The fact that they went out of their way to help us has made me customer for ever. I am moving to Carolina shores and will travel the two hours to have my car serviced by such a professional company. They hold that right as business owners, which I understand completely. One of their staff members was not aware of this and it was not until after a $120 diagnostic that I was notified they don't accept payments from insurance/warranty companies. I explained to the owner that I had multiple phone calls with this staff member about using my warranty company as payment. Staff is not educated on the shops policy and client is bitting the bullet! No refund.

OK, no worries, but why are you coming up being rude. Joey said, "It looks like y'all are doing a drug deal passing things from car to car in the middle of my parking lot. I'm done, dude it's 830 am. the streets are too busy to be parking on them. No vehicles had entered the business at any point or time while being there. I've never been approached in a manner like that and for this guy to assume a drug deal was going down is completely wrong and unacceptable had it been another race they would have either not been approached or the approach would have been very different. The best part was they called RPD, which I waited and spoke with the officer. This was one of the most racist situations I've been in, in quite some time. I wouldn't have ever thought it would happen in the heart of downtown Raleigh. If you think every black guy driving a nice ride is a drug dealer, then yeah, you're racist, and this is the perfect business for you. Not at any point did a single vehicle come into the parking lot while I was there, Well 2 if I count the RPD officers who responded. My wife drops the car off for service and tell her to get approval for anything beyond what we've asked for (check out a wire dangling from the bottom of the car and an oil change). They call back and say that the car needs some $700 service work done at the 30k mile mark. This apparently is an oil change, tire rotation, AND they change your air filters and windshield wipers. I tell them NO and stop by the Advance Auto Parts down the road and replace the air filters and wipers in their parking lot and save about $500. They did suggest a new battery but wanted $190 to replace it. Advance Auto Parts sold me one of their best for $90, installed it free and gave me a 3 year replacement warranty. Another $100 I'll keep. I know it's an Acura and all, but this place never fails to shock me at the prices they charge. i guess some people must let them do this otherwise they wouldn't tell me these ridiculous prices with a straight face. I'd have given them 1 star, but they did fix the wire for free.

SCAMMER ALERT! Beware of this scammer who will use salvage parts and price them as new. I brought…read moremy car in for a front bumper and radiator installation. When I came to pick it the battery was purposely drained so I couldn't verify that the radiator was installed properly. Spoiler: it wasn't. the fan module was bad and all it took was a simple check with a power probe to figure this out. Meanwhile I had to push my own car out of his garage, call a ride to the nearest Autozone to get a new brand new battery to replace the one he drained. After putting it in I realized that the cooling fan never kicked in when the car reached operating temp. He tried to blame the overheating on a spliced hose leaking but, there wasn't a drop of coolant leaking anywhere on the car. After checking with the power probe I realized the fan module was dead. It costs $50 and only required one tool to install but, this fraud left me with a dead battery outside his shop because he's barely qualified to give quotes for repairs and farms all the work out to day laborers who's qualifications are dubious at best. He talks real big like he knows everything about cars and "can fix anything" but, he doesn't. He couldn't even identify the hose that was spliced. He kept calling it the heater core when it's the coolant overflow hose. His quotes are the cheapest in town because he's rude and doesn't hire qualified mechanics. Matter of fact I think he has dementia because he kept insisting that his guys didn't put a radiator in the vehicle in the first place.

It promised to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. There's no tenderness like before in your fingertips... After I arrived at the dealership the love began to slip away. Amir was simply too busy for me. Over the course of 2 hours, I only got about 20 minutes of his time, and half of that was signing paperwork. I was left to do the research, test drive, and inspect the car on my own. You're trying hard not to show it but baby, baby I know it... When we sat down Amir got stone-faced when I tried to get a lower price (he wouldn't even lower the $599 documentation fee). I would normally appreciate the "no haggle" approach but he also wouldn't deliver on my most basic requests (like ordering a second key or floor mats). Amir was friendly and assured us that the car had been thoroughly checked out at their body shop. Ten days after purchase, the battery was no good. Long drive from FV to Raleigh, left the car overnight, borrowed a car from a friend to get to work. Long drive to get the car back. A few days later the engine warning light comes on. Back we go. They keep the car overnight and replace a sensor. Long drive back the next day to get the car. Both repairs covered under their warranty but both had $100 deductibles. Very expensive car when you add all the gas and extra expenses for a car that was supposedly checked out completely. I'd recommend using a different mechanic to test one of their cars before you buy it. I have sent two emails to them beofre I posted this comment but they both came back with a message saying 'undeliverable'.

North Hills Tire Pros have been servicing my cars for 5 years. When I got new tires, Seth actually gave me a price on 60K warranty tires that was lower than I had estimated it would be! When my 2008 Mazda3 blew a head gasket, Seth inspected the car, and advised me to get another car. He did not charge for that inspection. He offered to also inspect my new-to-me 2016 Mazda3 for free before I purchased it! I brought it by on the test drive and he fit me in to his schedule. Seth confirmed that the engine was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Seth and his team!
