Staff has always been friendly and kind, keeping in mind speaking Korean is helpful if you are looking for something specific. It's NOT necessary, just helpful. They have so many Korean focused products mostly in home goods like kitchen items, tons of bedding, rice cookers and kimchi fridges, but also things like makeup, skincare and clothes. Well priced house slippers with a lot of options! The entire second floor is electronics and more expensive goods, which I hear are not the best to buy here. I usually stick to cheaper items, more kitchen and cooking related needs at Kim's. They have a pretty strict return policy which I hear is a bit risky for more pricey items. I went in specifically for Makgeolli supplies and was so happy to find the pot & cups I needed, at nearly half the price of amazon! Support local stores instead of shopping online! I'm definitely a fan of Kim's Home Center and will come here for all my related needs in the future.

So I park in the parking lot and head inside. I walk around looking at the different mannequins for almost 10 minutes before someone comes up to ask if I needed help. So I ask a few questions and told the guy I was buying as a gift for someone and will let him know once I have a few options. Fast forward, I have options now. So now the prices. I get prices on 2 mannequins and ask if they could come down on the price or offer a discount. One he said he could give me 10% off $325 and the other was $300 but he'll ask his boss if she could give it to me for $250 as per my request. Then he told me the $300 priced mannequin was European and normally goes for over $1000. So we go back up front and his boss is wrapped in a blanket at her computer and she says no she can only sell it at $300. So I bit my tongue, and out of love for gifting I paid $300 for the mannequin. And when I went to look at the magnetic arm, I saw it was made right here in California. So not only was the service terrible, they were just liars trying to push a deal because I don't know this industry. It wasn't a great feeling and they were trying to hurry me out the building. Then they tell me they don't have a box that will fit the mannequin, when they ship products as well. So I insisted and they said it would take two boxes to wrap it and I told them to go ahead. All around poor experience. I'm sure my girlfriend will love the gift and that will be the only satisfaction. I hope your experience is better than mine. But let this serve as a starting point not a finish, they do have great products, they just haven't learned the service that could really sell their products.

They even offer a discount when signing up for their mailer but keep in mind it comes in Korean. The website itself down be changed to English. Their clothing sizes are all Korean so you'll have to convert to whey the Korean sizes are.

When I contacted customer service, they insisted that ivory falls within the "white range" instead of acknowledging that the product did not match the description. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return or issue a refund, and they wouldn't even arrange to pick up the sofa. The only options they offered were store credit or an exchange. Unfortunately, they don't carry the white leather sofa I originally wanted, so neither option solves the problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering furniture based on the color shown online, be aware that what you receive may not match the description, and the company may not stand behind its products or provide a fair resolution. I would not recommend this store based on their misleading product description and poor customer service.
