Chick-fil-A is always a very consistently good experience. The food is always good. They people helping are always friendly and helpful. Across the board at any and all locations. That being said, I have had a few encounters at this location that aren't up to chickfila standards. The people taking the orders are always perfect and amazing, but the people handing out the food sometimes seem to be a little confused. I once sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to bring me my order and I have no idea why. It was a #1. Finally someone came to my window and asked me what I was waiting on and I told her and she brought me the order in seconds. She mentioned something about my car description not being right.. idk. Another time the lady tried to hand me my drinks in a carrier. I only had two drinks and I told her I didn't want the carrier and she said I had to keep it. I don't know why it was given to me at all or why I had to keep it. Such a waste of packaging imo. And sometimes the employees are just laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Even when I see food sitting there waiting to be distributed to cars waiting. In the big scheme of things, these are very minor things to have happen at a fast food drive through, which is why I still rate this location very high. I just feel like the chick-fil-a standards are SO HIGH that even when there are shortcomings here and there it's still good service. Everytime I come here it's the longest I've ever waited at a chick fil a period. I came in and watched my food sit on the counter while multiple people got served in front of me so I just walked behind the counter and grabbed it myself. Unbelievable. Food is always delicious every time i come here. the only thing i can complain about is when i order through the app, i always pay for 2x cheese on the salad. AWFUL service! I came here while visiting family and we made a lunch run. We ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a gallon of tea. We waited ALMOST AN HOUR and spent ten minutes trying to convince several different employees that we hadn't gotten our food. Trust me lady, we were not there to enjoy the atmosphere. They tried to tell us someone else took our order and that was our fault somehow?? They did finally give us our order but NO compensation whatsoever. I definitely will not be back to deal with the gaslighting staff and my relatives will be leaving a very honest post on the close knit Facebook page for the town. EDIT: After contacting customer service, it's becoming more clear that nobody at this place has ever interacted with anyone else in their lives. Someone reached out to us only to tell us that it was OUR FAULT for not standing by the counter the entire time and bothering them after 10 minutes. This is hands down, without a doubt, the absolute slowest Chick-fil-a I've ever visited. I've held off on posting this in hopes they would figure out their issues, but after more than a year of giving them a try, it's time to make sure Yelp users are aware. There is no bail out option once you get in the drive thru line because there is a barrier to prevent you from escaping if you are in a rush, so once you commit you can expect a minimum of 10-15 minutes. If you don't have the time, don't get in line if there is anyone waiting in the drive thru line as you pull into the parking lot. It never seems that there is a "good" time to go since they always seem to be slow regardless of how busy they are. I've seen much busier Chick-fil-a restaurants take much less time. I have also had my order be wrong a couple times, which for a normal fast food chain isn't bad, but I expect more from Chick-fil-a. Lastly, this is a minor thing, but they aren't as friendly and courteous as almost every other Chick-fil-a I've been to. This is not to say they are rude because they are not. They are courteous, but I don't think anyone goes out of their way to be friendly and courteous like they do at most other Chick-fil-a restaurants, which may just be another indicator of a below average workplace culture at this particular location. read more

This place gets a ZERO star if that was an option! What a horrible experience today...and I will never go back (and will discourage everyone from doing so from now on). I placed a mobile order for breakfast on my way to the restaurant (before 10:30 AM). I got to the drive-through for pickup and stood in the long line. By the time I came to the "ordering box" ... I'm told, it's passed 10:30 AM and my order is no longer valid for breakfast...even though it was placed during breakfast hours!!! WTF Well, I guess I learned something new...your mobile order doesn't mean squat until you are at the box because they don't pull it up nor does it go into their kitchen system so they can start making your order for you. Most ridiculous waste of my time. Will not be using their catering now too if this is how Chick Fil A conducts business and not take care of its customers. Our order is always right and the food is good but the owner and manager/catering coordinator leaves a lot to be desired! She is rude and very condescending! This is the worst Chick Fil A I've been to since the new owner took it over! The employees are not rude but you can tell they are unhappy so their words don't match their facial expressions. Ordered online $1200 worth of food for a wedding about two months advance, then called a few days later to confirm & see if they had any questions and made sure they had my name and number. Then two weeks before my wedding I call again to confirm only to find out they cancelled the order without notifying me because they "did not have my number and were closing for remodeling." What BS. Shouldn't you know way ahead of time about a scheduled remodel. You should have the phone numbers of all catering orders, especially one worth $1200. Sad day. I'm DONE with Chick-fil-A. I have cut down on my Chick-fil-A visits because of the outrageously sodium and MSG anyway but today I give up. I ordered a chicken strip meal. I first checked my fries because I know they don't fill them up anymore. I kindly passed them back and asked them to fill up my container. It looked like I said some forbidden word by the looks on everyone's faces. When I pulled off I looked in the bag and it still wasn't full. When I got to my destination and opened my strips box there were the tiniest strips. It looked like they cut the normal size strip in half, possibly a third. Wow. Usually chick-fil-a is on point with the service, food, and overall cleanliness but today I went in for lunch and to let my kid play in the play area and this place just didn't have the usual chick-fil-a feel.... 1. Usually they have an attendant of some sort walking around wiping the tables and tending to the cleanliness of the dining area but that was not the case today. The tables were dirty and for the hour I was there no one cleaned any of the tables. 2. Many of the tables still had condiments left over from past guest. 3. The play area sanitary wipes bucket was empty and when I asked for more the waiter seemed as if it was a bother.... 4. The cashier wasn't very knowledgeable. I asked for a extra salad tray so I could spilt my salad and he was totally confused... 5. I was given ranch dipping sauce for nuggets instead of the packet of ranch that usually comes with a salad... The 'A' team was definitely missing in action today! Chick-fil-a Cow greeted us at the door and wanted high fives from everyone. The kids in the store really liked the cow. Service is always top notch at these stores. The food is very consistent. My wife got the new Chargrilled and Fruit salad. That thing was huge, with romaine and iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, two kinds of cheeses, strawberries, red & green apples and grapes and of course chargrilled chicken strips. She chose the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. She liked it a lot and only 230 calories. I almost always get the standard chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. I occassionaly drive through here for a breakfast sandwich and they are pretty good also. The biscuits are not as good as Hardees but there's a lot more meat & egg between the biscuit.
