The shower stalls are brown with soap scum, hard water scale, and the corners of the floor along the walls are spotted with mold and mildew and this has been this way for WEEKS. When the front office was asked about getting the shower stalls cleaned I was told that the lady is old that she can't get down on her hands and knees to clean. The complaint wasn't a surprise to them as they stated there had been several complaints. Really - you hired someone that can't do the job and when you receive a complaint you poo poo it - nice customer service. Hire someone that can do the job to clean the bathrooms properly and keep it clean. If done right, it doesn't take a lot of effort to remove the soap scum, hard water scale, mold and mildew if you use the correct products and a little elbow grease instead of a 2 minute in and out job.

He worked with us ahead of time to plan for how to accommodate my husband's wheelchair, and the plan worked out perfectly. The flight was beautiful, and there wasn't a bad seat in the plane. Kyle even adjusted our flight plan a little to give us the best chance to see the mountains. The breakfast and hospitality at sulphur creek were also outstanding. The first smart choice the owners made was having each tiny home separated enough so you feel comfortable but close enough to interact, if you want. The patio and fire pit were a must have for Spring evenings and the thoughtfulness of having all the supplies (wood, fire starter, lighter, poker) for the fire at or near the tiny home was much appreciated. The layout of the tiny home was spacious and the fit and finishes are top of the line. The on site staff person, Becka, was very friendly and helpful with directions and supplies. The location of Smoke Jumper was central to all of the downtown activities and restaurants and their outdoor community spaces were well thought out and inviting. Smoke Jumper is the perfect place for you if you want a great place to spend a weekend or a week.
