I've been going to Body Systems Wellness on a regular basis for well over a year. Yes, I was bummed that Jenny and the crew are gone. That's life and I am open to giving the new crew, who is professional, friendly and caring a chance. Life is about change and I can only hope that Jenny and crew have gone on to things that will make them happy. My experience with Gina was great. As great as an IV can be when one is severely dehydrated after an over-filled lap band. Gina was professional, friendly, caring and thorough - even while being unfairly berated by a client. I was there during one of the scathing reviews. There was nothing Gina could've done to make this woman happy. I feel that Gina was unfairly reviewed. Mind you, this was my first visit with Gina. I don't know her. In all fairness to Ms. D, she may have had some valid concerns, but they had little to do with Gina's knowledge, expertise or service. These were issues and concerns she should've taken up with management. Gina held her composure and continued to give the best service possible, while being mistreated by this woman. read more

Thank you to the entire team at Body Systems Wellness!! I received Stem Cell injections for my right knee. Surgery and cortisone injections were not something I wanted to do. I was also told I would need a knee replacement. Since my stem cell injection that was approximately 3 months ago I've seen a 90% improvement in pain and function. I'm now going to get stem cells for my left knee. Dr.K,Angie, Kirti and the rest of the staff are fantastic. The wait time was a little long during my initial stem cell injection but for good reason. The parking lot attendant is strict so make sure to get validated.(side note) What I really like about this particular clinic is that it's more like a boutique clinic and that is very important for me. The doctors and the rest of the practitioners are always accessible for me. They don't operate like a high volume clinic and are very selective with who they approve as good candidates for the stem cell injection. I recently found out about IV drip therapy and decided to check this place out because of the good reviews. My review might be a little premature but I will update a little later too. It seems they just started offering this type of service but the nurse knew so much about the IVs. I told her exactly what I was looking for with this type of treatment and she went over vitamins and how they will help. She recommended the Meyers cocktail and I have gotten it twice now, I always leave that place feeling so refreshed. The ladies at the front desk are so polite and helpful. I went to this place to see about getting testosterone replacement therapy. They had me go for labs and found that I did, in fact, have slightly low T, so they started me going on a regimen, promising to take care of all of the ordering and supplies. Things started off well at first - after a few months they had me take another test and my T levels looked much better. But that's where they got lazy. A year later, I have had ZERO follow-up care. One time when I stopped by for supplies they randomly told me that I needed follow-up bloodwork, but never followed through even when I called to check up on it. For testosterone replacement therapy that's REALLY REALLY bad, potentially dangerous. Supply ordering was erratic - they would send me too much of one thing and not enough of another, and I was constantly having to stop by the office to trade the supplies I was sent for what I needed. Finally I got a call yesterday that they were jacking the price up by 40%, which they blamed on their pharmacist. However, these guys were already VERY expensive and didn't take insurance. This place is probably fine for in-person treatments, but if you need anything requiring ongoing care, I would definitely look elsewhere. I should have demanded more of these guys and should have left sooner. read more

I won a raffle for $3500 of service at their promo presentation at The W Hotel, Hollywood. I Was sooo leery that there would be a hidden charge, guilt sell attempt or some other secondary treatment. I was pleasantly surprised and blessed! After an analysis and treatment plan, I elected to go with the PRP facials which ACTUALLY WORKED! No pain, all gain! my face is now even toned, velvety and years younger looking, no lie guys!. I also had PRP for hair loss due to Alopecia. 3 treatments later, and my skin bald patch is filling in! I tried Kenalog shots, hormones, Fluocinonide Jamaican Castor oil etc, and none had worked. My technician, LIANA IS THE BEST! ASK FOR HER! She made me feel looked after and cared for. I just moved to the Monrovia area from the Baltimore/DC area... it has been tough! I was so dehydrated, fatigued, sore, exhausted... the list goes on. But when I had a second to think, I remembered the wonders of IV hydration treatments in the DC area, which is just starting to get on the rise. So I did quick online searches and I found Body Systems Wellness online and saw the they offered a number of great whole health services and their IV drip menu was excellent in variety, but particularly in price. I sent a quick online inquiry and was delighted to get a response quickly. I decided to set an appointment right away for a simple Hydration IV Treatment and went in the next morning. First, I was very happy with the clinic's environment and very professional demeanor upon walking in. But what was the the standout (and why I gave it 5 stars) was the nurse who was in charge of the "IV Lounge", Naomi. She was absolutely stellar. She was extremely professional, yet very personable and warm. As a professional in the hospital/healthcare industry myself, I was very pleased with her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and pleasantness to work with as a clinician. She had a lot of trouble finding a good vein to get my IV in, but that's very normal for me because I'm so thin and have tiny veins that roll, but she kept very calm, cool, and collected. She had to try a number of times, which was not ideal, but I did not mind at all because she took all precautions and it was not at all her fault. I want to dedicate the majority of my 5 stars in this review to her. There was another gentleman getting his IV drip started during my session and she got his in during a matter of seconds, and he seemed to have an excellent experience too. Great job, Naomi, and thank you! I am definitely planning on becoming a regular here. Ask them about their frequent client/membership deals because I think they are more than fair and are worth venturing into if their services are something you are seeking in the long term on a regular basis. They will give you all of the information you need and I found that their front desk employees were also equally as helpful. I have had degenerated disks in my lower back and neck, most of my adult life. Doing anything at all while bent forward would cause my back to go out within two minutes. Walking around was painful without learning on a shopping cart, I had resigned myself to no longer being able to even go to a Flea Market. After sitting for any amount of time, especially in a car, it would be impossible to stand straight for many minutes, I didn't believe there was any space left between my vertebra to inject any substance. Thanks to the free Xrays and Comprehensive evaluation, they found just enough to make me a good candidate for the Stem Cell treatments. Many are not as fortunate, sadly. I had the Stem Cell injections on Sept. 4th. Within that first week, I would be standing straight right out of a car, even after a long drive. I did wear the support belt they gave me, religiously. Also, within that first week, I walked quickly for the first time in probably a decade. In the weeks since, all the activities that would cause my back to go out in the past, no longer did. It's been a year and 10 days since I got my stem cell injection at Body Systems Wellness. I'm so delighted to report this on today the 14th day of October, 2020. It's my 59th birthday and prior to going to Body Systems Wellness I tried arthroscopic surgery on my right knee due to tearing both meniscus. That worked for about 5 years then the pain began to come back. So, I went to a free lunch Dr. Kurestian and his wonderful team put on. I was impressed. I did attend another event regarding stem cell. I was not as impressed with the first one as I was with Dr. Kurestian and his team. Additionally, I did research stem cell therapy and I was convinced this is much better than knee replacement. Albeit my right knee was getting to the point of almost being bone to bone with no return. I got the stem cell injection just in time. My pain after one year has subsided to the point where I can do many things I was not able do due to the pain my right knee was causing me. I walk an average 5 miles a day, I can still paddle board, ride my bike and still doing my martial arts regularly with out pain which I am so grateful to Dr. Kurestian and his team. I'm 59 now and getting to the point in my life where pain management is important. Especially because as I was into extreme sports when I was in my youth, like surfing and motor cross riding. Wow I have so much to say!. First of all I had the stem cells done on both knees and lower back. I was in so much pain and then had the procedure done. Amazing !!!!! NO MORE PAIN. This place is the best! I started a new workout routine to lose body fat within a short period of time and my trainer recommended this type of treatment for assistance and recovery. I love love love the B12 drip with MIC, I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT decrease in my BF percentage. Obviously, this drip doesn't take full credit for it but it was a factor. I recommend taking this extra step if you are trying to lose weight, it's going to help and you will notice a difference after a few sessions. This place saved the day. I was feeling under the weather all day, searching for IV spas who could take me last minute, body wellness to the rescue! Dr. K does drips now!! I used to get chiro care from him but I heard he added a line up of services so I had to see this for myself. I am coming off a cold so I got an iv drip yesterday and I don't know if it's just me but I feel a bit better. The rn recommended the myers drip so, of course, I went with the one she suggested. I immediately felt relaxed as i sat down, the room was tailored towards the drip clients only so it was dim, the music was sooting and I felt extremely comfortable there.
