Bartenders were very attentive and server was also attentive, nice, and cute, but service on a Saturday night was not good. For a party of 5 took an hour and 15 minutes. It's been over an hour to get even an appetizer, I'm beyond upset. Terrible service! Bogeys is at Pitman Golf Course. We walked off the golf course and entered in from the veranda. We were meeting our wives for dinner so we sat down at a table. There was one other table with people at it eating. We sat there for 10 minutes and nobody asked us if we would like anything. I finally got up and ordered from the bar and sat down with our beers. Our wives arrived and came thru the front entrance and told the greeter they were meeting us and came in and sat down. Now 4 adults sitting at a table with waitresses walking past and huddling at the front and still no one asked us if we needed any thing. Finally a girl walked past and I flagged her down and asked if we could have a waitress. She went to the front huddle and they all turned and looked at us then turned away. We sat for another 10 minutes and still no one came over. So, we got up and left. Confronted the huddle and they asked us if we checked in at the front, which we did not. But, if people are sitting at your mostly empty restaurant at 430 in the afternoon, don't you think somebody could say "hi, do you need any help?" 4 adults. Great place for drinks and finger foods and sandwiches. Today is Saturday and they have live music which was nice. Their braised beef nachos were tasty and the shrimp scampi was very good as well. I ordered a smoke house burger. It came out well done when I ordered medium. So did my wife's, same order. We both sent them back. The turn around time want bad for replacements... but they came out exactly as overcooked as the first ones. This time the rolls weren't even toasted and came out almost cold. My wife gave in and ate half of hers out of hunger and frustration. I took a bite to test the waters. Dry, as expected with a well done patty. I sent it back again. We don't get to go out often with 2 young kids. The least a restaurant can do is cook a burger the way it was ordered. The cook must make burgers all day every day. I refuse to accept that it's impossible to get it right twice in a row. Our waitress seemed surprised that we sent it back. Maybe people don't do that often at this place. She took both burgers off the bill, but frankly it didn't feel like enough. No excuses. Places that can't cook burgers the way they are ordered immediately lose my business. I'm still craving a burger and left hungry and disappointed. A long day of work followed by a ruined date night. Thanks for nothing. Went for a Birthday celebration with a party of 6 adults, all had drinks appetizers, meals, more drinks, & dessert. All were very good and was happy with the food and drinks. BUT! as we were deciding on our after dinner drinks and coffee we were informed that we had to vacate the table to accommodate another party that had reservations. Meanwhile we didn't have our check and honestly weren't even done with our meal. I've been here several times and have always been pleased. I recently attended a fundraiser in their new outdoor area and WOW! It's beautiful out there! I had so much fun that I forgot to take pictures of the set up but I do have one of us playing beer pong. (I'm not sure if this was part of the venue or the fundraiser though). Arrived by 5:30pm Friday the 18th with wife and friend. Do you have reservations was asked of us first? We were seated in the newly heated patio area. Very nice!! Service was alittle slow. My wife and I ordered the bogey burger as we had it last year and loved it! The burger was cooked to order. Side of fries were only warm. Had to ask for salt and pepper. Ketchup was still safety sealed. Wife had to open the bottle. We both picked up our burgers and immediately realized our burger buns weren't fresh. Lightly toasted because they were previously frozen! After a few bites I discarded the bun. It smelled like...I guess paint would describe it! We got another round of beers. The waitress came with our check when it was noticed we were almost done with our second round of beers! We laughed to ourselves as we guessed we were being told to move on!? We asked the hostess could we get a table near the guy playing guitar. We were told without reservation....no! No seats at the bar were open either. We were prepared to stay late and drink and enjoy the music but we're basically shown the door! Not sure when we'll return. Two great experiences there and this one was bad! read more

I've been here a few times before and was looking forward to going back, when we recently visited for brunch. But, I have to say that it was terrible. From service to the food. I was a server for about 20 years, on and off, and it drives me nuts when a server tries to be a hot shot and not write anything down. "Oh, I'll remember".. but then she doesn't. There were 4 of us. We didn't get 2 items we asked for, and one wasn't even worth reminding her for, because by the time she came to ask how everything was (which you should in the first few mins after the food has arrived), it was too late to bother. We were served an app, with no napkins, plates or any silverware on the table whatsoever. We finally had to ask for them when we could wave our server over. We had 4 guests in our party and all of our food, for some reason, was cold. Very strange. The breakfast chimichanga was the size of the McDonald's breakfast burrito and I'm not exaggerating.. another plate at our table was chicken and waffles and the chicken was soo difficult to cut (also a little strange- why?) I went there for a first date and they believed I was apart of a wedding party because I dressed nice and they refused to serve me. The female bartender with black slicked hair in a bun smacked the bar and herself multiple times and called over a manager to speak to us. Went here for brunch for a friend's birthday party. From looking at the pictures and the menu I was very excited to try it. Food was incredibly disappointing. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken tenders were frozen Tyson chicken fingers for sure. Nothing was homemade. All frozen, tasteless food. I am really surprised of the good reviews. The food is average at best. Wife had the Chicken parmesan $25 and it was a big plate of pasta with 1 medium chicken breast on it. it was covered in parsley flakes was not good for $25. my crab cake was again average, bun was not fresh. Also the reservation seating is bias and seem to be kept for people they know. we had reservations (for 4)they told me they had nothing inside but on patio. When we got there at 6pm there were 5 empty table on the right and 3 high chair tables on the left. I asked if we could have a table inside they said they were reserved , but during our entire dinner only a few filled in. I would not recommend or go back. I will not call waitress out by name Julie, but she left our dirty plates on our table for 20 minutes after dinner was finished. to the point were I had to ask her to take them and then she acted pissed at me after that.
