Unfortunately, I did not get the person I originally booked, and no one informed me of the change beforehand. The same thing happened to my friend as well. Additionally, during the check-in process, the front desk never gave me a card or questionnaire to fill out regarding the focus areas for my massage. Since this was both my friend's and my first experience here, I expected better communication and a more thorough process. Instead, the experience left me disappointed and a bit shaken. Another awkward part of the experience was the checkout process. At the end of the session, they wait for you at the front desk expecting a tip. Of course I planned to tip, but the pressure and expectation made the experience uncomfortable. One especially odd part of the Signature Massage was that the masseuse inserted her fingers into both of my ear canals without warning. I was completely caught off guard and really disliked that part of the service.

The bed was clean and had the face cradle built into the mattress. The therapist I worked with was petite but powerful and she was able to get into some really gross knots. The massage was very good. However, be prepared to spend $90 for 45 minutes. When I first came in, it was $70 for 45 minutes, but there was an $4 fee for using a card, and I tipped $6 before we even had the session, so that was $80 for 45 minutes that I hadn't even gotten massaged, yet. Right as I was leaving, I noticed a sign in the room that said that said that the facility didn't tolerate any aggressive tip seeking, and then I went out to finish the appointment and was told that they usually suggest $10 tip per 30 minutes, though there was no signage anywhere that had a suggested tip menu. I was all fuzzy from after my massage and wound up just giving an extra $10 on my bill. Usually, I pay my regular CMT $100 for a whole hour, so this was extremely expensive. The massage was good.
