The fact that they came directly to me made everything so convenient. No waiting around at a shop, no rearranging my schedule. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and got right to work. The workmanship was flawless. You can immediately tell they take pride in what they do. They used OEM BMW parts, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of the repair, and they were completely transparent about everything. They also walked me through backup options in case my insurance didn't approve OEM, which I really appreciated. No pressure, just honest and knowledgeable guidance. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept informed and updated the whole time, which made the experience stress free. What truly impressed me were the finishing touches. After completing the job, they vacuumed the interior and cleaned all the glass, leaving my car looking better than before. That level of care speaks volumes about their professionalism. If you want amazing workmanship, clear communication, and the convenience of true mobile service, Precision Auto Glass is the company to call. An outstanding experience all around. Highly recommend.

Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job.

In mid May 2026 I had a tech from the North Ave., Bridgeport, CT Safelite come out to replace my…read morefront windshield. He was kind, courteous and things proceeded like when I've used Safelite in the past. They followed their mandatory process of removing the wiper arms and broke my wiper transmission linkage so that I no longer had a driver side wiper arm that could be put back on. The tech snapped the screw thread coming out of the spindle rod, and in its corresponding nut. I emailed store manager, went to the store, I spoke with Safelite's customer care department, but they continued to deny liability. They said it was due to prior wear and tear and that "someone else did something wrong." All kinds of excuses. They were trying to blame my mechanic who replaced the wiper motor five months before when my wipers worked fine for five months through heavy rain and snow until Safelite worked on my vehicle. Please note the technician worked on my car for about 24 minutes, before showing me the snapped screw in the spindle rod and its corresponding nut. He never advised me of any problems with the wiper linkage prior to that. I got an estimate to replace everything by my mechanic and it was going to cost $476. After not getting anywhere talking to the store and their customer care department I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They continued to deny any responsibility for their damage. Safelite left me with an automobile that was not legal or safe to drive for weeks, so eventually, I bought the part myself and after much personal labor I fixed it. I offered to close out the BBB complaint if they would reimburse me for parts, tools, and a fraction of the labor I had to put in for much less than $476. They still denied any and all liability. My advice to anyone is to take pictures/video before Safelite starts work on your vehicle and maybe stay with the tech while he works on your vehicle. I will not use Safelite again. Yes, I know it sounds like a lot, but after what I've been through I will not use Safelite again especially their Bridgeport location.

We had two vehicles serviced -…read moreone GM full size van, and a Honda sedan - and we were very pleased and impressed with the experience. They are a LOT more reasonable price-wise on oil changes and the associated service items, as compared to car dealerships, by around a factor of 3x, which is remarkable. I'd say they are pretty comparable price-wise to the other places that specialize in basic service items such as oil changes, but they come in at around 1/3 the price of dealerships - which is unbelievable but true. It's a very clean and pleasant facility. They give you several choices of the grade of oil you want to buy, and explain them clearly - although the price signage could be a little more clear. The staff is knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Overall, excellent.

I appreciate that they worked to resolve the issue, even though it took longer than I had hoped. After my daughter's oil change, her car started leaking oil. We brought it back and within five minutes we were told everything had been checked, everything was fine, and the car was safe to drive. Unfortunately, because the car wasn't parked in one place for very long, we had no idea it was still leaking. It wasn't until the car sat in our driveway for three days that we discovered it was continuing to leak oil. By then, she had already driven the vehicle all the way from Connecticut to North Carolina with the leak. Brand-new driveway covered with a big oil stains. We took the car to our local Take 5 in North Carolina, where they found the problem almost immediately: the Connecticut location had failed to install the gasket on the drain plug during the oil change. Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is that we recognized there was a problem, brought the car back, and were reassured that everything was fine after only a few minutes. That reassurance led to a 600+ mile drive with an active oil leak. This could have caused catastrophic engine damage, and instead it left us with a damaged brand-new driveway. This wasn't just an honest mistake it was a failure to properly diagnose and correct a problem that they created after we specifically returned because the car was leaking oil. Extremely disappointing service and a preventable situation that never should have happened.

I called my insurance and the repair was going to be completely covered. ...except that Glass America is crazy lazy. My car is a 1997, so they didn't have a matching mirror in stock, which makes sense. But the guy on the phone said that "It would be difficult" to get the part. Dude, it's a fully covered procedure -- you order the part from someone else and when it gets here, you install it and get paid. But that extra step of ordering a part is ap too much for this lousy business.
