It really makes a difference to have a personable trainer instead of someone screaming in your face to give you the extra 10. All in all, AWESOME workout by Eric. This is more than a compliment as I am big runner and I can definitely work out for hours without issues. But Eric gave me a run for my money. There were so many different routines that I felt challenged but never bored. We pulled ropes, we did lunges, we did ab workouts and weight training. He really will customize a workout for you. For me, he made sure to work my entire body finished with abs & stretching. He also told me about the isagenix detox that can help me lose 7-10 lbs in 11 days as he is a believer that no weight training is completed without a diet. I am not the expert nor do I have the educational background that they do and they should have never let me do that because as a direct result, I have a torn rotator cuff, which is excruciatingly painful and is preventing me from doing anything. So be careful don't assume or trust that these trainers take your experience level into consideration they don't ask questions they plug and play. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL

It only reflects on the owner and manager of this gym and their lack of clear policies and terrible communication. The facility is poorly maintained. A huge hole in the women's bathroom wall has been there for a year. There are no rules about wiping mats or machines after use, and I have repeatedly seen trainers and clients pick up mats they just sweated on and put them back on "the pile." Finally, there are often so many people jammed in that it is an obstacle course of weights, balls, and benches to work around. Second, when I started there using a Groupon, there was no "orientation" or contract discussion. I had to ultimately ask my trainer if I was supposed to be paying him directly or paying the gym. (He suggested I pay him). The engagement was completely unclear and nobody from management EVER spoke to me. In fact, the owner did not address me (not a "hello") in the ~8 months I worked out there. Which brings me to my final issue - there was a big disconnect/miscommunication about "whose client I am" that led to them telling me that my trainer of choice could not train me. Despite the fact that I had no contract with the company, they accused the trainer of trying to poach me from them. Fine. You have unclear policies. But after receiving this news from the owner, I tried to reach him four times via email and text to try to work something out. I never once received a response. So I tried his sidekick - the so-called manager. Same result. No response. As an aside, I do know that the owner is consistently absent and either terribly late or a no-show for his own clients. There is clearly something not right there. Sorry to flame this place, but it really is a mess.

Everyone had great things to say about him. I saw the phone number listed and decided to call. He picked up on the first call and we scheduled a consult the next day! I met with him and I could tell his energy aligned with mine and this was going to be a good fit for me. I decided to commit for 1 year: June 2021-June 2022. I knew I needed 1 year to get to where I wanted with my personal goals which was consistently and weight loss. I met with him once a week, every Wednesday. I figured Wednesday would be a good middle ground, and believe me the way time flys that Wednesday came around quick lol. I started adding 1 day extra a week until I built myself up to working out 4 days a week; 3 days on my own and 1 day with Bobby. He provides these professional body scans that really breakdown your BMI, water retention, and calorie intake. Those little touches make the workouts so motivating and fun. Christine is amazing when it comes to form and technique.
