The location was out of a few sides at the time I wanted to try unfortunately, and the service was quite slow, but I assume it was a skeleton crew. I ordered a 5 piece tenders with fries and a biscuit. The biscuit was quite good (7/10) The fries were deliciously seasoned (9/10) The chicken was below my expectations though, which could be since it was cold by the time I was eating it. Good was good for a fast food restaurant. But the staff is another conversation. The staff was not rude to me, but they were not working in a professional manner. There were loud talking loud conversations with some consisted of profanity. Unfortunately, our society does not make a way for parents to work and to be able to afford childcare, apparently there were children on the premises that were the children of a staff person. We stopped here for a quick snack after my flight. I was so hungry. We stood at the register until the guy who was on his break came back to help. Seriously, no one else stepped over to the register. But this guy was nice and helpful. All we ordered was a 4 piece strip combo. We sat and waited...my husband went up and was told that they were cooking. Then we waited some more. I finally went up and the same guy who helped us at the register asked what I needed. I told him we hadn't got our food yet. He was shocked because at least 4 people after us were already eating. He got our food immediately. He is the only person in that place doing his job. The food was all good. The strips, fries, and of course the biscuit. I ordered at the drive thru, The woman who took my order was not friendly at all. I started to just drive off, however, I was hungry. When I got to the window she said hello, then after I gave her my payment, I got my food. I asked her "is my receipt in the bag? Without saying anything, she closed the window walked away, I wasn't sure if she was coming back. I was actually surprised that She came back with the receipt. When I drove back to my job and discovered my horrible looking sandwich, I had to drive back to Bojangles because the sandwich had at least 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise slapped on the sandwich (I did not ask for an extra sauce) and it was not the crispy battered delicious looking fried chicken sandwich I've had a few times before from other locations. I went inside asked for a refund and the inside cashier told me they don't give refunds. I asked can I have a breast and wing to replace it? She asked the lady from the drive thru who walked past her and into the dining room without an answer. The poor cashier gave me the replacement food. Second time going there and receiving stale biscuits (wasted money). It was so hard it couldn't be broken in half. Then, they threw catchup packs that were stuck together in the box with the food. While the doors were actually open this time around for us to walk in, it became readily apparent that management has still not gotten the idea that the crew needs to be trained and know what they are doing. We stood behind two other parties waiting to order... and stood... and stood. Five minutes later, the line has not moved, and they are still trying to figure out how to ring up the order from the first person in line. Maybe it was because I came in late, or because it's the South, but service here seems a bit slow. The sweet tea dispenser was empty when I came in too, but they filled up my cup when I asked. The chicken is excellent though. I don't like how they guard the ketchup behind the counter, but they will give it to you if you ask. When I flew out of CLT, everything was in good shape. Went here on the way to work and decided to stop by the drive thru. I noticed there were like 7 cars in line so I knew it wasn't going to be the fastest but I had time. I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes and literally moved 1 car length forward in that time. At this point I have run out of time to sit and wait so I decided to leave. I never got anything to eat and wasted 20-30 minutes. I've had bad experiences at Bojangles but this might be the worst. Whoever owns this one they need to seriously get things together. I don't know if they are under new management or what but they are now possibly the worst in Charlotte. Service both inside and in the drive-thru line is terrible. Under no circumstances get in the drive-thru line in the morning if you are in a hurry (like on the way to work). It can take 15 minutes to move from the order sign to the window with only 3 cars ahead of you. So I stopped over here with my wife for a connecting flight and wanted to try something new that was not located anywhere on the westcoast. Right next to our gate was this RED and YELLOW sign that said BOJANGLES. So we checked it out... it was worth it. This is what I would get there: The Dirty Rice (A good mixture of dirt and rice together) The Chicken (Lightly salted with a crispy outterlayer that will knock your cock off) Sweet Tea (surprisingly refreshing and tasty... not like that nestea crap) The Famous Pie (I think they put crack in them with some sweet potato... they were really good and that's coming from someone that HATES sweet potato). Guys... I have had a love affair going with Bojangles... since age 5. I have so many memories of my Dad and I stopping in to get fresh hot french fries with the perfect amount of that delicious spicy seasoning! When I was little it was so hot I had to always make sure I had a water with me (...or cheerwine which I also have a love affair with). Alas, we moved to Oklahoma, so my Bojangles experience is limited to bottled cheerwine and seasoning sent in the mail for Christmas and frozen steak fries from the grocery store. This Bojangles is conveniently located by the airport to stop in and have some yummy chicken, biscuits, French fries, or even a delicious Boberry biscuit. Right now they are under construction, but the drive thru is opened for orders. I definitely recommend stopping in if you've never had it! read more

This is the slowest bojangles I've ever see in my life. It's so slow the workers don't even know what's going on. Im in the drive through and I've been sitting in the same spot for 10 minutes and the person taking the orders is sitting here with an open mic just talking to this other worker and it's obvious nothings getting done.
