. Three weeks later, after multiple phone call check-ins since dropping off my wheels, I physically went back in and the man who went to find my wheels never came back. Someone else intervened and promised to call me with an update. Two more weeks of me calling them for an update and being placed on hold indefinitely - to the point where the phone system times out and hangs up. We go back in and are told that the wheels have been completed but they didn't have any contact information for us to let us know. What the actual heck??? The wheels were returned without all of the bolts. There are scratches that were clearly clear-coated over. And there are small bubbles and runs in the clearcoat itself. They would not do anything about it either. I posted a video on my TikTok and instagram that went viral and the staff requested to fight me. We paid for the rims mounting and balancing and we were requesting additional work. Billy Vaughn (owner) told us the rims were local and he would have them the next day Saturday July 12, 2025. He also said he could not mount them that day but would call me Monday to set up the date. No call Monday 7-14-25, I called them spoke to Erain he said he would call me back because the rims were not there. No call back. Tuesday 7-15-25 I called them again requesting information I got "let me check the tracking & call you back" zero call back phone record to prove it. 7-16-25 my husband went there in person and was told the rims were in California and being shipped. (NOT LOCAL) He requested a refund. He was told that there would be a 30% restocking fee which WAS NEVER mentioned to us nor is it on the receipt. We received $1198.00 and paid $2140.00, that included mount & balance of $160.00 (how do you charge restocking for mounting & balance?) The bottom line is the rims were not local, they were in CA and they were still not there on Wednesday when my husband went there. (how do you charge restocking on something that was never received at the shop??? These people are criminals. I ordered 2 tires and they are on backorder, but if i cancel my order i will be charged 30%. I tried to talk to them about it but all they say is that i can choose a different tire that won't match or i can pay the 30%. Salesperson on the phone says there is no way at all to avoid this 30% fee even though they don't have the tires to sell me. I have to let them hold my money until either the manufacturer ships my tires, or lose 30% of it. So i guess they are just holding some of my money until they decide to give up. Online, they appear to offer any wheel you might ever need, including some hard to find ones. Now let's talk about the financial hanky-panky. I ordered and paid in full for a wheel to replace a bent rim on my car. I tried multiple times in the intervening weeks to reach them through their "contact us" website feature without a single reply, so after 6 weeks we were out in their area, at a time when they were open, and stopped in their office. After waiting about 10 minutes with nobody around a young guy appeared out of the back and asked us what we needed. I gave him our order number from my screenshot of the order. He looked at it puzzled and proceeded to tell us that it was one of a group of orders that had been lost. So I asked what could be done to expedite it because I really needed it. He went to his computer and told me the wheel was no longer available and they would have to refund my money. I said ok and he told me he would give the order to his boss to process the refund. I ordered a tire for $364 which they promptly charged me within seconds. I never received any future communication for a week after the order so I called them to get an update. They told me the tire was held up because of tariffs and didn't know when it would be delivered. They told me it probably wouldn't be in until next year. He then said he would cancel the order if I wanted and I agreed. I then received a refund of only $255 and I called to see why the full amount was not refunded and they told me it was a cancelation fee from the vendor but he would go to bat for me to get it refunded. I never heard back from him after a few days so I emailed them several times and never got a response. So I called today and he said he reviewed my order and talked to the vendor but couldn't get them to refund the cancelation fee. I argued with him for several minutes and even asked him if he felt justified in charging me a cancelation fee for something they didn't have or could even get and he just kept telling me they're was nothing he could do and there was no one else I could speak to about the fee. I made an online order from this company for Black Rhino Recon rims on 9/26/23. After waiting weeks for my order to be filled I called the company only to find out that they do not have these wheels in stock(there was no indication on the website that these wheels were not in stock). Billy and his guys took care of doing the research. His guy Horton found the right custom wheel and tire to fit just right and gave it a amazing transformation from a soccer mom van to smooth custom ride. My car feels like it is going to fall apart! I'm not sure why I didn't listen to the reviews before coming....I took my car here because I ordered some wheels from Costco that didn't fit correctly and needed spacers. Since Costco wouldn't install the spacers I started calling a few different wheel shops to see if somewhere would do it, and most shops wouldn't because I didn't buy the wheels directly from them. Extreme wheels got me in the next day and installed spacers and new wheels...I think it was a tad expensive but I was willing to do it because they were the only place who said they'd do the job...and it looked great and drove great until I got on the freeway and my car started shaking like a Jeep with Death Wobble. I brought my car back a few days later and they told me they thought I needed a different type of spacers, and would get back to me about installing them since they had to be special ordered....they also added that they would not use what I already paid as credit towards the new parts/work, which I would normally understand, but the ones they installed were at THEIR recommendation and ordered by THEM, so it seems unfair to me. Well it's been a month, and after texting with one of their workers 6 different times asking for an update, I've gotten "I forgot what kind of car you have" and "sorry i've been gone" as responses, and now no responses at all. My car still shakes horribly on the freeway and feels like the wheels are going to fall off and nowhere else will touch it because I didn't get the work done by them. Before i write my review, I am not telling anyone not to do business here. I think its very important to do your own research and read other peoples reviews about this business. I hope you read my review and hope for the best! My situation is as follows (short version) I ordered a set of wheels that were advertised on the website. Come to find out they don't even have the wheels in stock and they were charging $3 to $400 more then the original price from the actual company and mind you this was the ONLY site that specified that they had the wheels in stock. I used Affirm which was also another lesson i will not include in this review but as far as Extreme wheels goes when the order was placed in March i was notified after that they do not have the wheels and could not get them...at this point we are emailing back and forth....i told them i would look for another set of wheels via email because they cannot get the original wheels i wanted and a few days go by and i tell them i cannot find anything that i like now keep in mind the set of wheels i originally purchased was basically $1800 with lug nuts etc...they reach out to me and tell me that they can get the wheels i originally ordered they spoke to the original manufacturer and they said they could make a set but there is no time limit on when it can be done....mistake #2 for me was believing them and i said ok that sounds good im willing to wait....(now they have me in an email saying its ok if i wait for this set of wheels with no time limit from the supposedly original manufacturer) and before you think well why did i agree to this? the wheels are for a project car which is close to completion so i have a few months at this time. Another few days go by and im thinking to myself this is highly suspicious so i try to cancel and have them refund affirm so they will not charge me....long story short not only did it take me a total of 4-5 months to receive wheels i was not 100% sold on i had to pick something because affirm would start charging me and EXTREME WHEELS would not return the money to affirm they made excuse after excuse on why the money could not be returned to affirm because of the email...I tried to go through affirm to resolve this issue and someone at EXTREMEWHEELS told them something to where affirm sided with the business not the customer with no protection to the buyer at all and no price adjustment for the new set of wheels i got that were about $330 cheaper.....i have called EXTREME WHEELS maybe 5-10 times somewhere in that area to have the price adjusted and its the same response every time unfortunately .... sorry this is so long just wanted to shed some light on this company and why you may or may not want to do business here...also FYI seems like they do business through Wheel Pros so i would save myself a hassle and do business there instead.... read more

I told the sales person I had a 2009 corvette base conv with the z51 package, he recommended a rohanna RFX2 wheel 20x9 in the front abs 20x12, I told him the z06 has a 20x12 in the rear because of the rear quarter panels.. He told me to not to worry that they will still fit under my fenders do to the offset. So I purchased the rims. And mounted them and the rear wheels stick out! He sent me the wrong offset should have been a 20x12 82mm offset he sends me s 20x12 65mm offset which is for a c5 Z06! I called them back and they told I am pretty much out of luck because the wheels were mounted. I trusted them because I thought they were experts!!!!!! They aren't!!! $2300 down the drain.
