I was WAY up in the mountains above Boise in a campground with a diesel leak in my Sprinter van. Lo and behold, he's a specialist in diesel and heavy equipment and man-o-man, he diagnosed and fixed my van in less than an hour. He's my guardian Angel, and I'm not saying that flippantly. It was Thursday before a Labor Day weekend, and he himself was flying out of town for holiday and he sensed how much I needed the help in my situation. He was 2 hours away and was there by noon. After calling in a tow truck back to Wells, feeling like our trip was ruined, we got word that a team of mechanics were en route with another replacement van and were going to repair the original van in order to get themselves back home. By the next day we were on our way and feeling renewed on our adventure! The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.
