Family friendly with upbeat music and booster seats. The employees at this eatery are incredibly attentive and friendly, walking around the dining area with regularity to keep tables clean & check in each customer if you need anything. Going through the drive-thru, I was asked to practically yell my order from my car because the employee couldn't hear me. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the interaction felt rude and unnecessarily frustrating. Had the customer service been better, I probably would have given more grace regarding the food. Unfortunately, the food itself was also underwhelming and didn't seem as fresh or well-prepared as I expected. The most frustrating part is that I drove a considerable distance to visit this location. If I hadn't already made the trip, I likely would have left without ordering. Between the poor customer service and disappointing food quality, I left feeling like I wasted both my time and money. I've had better experiences at other Tropical Grille locations, particularly the Haywood Road location. Based on this visit, I can't recommend this location and hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and food quality.

It is extremely delicious. Always hot with a side of sweet potato fries. The staff is extremely friendly every single time I go in there and the owner is always saying hello with a smile on her face. The café is always clean always pristine never any issues with any of the food. You can rely on getting a good experience every time you go to Clean Eatz in Greenville. However, I have found our family to be that of unconventional thinkers, so instead of finding a typical after-church dining locale, we went to the pinnacle of consumerism and capitalism--Haywood Mall. Mrs. W. and I had agreed that finding a place for Baby W. to play before or after eating was important, which also was a factor in where to go after learning about our friend and savior, Jesus Christ. The mall recently renovated its play place to include flashing lights, metal slides, and apparently, almost all of Greenville's population under 2. I had heard of Great Wraps and by that I mean I had briefly seen the sign above their food court booth on my way to the amply-hidden restrooms in the back corner of the food court, but I felt today was the day I would try their cuisine. After snapping Baby W.'s chair to a sturdy table, and after Mrs. W. returned with a plate of Thai food she paid $1.50 too much for (her words), I eagerly sprinted to the Great Wraps booth to give it a try. Great Wraps offers a large variety of wraps, although I wouldn't say their variety is great. Chicken something, chicken something else, and more chicken something. But then, there it was ... falafel hummus wrap. My love of falafel goes back to the Bush administration, enjoying those savory balls of chickpeas at the Pita House while avoiding returning to my paying job. I don't know what else is in falafel, but I can only assume it's addictive because I've always wanted more, but I am too lazy to use Google to learn to make my own. The falafel at Great Wraps is neither spherical nor likely fresh, but it is fried, which meets one of the requirements for it being falafel. During the construction of my wrap, I was asked by the helpful young chap who appeared to be knowledgable about wrap construction if I wanted my wrap "spicy." I've had some questionable experiences with spicy food (looking at you Dragon Den), but felt brave and ready to make the attempt again, so I let the young man know I would take him up on his generous offer to enhance my flavor journey. Several other identifiable ingredients later, my wrap was completed and distributed to me for immediate consumption. I added a little of the available shaker spices to my wrap for extra danger and begun consumption. I was pleased with the result. I let Mrs. W. know next time we ate post-religious ceremony Sunday lunch at our local indoor shopping center, I would likely give Great Wraps additional business. Her immediate response of, "OK," brought forth confidence I've not seen since the prior day when I committed to "spicy" over "non-spicy" at the local Dragon Den.

Upon entry to my right is the much advertised salsa bar with about 8-10 choices ranging in heat levels, both green and red, and both creamy and not, and a mango salsa for good measure. It's all you want from the salsa bar to accompany the free chips delivered to the table. I was meeting my middle son for dinner, just the two of us, and upon being seated, ordered a draft Negra Modelo, a darker beer, and it had been a while since I had one of these former favorites. "Small or large?" Was the question. "Large" was the answer. I think this beer was a 32 ounce beer! (See photo). I had two Tinga chicken street tacos and one asada steak taco, corn tortillas and as is the norm, cilantro and onions. My son had two asada and three pastor. Service was attentive but not too much so. A few families showed up for an early dinner. A few barflies hit the bar for a happy hour (Thursday). Restrooms are clean. Tacos were good, just a bit dry, salsas were good. Tortillas were a little drier than most. All in all a serviceable meal, nothing bad but nothing outstanding, good beer.
