Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus.
