The calamari and a fish entree came fried and both were greasy and mostly just breading not much protein. We ordered some drinks to enjoy the nice ambiance but both barely tasted like alcohol. It took a while for the server to great us and bring us water but they were nice and also apologetic when they gave us the wrong appetizer. Really exciting menu and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately the food fell really flat. The fish was fried beyond belief and any fresh flavors were overpowered by the dark brown overfried breading. Service was slow but I didn't really mind. Drinks were weak. We came here with our family after a fun filled day because my brother in law recommend it. And boy it did not disappoint! My brother in law and his father joined us, they are Mexican and speak Spanish fluently which was nice because the food is all Mexican inspired so the names are in Spanish. But every dish has a picture, the description is also in English and our waitress spoke both English and Spanish. The picture is so helpful to see exactly what you are ordering. I ordered the Cameron mango, it was beyond delicious! The mango was so fresh, it was so sweet and paired so well with the shrimp. The avocado was perfect, it cut so easily. I liked the little spice mixed with the sweet. The shrimp was finely cut so it was like a salad just no lettuce. My boyfriend ordered the fajitas mixtas and the meat was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was my favorite it had a great flavor. We also ordered the tempura shrimp and gratinado rolls because they are cooked and not raw. The shrimp was my favorite and tasted so good! The gratinado had a good flavor with beef and bacon flavors standing out the most. Great appetizers! The food came very quickly and they kept our drinks full. While we were eating they had a live Mariachi band, it was loud but made the atmosphere so fun! I loved the music, they played in all Spanish. They made checking out painless and split the checks so easy for us, there were 10 of us. This was not just good food but a great experience! Ambiance is wonderful. The menu has a huge selection to choose from. A little pricey, but worth the money.

First off, the service is outstanding. Lorena was our waitress. She was so helpful as we had never been there before and pointed us in the right direction. The ambiance is fun, brightly painted walls and had a Mexican beach feel. Keep in mind that this is a seafood restaurant. There are meat dishes but it's mostly seafood. The whole fish looked delicious but we stuck to the ceviche and a cold seafood mocajete. Both were outstanding, plenty of flavors and the fish appeared fresh. Also had the Cadillac margaritas- 1 was plenty. Reasonable prices too! We will return. read more

Good Mexican food meets good seafood. Come hungry, come with friends, and come with time to go over the whole menu- there is tons to choose from. Big open space, plenty of room, full bar and full menu of margaritas and tequilas. I had one of the ceviche plates, plenty for one person. Tons of shrimp, fish, octopus. Friendly servers, plenty of Spanish speakers and menu, if you need it. In a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking. I'll be bringing friends next time so we can try a bunch of the dishes. It had good flavor, a hint of spicy, but not overwhelming (but you could indeed order it that way if you wanted). read more

Sadly, I cannot recommend this place. We were a large 10 person party(one check) on a Thursday early dinner. The dozen oysters were awful. In fact I wondered if we were going to get sick. The fish dish (pescallaro or something like that was uneatable and passed around trying to find someone in our party to eat it. The tbone steak was dried out and looked like a pork chop. The chips and drinks were about the only good consistent things we had. The poor waiter was waiting on almost the whole restaurant and was doing his best. I tipped him 20% bc it wasn't his fault. In hindsight, we/i should have sent the food back. But I didn't bc I was embarrassed at chosing the place. $400 later, I can honestly say it was a disaster. I don't know how they got all 5 star reviews on yelp. That was the reason why I picked it in the 1st place! Sorry to leave such a negative review. I have never done so before. Just awful. I knew it was gonna be good before I walked in. Greeted immediately in the most friendly manner in Spanish but they had an English speaking hostess. Decor just makes you feel like you're at a beach restaurant. The menu is huuge and visually mouth watering! I already knew I wanted some kind of seafood soup and I was hoping they had 7 mares soup which they did. All kinds of sea creatures in one soup . My daughter had the fajipina which is grilled steak chicken peppers served in a half of a pineapple with the cubed pineapples. So good. The appetizer chips and house salsa is 10/10. I'm sure all the items in the menu are! They even have sushi! I didn't get a margarita but the alcoholic drink menu looked just as appealing as the food menu. I enjoyed my 7 mares soup on a rainy day and it hit the spot. But the side of salad rice and most smoothest delectable refried beans . I don't like refried beans but theirs took me back to when I lived with a neighbor who made the same smooth magical refried beans that I could literally eat with rice and tortilla with no meat! Our server was very polite even with the language barrier, I know a little to order what I want . I felt like it was my birthday. We were so excited to go to this place for so long. We finally went last night and we were very, very disappointed. We ordered 2 kinds of sushi. One of them came out with shrimp on it that looked like it was probably a week old. It was soft and disgusting and didn't want to eat it. The portions were away small compared to some of the stuff that they had brought out that we watched and their service really sucked. We'd ask for things when we first ordered. Never got it asked again, asked like 5 different people never got it. Finally had to get up and talk to the manager to get it. And then we get the bill and they put an automatic 15% gratuity on it. So that would explain why they have s***** customer service because they rip you off on the tip. I don't recommend it, it's way overpriced, the service is. Almost non-existent, except for a few people working so we could have went to the buffet and had 20 different things for less than what we paid. read more
