I created friendships on day one and now we are constantly checking in together to see our next workout. When we arrived, we got complimentary towels and a heart rate monitor to strap around our body to use for the day. The coach was amazing. He was pumped, great at explaining the exercises, & kept pushing us to push harder. At the end of the class, they gave us a cool essential oil infused towel. The class I went to was a combination of rowing, tread, core and weight lifting. I liked the idea of 'switching stations' after a certain amount of time. Since I was new, the instructor reviewed everything with me at the beginning of class. There is some simple math to do when you get up to the tread, but I was able to figure it out rather quickly. Classes are an hour long and then there is a stretching portion afterwards. I got a great workout in. It's not really my type of workout, but I'm glad I tried it!

Same line for walk-ups and online reservations, making planning ahead feel symbolic. They take your shoes, the skate hour ends at 5:00pm on the dot, and we left at 4:55 to avoid yet another slow line just to get them back. She landed on her head one of their customers found her went back inside and contacted management. David Jacobs the general manager came out and took care of my mom who had an obvious head injuries. He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. I don't know if the outcome would've changed but what he did help protect my mother and I am so grateful and so is the rest of my family. He made sure that my mother was not moved until paramedics arrived and me and my family are so grateful to your company your management team and your staff. thank you. Thiede family
