The gentleman who took my order was having a bad day but the food was good and the extra mile I have to drive was worth it.

The chicken was very dry. It was sitting under the lamp for hours. I came all the way from NYC to be disappointed.

Forgot part of my order and had to drive back to get a refund because the rest of the food would be cold if my family had to wait for me to drive it back home. The manager REFUSED without me proving I had been there, even though I ordered from there ten minutes prior and go everyday. Not anymore! Never again. read more

Went there at 6am during their posted business hours, lady asked me what I want in the drive thru speaker and I ordered, she never replied. After ten minutes the person in front of me left and I pulled up to the window and a black lady opened the drive thru window and rudely told me that they weren't open, without explanation and closed the door on me. She acted like I was the crazy one when she knew they were supposed to be open. She didn't tell me they were opening late, she just told me they weren't open like I was supposed to just intuitively know that they didn't have their crap together this morning. LOVE the chicken, BUT the operation of this location more closely resembles a rerun of the Keystone Cops than a fried chicken shop. I have visited here several times and they never fail to entertain us with their antics, lack of customer service, long delays and near complete ineptitude. Fortunately there always seems to be one individual on duty who seems to understand what is supposed to be happening. I understand that hiring competent people at this wage level is difficult, but this joint takes the cake with bottom level service. They Lady at the window was extremely nice and had good service but the lady in the back who was actually making the food was very rude when we asked for an extra piece of cheese the lady in the bad had a bad attitude about it and 3/4 of our meals were not good with 2 being very dry and the other being burnt. Once again the Lady at the window was super sweet about everything and we gave her a tip because we felt bad she had to deal with the grouchy lady in the back. read more

Today was the worst experience I have had. the lady was very rude. I didnt get a receipt nor spoon. she threw my chicken in the box, instead of placing it in there. she moved like she had no purpose in life. when she handed me my order. she acted like she was done. so i asked her for my tea. and she throws a fit. Picking up drive thru on our road trip. Had to stop and try Bojangles. There's a Bojangles everywhere in South Carolina almost as many McDonald's and Starbucks. Check out this huge tail gate box! We had the chicken strips and mixed with spicy and mild. I would suggest to get the spicy since I really couldn't taste the difference. Highly recommend the cajun fries. The math potatoes were also good. Definitely hit the spot for our road trip food. read more

My twice a month bad habit. ;-) I don't live near a KFC or (gasp) Popeyes so once a month, when I get the worst craving for fried chicken, I hit up the Bojangles for breakfast and dinner. I'm shameful but I hide in my house for that day and watch bad television while wearing lounge pants and fuzzy slippers. It's a ritual and yes, I wear the fuzzy slippers in the car 'cause that's just how I roll. Bojangles is the definition of greasy joints and they have a crazy line on the weekends. There's something great about grits, biscuits and potatoes at 8 a.m. after a heavy night of drinking apparently. All kinds of people stand in line watching the ladies behind the counter hustle, slap, and pound food into the takeout boxes. I'm also happy to see their great health department score is above a 95% so even though I sit in the drive-through for 12 minutes, get the wrong pieces of chicken and no hot sauce, at least I know my food will be hot and tempted correctly. My wife love Bojangles biscuits. Every time she gets a chance she drags me to Bojangles. Not that I dislike Bojangles. The biscuits are soft and fluffy. The chicken is moist and delicious. The whole menu is full of good food. I do recommend that you ask for jelly for your plain biscuits, the employees rarely ask. read more

I have frequently patronized this establishment from the time it opened several years ago. Over the last several months the quality of the food and service has declined. For starters, the Cajun filet biscuit changed several months ago. The quality of the chicken is no where close to what it used to be. What once was a thick and juicy piece of chicken has changed to a thin and chewy piece of meat. It appears that they have changed suppliers and the new filet may be a McNugget type of "chicken". Visited drive thru on December 30th at 9:50 am and ordered grits with egg, cheese, and sausage, a Cajun filet biscuit and an order of Bo-rounds. After repeating my order 3 times I pull to the window, pay and am told to pull up. After 10 minutes, the gentleman brings me my food and I am on my way. Grits were okay, just not seasoned well, bo-rounds were delicious and the Cajun filet biscuit was as I described above. The time has come for me to conclude to never order a Cajun filet biscuit from Bojangles again. Hopefully, the other biscuit offerings are better. read more

While going thru Drive -Thru due to Covid virus, I noticed the female employee had no gloves on, which was kind of shocking, so I watched closer. You can literally see the employees in back of kitchen preparing food from window. It blew my mind. One male employee had gloves on, the other one didn't. However, even more shocking, the one wrapping my biscuits had a face mask hanging off his ear. I will never go back to Bojangles. There are only a few of these left in town so i was in the area one morning and stopped in for a breakfast biscuit combo.Ordered the chicken biscuit combo with Bo Rounds and drink. My order was fast and food was fresh and hot the biscuit was fluffy and butter was not heavy so you don't need a pack of napkins to enjoy your meal. Bo Rounds which are hash browns shaped like coins and a good size and not too greasy and have a seasoning i'm still trying to place what it is but they are good.Drink station is self serve which is a must for me because i can do my own mix of what i want when I want it.When in this part of town stop by for breakfast here they are more than just biscuits here and the chicken is not bad either for lunch or dinner they more promo coupons for this store though. read more

I went into Bojangles knowing what I was getting into: greasy fried fast food chicken. It achieved all I hoped for; something hot and fast to shove in my mouth during a road trip. I prefer Popeye's chicken but this place was okay. Service was a little off, but it was Christmas weekend and they were pretty slammed. read more

I got the chicken dinner with unsweetened tea. 2 small pieces of dark meat, non existent biscuit and very small portion of fries. Ordered 2 Chicken Supreme Combos. The fries where cold and greasy to the point they could not be eaten. The chicken strips which I was told were spicy had no flavor but the taste of grease and they were cold. The drinks were watery. I will never order a dinner from this place again. read more
