I took my dogs there to be groomed. We called the next day to express our dissatisfaction on the hair cut. The owner, Rachel, was very argumentative. She said "Well it's just hair and it will grow back". She yelled at us that she had a long day and if we didn't like the job they did to never come back again. All we wanted to do was express our concerns. Never would I expect the OWNER of any establishment treat their customers in that regard. She said she didn't have time for this and hung up on me. I'm so outdone at this treatment. So, if you take your dogs there and for some reason you don't like the outcome, be prepared for them be defensive as if they're the victim. read more

Bogarts Bone Appetit has all your dog needs from supplies, treats, to grooming! The place itself is very clean and the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful! My boyfriend and his mom recommended this place to me and my new poodle Sachi. I used their grooming service which I was very quite​ nervous about because she's pretty squirmy at times. Not to mention, a huge crybaby lol. My poodle was heavily matted so I had to sign an agreement that she could possibly​ get hurt with cuts or razor burns which I understood and agreed to. However, they assured me that they'll take good care of Sachi and try their best. I left her there while I ran errands around and they finished faster than I expected. Around ​half an hour wait. My dog came out of the groomers with a huge smile on her face! She was happy as ever because she can finally move around more freely. I was impressed that they were able to shave off the matted coat but keep her soft and fluffy. She had no cuts or burns and seemed perfectly fine. Overall, I spent around $60 for the whole grooming deal which was a reasonable price to me. Actually,​ the ​cheapest grooming service in town that I've found so far. I called about a week before Nimbus's first birthday and spoke on the phone with a great person who went over all the details and I really just gave her the idea and colors and let her have fun with it. I have always passed by and never knew they had a bakery. Today, my husky and I dropped by. First - What a wonderful welcome into the store! It is my husky's 7th birthday today, so I purchased a few items for her. Then I decided - it looked so good, I had to get my husky's friends some treats. I tried placing an order for a cake through their website and the website quotes 24-48 for confirmation. I waited for confirmation but did not hear from them and had to call multiple times to ask on the status. I was well within the time frame for a cake, but they kept giving me the run around and did not call when they said they would. Apparently the baker was off, totally fine, but how would I know when your baker has their day off? As a business you should at least prioritize getting back to the customer. Don't take your babies here!!! I took my baby on 1/8/2022 at 2 pm. I adored this place. At first, the groomer my baby went to the first few times was the best, but she left to go somewhere else, and I should have followed her. I advised the groomer, tiffany that he was matted around the collar, and that was because of the hoodie that he wears. she confirmed after she felt around his whole body and said yes, it was the collar that was matted. Still, she would try to get his coat as fluffy as possible, as I wanted it. I said great. Around 5:15 pm, I tried calling to see if there was an eta on when he would be done, but the answering machine said they were closed, so I drove up there. I went to the back. The young gentlemen and the young lady were talking, and they didn't notice I was there. I saw tiffany still shaving my baby; she said he was matted all over, which was not valid because she confirmed that he was matted around the collar only, and after seeing all the reviews, I see that this is something they frequently do. My pup was excited to see me but was still getting groomed. Tiffany said to give her 30 mins, so I did. While on my way, I got a phone call saying my baby was done, and they were closed. I was 2 mins away. I paid, tipped, and left. We got home, and he was licking himself. I felt his leg where he was licking, and it felt weird. I noticed a chunk that looked like meat or bone and a liquid bandage. They were closed then, so I called them at 8:06 am Monday, 1/9/23. The receptionist answered. I told her what had happened and asked why DIDNT TIFFANY TELL me she cut him?!?!?! she said tiffany was not there, but she would have tiffany call when she got in. I advised her that was not acceptable and can she please call the owner and have the owner contact me. I would like to know the policy and procedures on when her groomers cut a chunk out of people's babies. I was advised that I would get a callback. During this time, my husband took my baby to the vet. I have the summary uploaded for viewing. Tiffany called I missed the first call I called her back and she stated that their covered because all clients sign that they are aware that there could be nicks during the cut I advised this is not just a nick this is a laceration and why didn't she let me know she never answered the question she said I told you he was matted and that he had a skin problem so now she was clearly making things up it was a lot of going around in circles she said they have video footage and voice recording I said perfect I would like to see and hear it then she said she never said they have video footage NOR voice recording I asked where was the owner she said standing right Next to er I asked to speak with the owner she said have a good day Mrs. Lewis and hung up on me immediately called back the same receptionist answered I asked to talk with the owner and she said she wasn't there i then said wow how convenient i was advised she was standing next to tiffany before tiffany hung up on and when I called back now she's not there I asked for a callback from the owner I am still am waiting!! read more

This place is a one stop shop for all of your doggie needs. They carry all different types of food, toys, supplies, etc... They even have a cat section! They also have self serve dog wash stations and do grooming. I love their baked treat options...These are made in-house mostly with peanut butter but they look so cute and are something special to give your furry friend. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about dogs... Especially the owner, Rachel, you can tell she is very passionate about animals and you can even ask her dog training questions. My favorite part is that they host dog adoptions every Saturday. Adopt don't shop and stop by here on a Saturday to give one of the adorable canines a forever home :D read more

The selection they had looks nothing like the photo. I live in Summerlin and have 2 dog bakeries in a mile radius of me and there stuff is GOURMET looking and tasting (so my dog says). I did love this place and the first 2 visits were fabulous. I made the 3rd appointment and was called saying groomer had a cancellation and asked to come early so I dropped my pooch off at 1:15 instead of 2:30. They couldn't find my card and asked me to fill out a new one along with proof of rabies etc. I stated I hoped they weren't wasting my time as I had to leave work and needed to get back. Sadly they appeared to be an unorganized mess which seemed out of character for them. After not receiving a call that my pooch was done after 2 hours I called them to ask and was told yes he was done. I again leave work to pick him up but when I got there was told he wasn't done yet. Well now I'm getting angry because after 2 hours why isn't he done? I went back to work and received a call an hour later from groomer stating he was ready to pick up but when I arrived was told he was still on the table. I was so aggravated by this time I paid my bill got my pooch and left. I got home and took a close look at him and his cut is awful leading me to believe my booked groomer did not groom him this time as she always does a fantastic job. It's sad when I pay $80 for clippers to be ran across my pup and they try to give him some type of poodle cut I always specify I do not want. I did not call back to complain because out of all honesty I don't think they gave a sh!t, the lady that requested I fill out the new card stood there while the gal checking me out told me they found my original and they tossed the new one stood there and couldn't even apologize for that. They stopped me from going to the back to get my pup like I always do so I was suspicious to say the least. In the end my pup ended up sick, he gets extreme anxiety if in a crate and gets stress related colitis so now I'm dealing with that. He was obviously locked in a crate for a couple hours due to her original booking for that time slot showing up but honestly they should have had to wait not me when it was requested we come early. I'm not sure who's running the show at this location but I hope they strive to do better. read more

The owner is very rude and does not know how to treat her clients, they tell you one price and when you go to pick up your pet it is another, be very careful and ask how much it will cost before the service. I also wished I read the comments regarding the grooming at this location before taking my girl here. I have never been to this location before and I will never return. The groomer butchered my baby girls fur and like the comments below it's really choppy and uneven. This is the worst groom my dog has ever had. I figured it isn't worth saying anything to them since it seems from other comments that the manager doesn't care and will just say the fur will grow back. Be careful going here unless you know the groomer. The female groomer that we had today didn't seem to know what she was doing and probably wasn't super familiar with my dogs breed. read more

I love it here! I have been to so many self washes only because I hate cleaning my tub after washing two dogs that don't like baths. This self wash was good, borderline great only because the set up is a little off to me and it could be better. But aside from that it was easy to use and I didn't have to worry about my dogs running off to go explore in the store while I was elbows deep in the tub. I came to this location because they close at 7 and I needed to wash my dogs after work. My main concern was the dryer, but luckily it was perfect. Of course my dog hates it but I'm glad it was powerful enough to dry their fur in a short amount of time compared to others I been to. Upon checking out my dogs couldn't help but notice that they had fresh baked treats and naturally I decided to get one. But because they are so cheap (and apparently delicious) I bought 10. I noticed that they have the dry and wet food I feed my dogs as well as the shampoo, conditioner, and cologne. The baths were 12 each and the treats were just 1.25 each! I couldn't believe my total when I checked out. I really fell in love afterwards.They also have a rewards program for food and showers so the savings will just roll in. So while I have been happy with the knowledge & customer service in person while in the store, their phone customer service leaves little to be desired. Also it for the premium one turns out that they really don't have a generous return policy on anything consumable, it's only 10 days with receipt I had an item for 3 weeks and while I know a receipt is important I didn't have it, however it's THEIR store price sticker on the $25 package. All they needed to do was give me a store credit or exchange for the product my pup likes, I was not asking for money back! I know for a fact they would have sent this package back to the distributor and received a credit back, so no money lost for them, yet I am now out $25!!!! They have just lost a customer and referrals from me! When talking to another non chain pet store in town they said they've heard the same complaint about Bogarts time and again.....so I guess buyer beware and make sure you cram anything new down your pet within 10 days.....Very unhappy & disappointed! I took my tea cup shitzu in for grooming. I usually go to Adriana who is the best. Unfortunately, she is on maternity leave. So Mike and his assistant worked on my dog. 2 hours later I get a phone call from the groomers saying that my dog needs be taken to the vet hospital because they cut her while grooming and she needs stitches. I was furious and very upset. The vet treated my dog with pain meds, anti bacterial and saline solution to flush the wound out and stitches by her elbow where she was cut. The assistant from the groomers took care of the bill. The groomer didn't even bother to call me to see how my dog was doing. I will no longer be taking her there again. read more

This is one of the only places around that sells the raw dog food that our pup needs. After trying to make our own, we just weren't sure we were giving the right balance. Our vet recommended this place to get some raw food. We got the food and when we went to check out the employee was on the cell phone for a good 5 minutes on a personal call. I'm not saying that doesn't happen but she stood at the front doing it. We have since started going to a different Bogarts location with the same food and better employees. We ordered a cake for my mom's dog's first birthday and their Frenchie meetup they had this past weekend. I ordered the cake a couple days before so I know there was enough time. The lady who helped me was very thorough, showed me all the different cake pans for sizes, and went over everything when we were done to make sure it was everything we wanted. Pricing was amazing since we bought a dog caone for our other dog from snooty pets for $25 and probably a quarter of the size as the one I bought from here for the same price. All the dogs loved it!
