Unreal. A reputable dealer would drop this manufacturer. We still have gotten no response from the manufacturer, but insurance has covered everything. We noticed last week the LED strips that run from the roof on the tongue side are literally smoking and burning out. I just.....I wish this company would care more about disabled veterans than to sell them absoloute garbage. Please do better. What a nightmare.

They came in under their work estimates for 2 of the three jobs they did and were prompt in responding to queries. I am not an expert on airstreams so I don't know what to expect in terms of cost but I was not surprised. The total work for a doorknob repair, bearing/axle exam and repacking, and bodywork for the above collision took about 45 days; I was not in a hurry, and it was a lot of work, so no complaints there. Finished work was beautiful. When the transport company for my cousin showed up a week early, they called me and were able to release the trailer to the transporter when my wife went over in person-- the right move for the situation, since I was out of cell phone range. Al Martinez responded to texts promptly when I asked for work updates. All in all an excellent experience in helping me in an unfortunate situation.

Shelby told us to get the RV towed in and he would take a quick look to see if he could determine our problem. He offered us a car while they checked on the motorhome so we could get something to eat. Upon returning Shelby located the problem, repaired the problem and we went on our way. After getting it home in Central Oregon I performed a thorough inspection that I should have done prior to making the full payment. No one with R & R inspected this trailer. Fabrication is the work of amateurs. Weld splatters, sharp corners on the aluminum trim and steel, incorrect interior trim for the roof vent (attempted modification for a poor fit), poorly installed trim, nuts missing on the D-ring attachment bolts, screws missing on door trim, undersized door springs (two people needed to close the ramp doors even after I adjusted them), and the WORST - interior condensation dripping from the underside of each roof support and the roof vent, getting everything inside wet. The thin insulation is not continuous, no insulation under the supports.

As a retired custom home builder, I cannot say enough about the quality of the build. This by far exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased. The trailer is built by folks that obviously take great pride in their work. The measurements were spot on, the materials are top notch. The front of the trailer has the RR sticker (Double R). Our friends saw the trailer and said "Rolls Royce" of trailers, LOL. Yep, something we are proud of.

Allen Marsh sales office was open, but their shop was closed.
