Before, they had shallow bowls and smaller portions but they upgraded to a deeper/bigger bowl and bigger portion sizes. The only difference is it doesn't come with the free sweet potato chips anymore, but you can still get the chips for extra. But hey, I would definitely take bigger portions over a side chips any day. It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. The interior dining space is always warm and inviting. Always a fan of the high ceilings and the artwork. This location doesn't have a drive thru. I wish they did! I would probably come a lot more often when I have my dog with me. Gusto also has the best sweet potato chips. I love both options- BBQ and regular. They need to sell those in a big bag. The menu has been updated in portion sizes. They no longer have the smaller bowls. The bowls are bigger and get the amount worth what you pay. We ordered the Chipotle Mango Avocado Half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp and Sweet Soy Sriracha half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp. I think it was the manager who helped us out with the menu changes. We visited before but were not pleased with the small portion sizes. We told him we were happy about the change in the size. I received the Black Friday coupon BOGO bowl or wrap. It really helps signing up for the rewards program or having the app. The dining space was clean and inviting. Catering review: This was an amazing catering option for my party of 25-30 guests! Guy, the manager, was super helpful and Beth who delivered and set-up was on point and wonderful. The catering process was seamless and my guests loved the ability to choose their own bowl (I chose the flavor profiles of Mediterranean and Thai -ginger, peanut, lime out of the many options -you select 2) and added a half tray of tofu for friends who are vegetarian. People could choose what they wanted. The bases were fresh greens or brown rice. I chose all chicken with an add on for tofu and each flavor profile had a wonderful sauce and a salad that you could mix into your bowl. They are geared up for catering and definitely professional. You choose either rice, spring mix or 1/2 and 1/2, a mixture of the two. You can also choose to get your bowl in a wrap. Then you choose a themed bowl. They vary in choice or Thai, Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean and a little Italian-ish I guess. I chose the Thai peanut bowl with half and half. It's served with your choice of sweet potato chips in your choice of original or bbq. I got the ne of each as I ordered two meals and I've yet to try them. The packing however is nice. I recommend scooping the potato chip in the bowl It was $15 for a drink, chips, and a bowl which I would say is pretty average for a lunch. The menu for their fresh bowls is diverse and there are several great options, my favorites including the lemon pepper ranch and ginger lime peanut. Only my 2nd time visiting a gusto location. I enjoy the chicken avocado bowl. The sauce has a nice flavor. I haven't tried any other bowl, but I definitely plan to. I have the app and was rewarded a lemonade, which is very tangy but refreshing. The building that has floor to ceiling windows in the drive-thru is so airy and nice to look at. I went through the drive-thru and can see it's nice and new/clean inside. Now, every time I go to sprouts market across the parking lot, I'm gonna have a gusto craving to order a delicious bowl to take home. I'm glad to have them in the area. I had the opportunity to experience Gustos Food at Bodyplex Gym. Here's the thing. If you can package your food and deliver it to a location set it up and still have it taste fresh and delicious. You are truly a great establishment. The food I ate was healthy, tasty and delicious. I had a jerk chicken with rice and cilantro. The food tasted soooo good I was shocked. Because usually when food is delivered it's not as fresh as it is in the restaurant. But this for was outstanding. I encourage everyone to try it. I'm planning to go there too. It was absolutely delicious! The lemon vinaigrette dressing paired perfectly with the cucumbers, sweet pickled onions, artichokes, and white beans. (I'm not a fan of olives, so I just pushed those to the side.) Their bowl came with a side of sweet potato chips - also amazing!! Great first visit to Gusto. Located on the far end of the Exchange at Buford in front of Sprouts, it's a stand alone building. Fresh bowls are served which start with a base of protein consisting of rice or greens or a mixture of both. The protein is limited to grilled chicken, spicy grilled chicken and todu. No steak as you would come to expect. The layers on top are predetermined mix of a fresh salad with a sauce. I got the Korean BBQ bowl with spicy chicken as well as a Spicy Mango Chile bowl with regular grilled chicken and added avocado. Both bowls were delicious, although I think I liked the Mango Chile bowl a little bit more. Both bowls are around $12. The place is new and immaculate, go check it out. Specifically this location we had a tremendous 1st experience. We got a sample of the chipotle, mango bowl. It was fabulous. So much Flavor! I got the queso verde bowl and all it was, was whatever base you choose (I chose lettuce and rice) and then corn and queso. For the price- adding basically one ingredient and a dressing is kinda wack. It usually comes with chicken too, but I don't eat meat so I took that off. Gusto is a great option if you're looking to eat quick and healthy. I ordered my food to go and it was ready for me when I arrived. I ordered the chicken queso bowl with half greens and half rice. It was very filling but at the same time I didn't feel guilty eating it. The limeade is a must try when you go there. It tasted like it was made with fresh squeezed limes. They also had a mango limeade but I didn't try that this time. Everything in the restaurant looked very clean. Fast, courteous service and delicious healthy food. A home run in my book! We've been back several times..one time they got my daughter's order wrong at the drive-thru. We called and they said come back for a replacement order. We live close by, so no problem at all. They couldn't apologize enough!
