    Relaxing morning.

Very nice RV Park - probably the reason why so many full timers stay there. Was there on the 4th of July and was treated to a BBQ and fireworks. Definitely will be visiting again.

Totally appreciate the excellent customer service from the management here at this ship shape Koa! We pulled in off the highway at 10:30 at night with our 26 foot Uhaul moving across the country. Wanting a safe place to park and put a tent up. They accommodated us and we were overwhelmed with relief! Nice and quiet and safe! Nice hot showers! We can't thank you enough!

Well I have to say that my three half to four stars is simply because our personal reason for staying was for the internet and it just so happened that the internet was down the night we stayed. I would have given them a better review if they would have answered one of the three contact numbers listed when the issue arose - but they did not. On the other hand, the staff was friendly, park was very well maintained and they had all the amenities you could want. I have stayed at quite a few campgrounds at this point (we travel for work in our camper van) and this was not my favorite shower experience but it definitely did the job and I didn't feel like the area was neglected. I would suggest to the staff to add a seat in the shower and use some CLR to make the appearance of standing water on the small pink tiles go away (it just made me feel yucky) but other than that it was great. They even offered you a little area to put your shower soaps in while in the shower area itself and it wasn't one of those annoying coin operated or timed showers like some places have. We did bring our dog but given the time we stayed and the circumstances (work) we were not able to play in the K9 camp areas. I did notice the doggy disposal sites around the park though. Another cool thing about this park was they actually had a jacuzzi, not just a pool, plus a gazebo with a lit fire for people to sit around. This perk was real cozy especially arriving around 8:30pm with the rain, the fire pit just gave you a sense of relaxation and coziness that I really enjoyed. I was able to check out the laundry facility even though we did not use it - it was nice. $1.25 for a wash and .25 each ten minutes you dry. Not bad. Again, with some CLR in that bathroom and N internet connection I can rely on I would stay again. Hope this review helps.

I was so excited to visit this place and was hoping it was as good as I hoped. It was! I am hoping to make Idaho a regular trip every summer and if it is, this will be my go to place. This campground has full hookups. The pads are long. Granted, we only have a 17' trailer but it was nice to have a pull through (others are back ins). Our spot had a little 2 person table on a patch of grass as well as a slab of concrete (perfect for our chairs). The unique part of this location is that it has a pond which looks like it's just for looks but actually you are allowed to swim in it. We brought our floaties and just enjoyed the water falling on us as we floated around. The location has a community building that is VERY clean. You can do laundry here or play games. They also have showers that normally have towels but they were all used by the time we finished in the pond. Propane: You just let the office know, put the tank on your number, then someone comes by, takes it, fills it up, returns it. So convenient. In the evening it is pretty quiet. We had our bikes so rode around the park. Very tranquil. There is a donut shop about a block away. We rode our bikes to it on the next day. Before we left, the owner stopped by and I felt that I was meeting a celebrity. I had read her blog from the start to the last one so felt that I knew her already. Definitely make this your stop when in Nampa or Boise. Not a lot of shade but because the way we were angled in spot #38, the sun hitting us was not a problem. Oh, before I forget, they have a decent size dog park so your pup(s) can run around.

Sites had a gravel space with a little grass btw sites and a small concrete area for a couple of chairs. It's a quiet campground. Sites are a smidge on the smaller side. Think enough room for our 38 ft 5th wheel with truck parked next to us but not a lot of extra space. It worked for us however. We would stay here again. Location convenient for what we had planned.

This is not a park we would choose to stay at again…read more The front office staff were friendly and did their best to be accommodating, but they seemed limited by management policies. We recently stayed for 10 nights. The park itself is all gravel, and the dog walking area along the greenbelt was overgrown with weeds and full of goat head stickers, making it less than ideal for pets. Our site was also extremely tight. The neighboring RV's awning was actually touching our slide-out, leaving very little room between the two rigs. The biggest disappointment, however, was how our reservation was handled. We originally booked a 7-night stay, but called ahead to ask if we could arrive three days early. The park had availability, so they gladly accommodated the request. When we received our final invoice, we were surprised to find a $50 "reservation change" fee simply for extending our stay. In other words, we were charged an additional fee for giving the park three more nights of business. I've called and emailed multiple times over the past two weeks asking for an explanation of the charge, but no one has responded. Unfortunately, between the cramped sites, the condition of the park, the unexpected fee, and the lack of customer service afterward, this was not a positive experience. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this park to other RV travelers.
