Body. For. Yoga. This is like walking into my literal mental space where all is zen. I instantly get happy just showing up. Some days are more movement, some days are breath work and some days are go with the flow. You take what you need. There is some goodies you can purchase from flow wear to crystals and jewelry, etc. They have two studio rooms, one hot one not. Body 4 yoga offers the 1st class free for people who live in Dade and Broward county. If you chose to do the monthly plan it's 45 for the 1st month. I enjoyed my 1st class with them. On Mondays is the beginners yoga classes which breaks you in slowly. I've also taken the hot vinyasa class and even though it's not a beginners level the instructors are patient and very helpful. I am enjoying not only the classes but the instructors and the vibe here. The instructors are sweet and caring and even the other yoga enthusiasts are friendly and caring. Body4yoga has turned my perception of hot yoga from completely negative to absolutely loving it. Why? The teachers are wonderful..The room isn't as hot as other hot yoga studios and they always switch up their moves.. So it keeps the body guessing and makes it more fun.. I've been to classes where they do the same 26 poses every SINGLE class and it was absolutely boring and the poses hurt my body. I had my first yoga experience about 5 years and it was wonderful but I moved a year in and couldn't go to the studio again so I tried to find a new studio.. Considering my first initial great experience I became very picky about my yoga, I've gone to different studios and tried different classes but none compared to my original... Till I came to Body4Yoga about 2 months ago. My first class was with Olga, and i must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at how much I truly enjoyed her class.. So much so, that to this day I always make sure to take her class at least once a week (and it kicks my ass every time, always in a positive way of course). She has a great energy about her, soothing presence and she truly enjoys what she does and it projects off her in every class. Diana, another teacher and owner, is also so welcoming and inviting that it just makes coming to studio that more pleasant. They have different style of classes (hot yoga, power, piyo, etc) and classes for all levels.. the teachers will help you during class if you are having trouble as well.. The studio is always clean.. If you do not have your own mat, you can borrow one for the class and they offer protein shakes after class. I will say that ever since I've been coming here my body and overall health just seems to be getting better with every class and I have them to thank for that. My fellow yogis. Dude. This place is zen-sational. Came to try out their free trial class (for Broward and Miami-dade county people) with a friend. We signed up for the 11am Sunday HYP-BARre class with Francis. Definitely loved it. :) 1. Google maps will route you to the right place. 2. Francis checks in with you to ensure you're still down to go the day before. It's a small class (about 9 people). 3. Their HYP class is a fusion of HOT yoga + Pilates + barre. You will stretch, workout, and SWEAT. It was 1 hour and 15 mins of awesome heat. 2 heaters in the class; all props were available for use (dumbbells, Pilates circle thing, bands, foam blocks, small medicine balls). I brought my own mat, so I'm not sure if they charge you to use theirs. 4. The actual location is awesome. Shoes off at the front door/by the cubbies. Lockers in the back (past the front desk) so you can store your stuff or lounge. Water, clean towels, mats etc are available. They even have a shower in one of their two bathrooms. Had the pleasure of participating in the Yelp hot yoga class and I must say for being my first hot yoga class I really enjoyed the class. The yoga studio is located in a plaza off the palmetto which was not hard to find. As soon as you walk your senses are greeted by the pleasant aroma of oils and the The instructor Dianne was very personable and knowledgeable about the ashtanga practice. I've been wanting to try hot yoga for some time now but wasn't sure I would be able to get through a session. However I was pleasantly surprised how well I did for being my first. The instructor went at a great pace and I never at any point get like I could follow through on any of the poses. Highly recommend this gem! Will be back very soon. read more

Disclaimer: I am very socially awkward with severe anxiety and have tried pretty much everything to calm my ever racing brain down, I kept finding things I enjoyed and then I'd quickly bore, until I found YOGA!!! Not to say I am any less awkward because WHEN you come to Caution you will still see me sitting in the back corner probably too shy to make any kind of conversation. But yoga has literally changed my life! Enough about yoga though, because if you are looking at this you already have some kind of interest in the practice. This is what sets Caution apart from ANYWHERE I have been before (including but not limited to: yoga studios, crossfit boxes, spin studios etc...), Everyone is so friendly! All of the instructors are genuinely nice people there to help you out. Most people are intimidated by yoga thinking it's all skinny mini uptight perfectly flexible women... this is not that... well the instructors are beautiful and super talented... wait I'm going off on a weird tangent... I mean they are all really welcoming and whether you are a mother of 4 super beginner or an ex dancer with the flexibility of a glass of water (bad analogy) this is the place for you! The people are great but honestly the whole place is amazing it's so quiet and calm and CLEAN! Which is a lot to say since everyone that goes there loses soooooooo much sweat and it doesn't stink or feel muggy or gross in any way. The floor is pristine, important fact since you will be laying on or near the floor and no one wants random strangers loose hair or dust or dirt on their sweaty legs. All in all I would recommend Caution Yoga to everyone! But like I previously stated I'm kind of awkward (have very few friends) so I am putting it out here: GO TO CAUTION! Where do I even begin with this yoga studio?! For starters, I freaking love it here!! A friend of mine recommended me this place over a year ago, around December 2016, so I decided back then to try it out because they let you have a free class. I tried the hot yoga vinyasa with Olga and all I can say was WOW, I loved it so much although I nearly passed out because it was so hot lol but the energy was so real. I'm not sure exactly why it took me a whole year to actually register but what I can honestly say is that joining Body4Yoga has been one of the greatest investments I've made for myself in a really long time. The energy and the people who you come across as soon as you walk into the studio is so great. The owners Diana and Olga are wonderful and they truly know how to make you feel at home. This yoga studio to me, is an escape from reality. I feel like nothing else matters while I'm here. Once you walk in, it smells so good, instantly my nerves calm down. When you become a member, they give you your own personal spot on the wall to place your mat which is super convenient so you never forget your mat. In the back they have a little hang out area which is good if you have any kids with you, or if you're waiting for a class to start. In there they have lockers for any personal belongings and super comfortable chairs, honestly makes me want to have a room just like it at home! The studio consists of two yoga rooms, the "Lotus" room and then "Om" room. I've never taken a class in the Om room, but I've seen it and it's much smaller than the Lotus, but the Lotus room is super spacious, equipped with beautiful soothing lights and heaters surrounding the room for the hot yoga practices which are my absolute favorite, I leave the practice sweating like crazy!! Hot yoga vinyasa is my go to, along with some piyo with Olga. I haven't gotten to, but will like to try the Yin Yoga and Hyp-barre. Every instructor is amazing! They definitely know how to create the energy I need to keep myself motivated, I love them all! Another thing that I love about this studio is the fact that they offer a little menu which consists of protein bars, water, snacks for after practice, and shakes (chocolate, peanut butter & chia seeds is my favorite) all for a very affordable price of course. Overall, I can speak about this studio for hours but I can definitely recommend it for anybody that's interested in doing yoga, and really work on themselves, get rid of some stress, or simply to relax after (or before) a day of work. Caution Yoga offers not only yoga but PiYo (it's kind of like Pilates and Yoga had a baby). I attended a Saturday morning class and found PiYo to be really fun. Olga, is a great instructor and stays in tune with the energy of the students present. Afterwards the owners introduced themselves and really engaged with me personally. This doesn't often happen when classes are large or teachers are busy so I was totally impressed with the atmosphere. Great first experience at Body4Yoga! From the moment I called, I received excellent service. Diana answered the phone and gave me all the details I needed to come to my first class that day. She was extremely friendly and professional. Upon arrival, I noticed the place was very clean and smelled soooo good. Whatever they were burning (incense) was delish! I took a noon Pilates class and I have never been so sore in my life. Sam was a great instructor and made sure we were all on task with our form. Amazing thats all that i need to say. I did my first free class and as soon as you go in you feel so comfortable and as if you were in your own home. The owner is an outstanding person too. I tried the hot yoga and man it really works even though I have to admit i'm not in the best shape and with all the sweating and movement i did that ive never done before i got a little dizzy. But the owner is so nice she gave me a sugar pill and some water and stayed with me to make sure i was fine until i felt ready to go back in. This place is the best and even my friend admitted that it was way better than her regular yoga place. We will definetely be going back very soon and will become members!
