Always a treat and it was a better experience than my last. They keep you moving here and I always feel kind of rushed but so worth it. The food is always so good and I have to get the chicken biscuit or the sandwich. Those are my go to. Definitely recommend Bojangles for some quick, yummy, food.

We had a layover in Charlotte,NC Since we have time we wanted to grab a bite to eat. Bojangles was available and I wanted to try it. Quick service and very pleasant experience for being a busy airport. We ordered the 4 piece combo with ice tea and an extra biscuit. I thought I had ordered bone in chicken lol we had chicken tenders . Next time I'll pay attention. It's a nice airport with lots of food options. Bojangles met our needs so we were happy. The Biscuit here Wow! Compared to jersey ones this one is King lol. It's big fluffy and moist. I loved it!. So if you want crispy tastey chicken with a delishhhh Biscuit give Bojangles a try. Enjoy!!

There are no nice restaurants at Charlotte Douglas Airport so we opted for chicken salads at Bojangles. Mediocre but filling, grossly overpriced but so is everything else. At least we found a table!

The best fried chicken from the East! Oh my, we ordered combination of 2 pieces chicken with coleslaw and a biscuit. Biscuit! So fluppy and tasteful, you can eat one more bite. This is located inside the airport located to B gate number 9. Take note: there is always a line so if you have a lay-over for more than 2 hours, dont forget to visit this place and buy more for to go. You will never regret it.

Employees were friendly with smiling faces even though it was rather busy at this airport location, food came out quick hot & delicious pleasantly surprised the chicken had just enough spice & juicy, dint let the photo trick you I thought the chicken was going to be dry from the looks but it wasn't & was so good the biscuit was fluffy & buttery,

So I missed the chance to try this the last time I visited Charlotte when hearing this place was known for their biscuits here. So this time around, I made a deliberate stop over to try their chicken and biscuits. Granted this is the location at the airport so it was busy however a ten minute wait when there was so many people wasn't all that bad and we had a decent layover anyway. Food was pretty great. Chicken tasted great and the biscuits were warm and soft. The only downside was they were very salty. You need a lot of water if you're eating here. So much salt. One other downside was the lady who took our order just wouldn't speak up. Way too soft spoken after repeatedly asking her to repeat something she mentioned when listing options and to please speak louder. Made it very hard to choose things when you didn't know what your options were, I even mentioned I was new and was excited to try but the person just barely had life in them. Apart from that, the food was good. Worth a try. Glad I did. Now I need some water and a salad to balance things out haha.

The Chicken Biscuit was good with honey and Texas Pete's hot sauce. This was myfirst time trying Dirty Rice. It was good but noot a lot of flavor. Next time I will try a different side dish. Overall, it was good and reasomable for an airport.

This review is for their 2nd location in The Plaza right near the entrance of Concourse E. It's the perfect location for hungry travelers. The seating has lots of natural sunlight. It's bright, and it's hopping. I've always been a fan of Bojangles' breakfast options. I love that they serve it all day. I'd get the breakfast over the chicken any day. The biscuits are fresh and buttery. They have a Country Ham Biscuit that is pure comfort food. If you love a savory country ham, then this is for you. None of that sugar coating is needed. We'll save that for Honey Baked Hams. This biscuit sandwich hit the spot. I so wish that they would bring Bojangles' back to the Tampa Bay area. For now, I'll just have to connect through CLT to get it. It was super busy when I got there. The line did go by very quickly. The nice guy at the register was very helpful & friendly. I also wanted the sweet potato pie, but they weren't ready yet. They do have iced blueberry biscuits, but one biscuit is enough for me. I just took it as a sign that I really didn't need that pie. It was all good, because I definitely would not have been able to finish it. The service was great. The order came out hot, fresh, and quick. Another person saw my Bojangles' bag while I was sitting at a table, and immediately asked me for directions. I pointed it out, and he was a happy camper. Do yourself a favor and get one of those breakfast sandwiches when passing through CLT.

We were trying to pack in all the Southern food and hospitality we could and since we had a layover in Charlotte, we decided to try Bojangles. I had a chicken biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was fantastic but the chicken was so thin and it was a bit overcooked. Glad I tried it but I would probably get the tenders next time. The dipping sauce is great!

I don't know what it is about frozen yogurt places that makes people become mindless idiots but the people in front of me seemed to be confused by the whole frozen yogurt process and how to order. The girls working there didn't help either as there were three of them on staff but more engulfed in their conversation about their latest tattoo than reducing the size of the line. Ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut and it was meh. Paid more to have fresh strawberries on it and soon found out that they put the strawberries in the middle of the cup of yogurt rather than on it-not a fan. That is just asking for a trip to my dentist right there, baby girls at Yovana, please let me decide if I want the strawberries in or on top of the yogurt.

Just tried it last week as I was killing time during my layover back to SFO and I was b-l-o-w-n a-w-a-y by how awesome the frozen yogurt was! I had a swirl of chocolate & macadamia nut, and seriously, it tasted like an all-night party in my mouth (don't be gross, I mean it in a heavenly way). Everything is made fresh daily, and was the creamiest, most flavorful, fresh frozen treat I've ever had. If you ever have to deal w/ a crappy layover @ CLT, do yourself a huge favor and make life go from arrrgh-to-amazing with a swirly-poo of Yovana. I struggled with - 1 star b/c the ladies serving were so friggin' slow (despite the line, mind you), but then again, it is the South, and me thinks they're on a different clock than the rest of us. They were very nice though!

It's not the best burger ever but as someone who has a fragile stomach when it comes to fast food - it's great! It hits the spot and doesn't interrupt my travels later. But what makes it the best is the incredible staff. It's a tough gig and they're friendly and fast. I've been here a couple of times and they are always on the ball with all the chaos that comes along with a restaurant at an international airport. And I need to add that today, one of my servers, Meghan, was above and beyond. She got everything ordered and served efficiently. Giving subtle tips when needed and was personable to boot! I'll definitely be back.

this was an ASTONISHINGLY good burger like wow…read more I knew what I was getting into when I saw the toppings, and decided to add a fried egg on top of it, but my goodness the one thing that I think could've been better about this burger were the buns - they were a bit too soft, which made them kind of blend in to the rest of the burger rather than stand out. also they might've been a bit too small to contain the rest of the burger. the only other thing I have is I wish there was a bit more mayo on here other than that, the inside of this burger was all-time good starting with the patty - this might be the best beef patty I've ever had in a burger It was so incredibly thick, thick enough that it rivals and maybe even surpasses the thickness of a double burger with two separate beef patties. In addition to that, I had the option to pick how I wanted it cooked - where I picked medium - and this was absolutely an incredible decision because this patty was so perfectly juicy without being too soft A lot of places will automatically cook your burger well-done for food safety reasons, but I'm really glad I was able to customize this to be medium - and this resulted in an unforgettable experience - especially when you think about how incredibly thick this was the bacon was also so good - it was incredibly crispy - and had deep flavor to it. I was quite impressed that the jalapeno bacon actually managed to have some spice to it. In addition, the pieces were large, and there were 6 of them in total, which meant each bite of the burger was given a beautiful-tasting crisp texture The fried egg added as a perfect topper to the patty - it was somewhat leaking, but combined so well with the rest of the burger to add just that additional soft egg-like flavor that I love. Giving props to myself on that fantastic addition even the lettuce and onions were really good in this burger! if all of this wasn't enough - it also came with a side of tater tots - and a lot of them While I wish these were warmer, and slightly more oily, I did absoutely love the crunch of the breading on these, along with the soft interior these tots were a great break from the traditional default fries that typically come with a burger i do wish they had their own dipping sauce rather than the default kraft mayo in a tube This meal was especially impressive because it didn't cost *that* much (about 20 dollars in total) but the portion size was quite massive The burger, and especially the meat, was pretty huge - big enough that I couldn't eat it with just one hand at the start I would have to say the entire meal lands over 2000 calories - which is quite impressive this meal was so good that even though i was in a pretty suboptimal eating environment (an airport lounge seat with no table) it was still incredible
