He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them with all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient. I have already recommended them to several friends, and will use them for any future plumbing/heating needs.

The next day: 'oh, I think they were all picked up (looking out my window, I must disagree) Following day: 'for sure today. We're really busy (clearly not with the rental side of the business) 10 AM Day four: 'it will absolutely be picked up today'. 3PM Day four: (out running errands before guests arrive) 'we have picked it up' 5PM Day four: ummm, so it's still here 'oh, yes.
