This place is definitely a blessing to have in St Cloud. I've been here with my Fiance twice now and we absolutely love it. The staff is polite, the food is great, and the restaurant is always clean, especially the bathroom. We come all the way from Woodbury to enjoy this hidden gem. Su gives us great service everytime we visit, and the food is always worth the travel.

Happened to be in St. Cloud and found this on google. Got the soft shell crab po boy and it was amazing. The crab and that special mayo was really good!

Just had dinner with my parents and son and everything was FANTASTIC. My son and I live in western Oregon and we're thrilled to find good seafood when we visit the fam in St Cloud. Service was attentive and kind. My parents were on the fence about whether to get Mild or Medium spice, so our server brought out a sample of Medium. They settled on Mild, and I went for Medium, which was just right for the hot but not light-your-world-on-fire. We shared an order of crab cakes to start. Really well-done. Crisp, but not too thick, crust and definitely fall into the all-killer-no-filler category of crab cake. Just lots and lots of tender crab meat and delicious seasoning. My parents split the peeled shrimp with garlic butter (mild). They were thrilled with it. The garlic butter is ridiculously good. We were wiping it off the plate to get every last bit. I had the Jonah crab claws. Cooked perfectly with the Louisiana (Old Bay-style) seasoning. The corn and potatoes were delicious soaked in both sauces. My little guy (4 years old) had an order of French fries and he at almost the whole order himself. The space is really fun. Beautiful old exposed brick walls, nice clean modern look for the bar, and shiny stainless for the kitchen. They definitely have a great system worked out for getting a lot of food pushed out quickly and efficiently. My parents are going to become regulars (they saw a shrimp po'boy walk by and REALLY want to try one), and we'll be back every time we visit Minnesota. Fast, accommodating, attentive, and friendly! Nice job, the Boil team!

Excellent service and great food. Everything was well seasoned, the shrimp were outstanding. The place had a friendly, casual vibe.

Boil with Jonah Crab Claws, Snow Crab (on the bottom, can't really see it here), Cajun sausage, and Crawfish!

Amazing food! Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. Spices are done, right! And the quality of the seafood is great!

On of those places where you eat and it's so good you don't care about the bill. Service is great and boil sauce is addicting.

My husband had the Red Beans and Rice and really enjoyed it. Lots of meat in it. I was hoping for Crafish Étouffée but it isn't on the menu any longer. So I ordered the Shrimp Étouffée. Very disappointed. Only 5 small chunks of shrimp. It also has a sort of poblano verde sauce or maybe a poblano Maque Choux without the corn. Lots of celery. And the small amount of rice. I didn't eat much of it, after the shrimp was gone it was just bad sauce. A wasted $21. The cornbread was nice with honey butter. We split the bread pudding for dinner and it is excellent - DON'T MISS IT! Service was excellent. Especially the bus boy / water refiller. P.S. They don't do anything for anniversaries. Not sure if we will drive over 2 hours each way for Étouffée that was mediocre. The Crawfish Étouffée was excellent last time.

We made a reservation for a Saturday night and it was busy, but you could probably walk in and be seated if it's a small party. The dinner rolls to start off the meal were amazing. We also really enjoyed the jambalaya, crab cakes, and the grilled salad. The only savory thing we wouldn't get again was the carne asada-- it was fine but not as special as the other dishes. The dessert was also a bit of a disappointment unfortunately, we tried the bread pudding but it came out lukewarm at best. The cast iron it was served in was cold, which was surprising, why not just heat it in that? The drinks were alright. Our service that particular night was pretty bad too-- our waitress was quick to take our order and the food came out pretty quick, but it took a long time for her to come back, and then another 10 minutes to get us a dessert menu. She was running all over the place so I think was busy, but I could tell she forgot about us and I wished she had atleast acknowledged it and apologized. Hopefully just a one-off. We will be back next time we want to have a date night in St Joe, and want to check out their bakery next door after trying those delicious dinner rolls.

We ordered a large (18) order of buffalo wings and a medium (12) order of dill wings. The wings are of good size. The bleu cheese was fairly thick and came with celery. We also shared an order of cajun fries. They didn't have much seasoning on them. BBQ made for a good dipping sauce. An odd heads up, the bathroom sinks are powerful! Refills were virtually non-existent. After about a half hour the food finally came. Oh, I should mention after 15-20 minutes the server came and said there was only enough soup left for one of the two people in our party that ordered it. The one with soup-and-salad opted to just have a salad. It was a seemingly interminable time to get the bill to pay. I noticed that she never changed the soup/salad to salad only, but after waiting some time and not seeing her around, I finally opted to just sign the credit card slip and leave, we'd been there way too long! Worst Letnes-Brother's restaurant service I've ever experienced. Considering I was just at one of their other places, Grizzly's, the day before, which always has great service, I'd suggest there's a management problem at Boulder.

Of course their salad bar is to die for there dressings must be home made, and they make fresh dinner rolls everyday. I had the super sized burger, not as delicious as last time but still great, can't put my finger on why I didn't like it as much, it was cooked a little more then I prefer. The tator tots were a treat, but was given a choice of sides and was not told there was an uncharge for tots, (hate surprises like that, as I would have been just fine with the included fries.) My fiancé had her favorite shrimp dinner but got it broiled this time and said it was like eating lobster. The soup with the salad bar was potato, best she has ever had, I tried a spoonful and must agree. If you guys weren't so far from home we would be back, maybe a special occasion, but thanks for filling our stomachs with such delicious food over the years.

Suffice to say, I'm convinced this is how it was supposed to be be prepared and surely what God had in mind when He created the fish in the first place. It was fried to expert perfection and paired with fries that were far from ordinary. Just for grins I'd also ordered some ala carte jumbo shrimp, and WOW--I didn't think I could have anything that good so far from an ocean. Are there shrimp in any of their 10,000 lakes?? Who cares as long as they're as good as what I had. Nice and attentive service in the type of place I remember eating out with my grandparents when it was an actual treat. Sadly, this is the type of family owned place cherished by the locals but missing from society. They used to be everywhere and in every state. For now, you just have to trust me and find yourself in Duelm. What a treat!
