The portions were large enough to really stretch one meal into two servings if desired, otherwise, it will definitely fill you up. This is oriented towards the healthy, Mediterranean diet choices. Including the healthy assortment of drinks such as Turmeric Tea, which was good and different and has health benefits for digestion or over the long term, lowering blood pressure - but that is the claim of turmeric, not of the restaurant.
