He referred me to In & Out Auto (James) came and did some work. It worked great when he left. Next Friday, I worked it out and ran to AutoZone for some parts, damn thing died on me at 55 & 401 intersection. Called James, he showed up in 20 minutes, got me running and got me home. I'm normally at Fuquay tire by 0930 and everytime the regular "front office crew" is not there recently and there is a younger gentleman running the desk, I get told they can't get to me at all on Friday for the oil change. Well, that is ironic considering all the other times I am there with the same situations, they take the truck back and I'm home NLT 1 pm. I usually go local for the oil change and then support a local business or two, but this is the second time in 6 months the young gentleman told me he couldn't get to me. This time had a helper "girlfriend" behind the desk hanging out which I've never seen before either. This is just not like Fuquay tire and their normal level of service. I went somewhere else because it needed to be done but it has me questioning if every time I recommend this store if I'm now making a mistake.
