That being said, I have had a few encounters at this location that aren't up to chickfila standards. The people taking the orders are always perfect and amazing, but the people handing out the food sometimes seem to be a little confused. I once sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to bring me my order and I have no idea why. It was a #1. Finally someone came to my window and asked me what I was waiting on and I told her and she brought me the order in seconds. She mentioned something about my car description not being right.. idk. Another time the lady tried to hand me my drinks in a carrier. I only had two drinks and I told her I didn't want the carrier and she said I had to keep it. I don't know why it was given to me at all or why I had to keep it. Such a waste of packaging imo. And sometimes the employees are just laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Even when I see food sitting there waiting to be distributed to cars waiting. In the big scheme of things, these are very minor things to have happen at a fast food drive through, which is why I still rate this location very high. I just feel like the chick-fil-a standards are SO HIGH that even when there are shortcomings here and there it's still good service. Kudos to the way chick-fil-a trains their employees because you can tell that they are focused on all the right things while servicing the public.

I ate it and was dumb enough to go back there today. I ordered a grilled club meal. I asked for honey roasted bbq sauce. I get it home and there is no honey roasted bbq sauce. Instead, there were about EIGHT dipping sauces of different flavors in the bag. I went and spoke to the manager about these two experiences and he stated that some training needs to be done. Then asked if there was anything else he could do for me without even offering me any of the bbq sauce I asked for. I guess when this is the manager, what can you expect of the employees?
