Maria was a lifesaver. We just slept on a long red eye flight and our backs were killing us lol. We called a bunch of masseuses and not only were very few were available, but their prices were egregious. We were in Kauai for a week and booked Maria for 1-hour massages two different instances. Both times, our muscles were loosen up and our bodies were relaxed as a result of Maria's meticulousness and care. Maria came to us at our hotel in Poipu with a big massage table that she was able to roll in, clean sheets, and bluetooth speakers to set the spa-like atmosphere. The massage itself felt blissful, where I felt like the tension in my body was melting away. Maria's also knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of your body. The massage didn't feel like a traditionally trained massage, but I figured it just was me. My husband went after me and only 40 minutes into his 90 minute massage she got up and said she was tired and had to leave. She said she had other appointments she couldn't cancel. I regularly get massages back home but there is something special about Maria - she is kind, professional, and REALLY good at what she does! Her technique is customized to your needs; she can do gentle massage, or deep tissue, and has an incredible knowledge of how the body works.
