Opens around 6 am and the line will get long fast! They do not accept the Chick-fil-A App at this location. It is also priced higher than other Chick-fil-A locations. I was able to get a Chick-fil-A biscuit combo with a Large Coke Zero for $11. They also included an iced water free of charge. The food came out quick and hot. I've eaten here before and will eat here again when I'm traveling. ( and their line isn't too long) read more

If you like your TSA experience in the airport you will LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Thousands Standing Around. The worst CFA in all the land, right here in CLT airport. They take your order along with 10 others, then fill all 10 orders while everyone waits, then they start throwing bags like the luggage handlers. I don't know how they came up with it, but it's brilliant. It's just like the airline experience. Save your time precious time, pick something else. read more

CFA is always consistent at every airport, good food, fast, and always a long line no matter the day and time. Even at 5 AM, there was a long line but the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was delicious though not a huge fan of their iced coffee. read more

So I travel quite a bit and have to pass through Charlotte often and by far this is one of the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever dealt with. Love Chick-fil-A always get it and every single time I order from this Chick-fil-A the order is incorrect every time they forget the cheese they forget some of the pieces of the sandwiches. Today I had to go through three cashiers to come up to the fourth cashier that I was told is the only one that takes cash that after I ordered, she told me she did not take cash. It was ridiculous. Poorly managed And. there's always always an issue with the food! I don't wanna believe it's deliberate, but people are running past them to grab food and run to their flight and nobody's gonna check unless they have the time to check to see if their food is correct. I always check and it's always wrong. read more

So sad. That was the first order I have ever had. I had to assemble my own burger, the bun was wet and they forgot to add a fork to my order. Service was nice but the food was not good. Don't get fooled by the long line. Doesn't mean it's good food. read more

While flying through the Charlotte airport we stopped by chic fil a to grab a bite for our flight to San Francisco. I'd only been to a chic fil a once before so I was looking forward to trying once of their breakfast sandwiches. I opted for the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and an order of hash browns. They both were pretty good. I'm not sure I'd wait in that 20 minute line again though. read more

I waited THIRTY MINUTES for my order. When I first got my food, it was messed up. THEN I asked a lady for help. she said she would grab the food. THEN she walked away and I didn't see her again. I then asked another lady for help. She took my receipt to the counter and the baggers kept ignoring me after I had been so kind and gracious. THEN they brought the messed up food out and I checked it again because they messed it up the first time. To my surprise (NOT) they forgot my hash browns. I tried to get the managers attention, but alas, he ignored me. I FINALLY got his attention and I explained the horror of my experience here. He said "oh, I'm so sorry". I KNOW he wasn't sorry. He THEN grabbed my hash brown and told me to have a nice day, knowing, I would not have a nice rest of my day. Also, I never got a "My pleasure!" #WorstCfaExperienceEvah. read more

It took about 30 minutes to get food because they missed our order the first time through but the service was really good and the staff was really nice. I accidentally threw my receipt away and when they missed my order thought I wasn't going to get any food. But I told the staff my name and order number and they remade all of it and gave us 2 extra fries, a free brownie, a free cookie, and a free Chick-fil-A food voucher. Shoutout to the manager who was on that shift. read more

I had no issues with this Chick fil A during a one hour layover in Charlotte. Located in the main atrium just inside security, it's easy to find. When we got there, there was a decent line of about 10 people ahead of us, but it went rather quickly as staff were efficient in taking orders and payments. Our order of a Chick fil A chicken sandwich and 8 count nuggets/fries came out quickly, correctly, and with a generous amount of sauce. The only downside is this location (like many Chick fil A's in airports) does not let you redeem Chick fil A One points. read more

One employee kept the line of at least 25 people moving, while the 5 employees behind the counter took the orders with another employee handing out the food & condiments. We had to leave the Carolinas sooner because of the hurricane so we didn't get our fried chicken fix. We were looking for food options to our terminal and because we were there early, we decided to check the map and noticed the Chick -Fil-A at the main food court. So, we decided to check it out. The line was short, the seating area was big and invited so we placed our order: the original chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and lemonades. Service was better than other eateries in airports, we got offered sauces, etc. The food was decent, hot, tasty. The lemonade is nice and tart as usual. We enjoyed a nice meal before boarding. Can't order via the mobile app. Lines for days, not thier fault but you have to skip the temptation of wanting chick fila at this airport unless you have a connection of 2+ hours. I've been burned twice now trying to make it happen. Lesson learned. It's just too much volume for one location. Make your plan and head to popeyes instead. As other reviewers mentioned, I agree, the standard of service here is less than as well. No "my pleasure" or "anything else" to be heard. Which is a funny thing to focus on but I know chick fila focuses on that "A" treatment - you won't get that here. You'll get "is that it?" Just like my homies at Micky D's. read more

Since they opened this CFA in Charlotte's airport, it's never been open when I've been here. I usually leave from Charlotte on Sunday (they're closed on Sunday) and I usually get in late on weekdays (they close at a reasonable hour) so this was the first time I've been here and they've been open! The place was super packed. Like crazy so, with a long line of people to place orders (8 minutes) and a long crowd of people to pick up orders (7 minutes). The line does move as quick as it can, so be patient. If you don't have time, I'd suggest the BK a little further down. I got the usual Number One (hold the pickle) with waffle fries. My chicken sandwich was excellent. Just as good as any stand-alone CFA. Fresh and hot. Waffle fries were still hot and quite good. I can only say A-OK because they really need to step it up for the flow of customers here. Not everyone has 15 minutes to wait. read more

The line was long but the staff knocked it out quickly and my wife and I were able to get our Chick-fil-A fix before leaving for Kenya. The food was great and the staff were so polite. Denise was a highlight as well. Her joy for life showed as she handed out food and greated everyone. I'm very impressed by this Chick-fil-A locations service. read more

You need to start opening this location on Sunday. Seriously. When people are at this specific location, its because they have a connecting flight. Meaning they're within the security area, with limited time, and LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS. You make it worse on every single passenger here by hoarding up a spot in the food court and staying closed on one of the busiest travels days of the week. This is a crowded airport! Nobody cares about your religious or political beliefs when they just want something to eat in a place they're stuck in. To have to deal with longer lines at other restaurants because you're closed is appalling. I really hope that the owners of this food court will take note of the perpetual problem being cause by this Chick-Fil-A. And I hope those owners will only sign future leases to companies that will open every day. It's fine if Chick-Fil-As like to be closed on Sundays, but NOT IN THIS ENVIRONMENT. read more

This airport location chick fil a is fine, sure the chicken in my chicken biscuit was a bit dry and a bit salty but I really wasn't craving anything else. It took about 20 mins of waiting since the line wrapped wayyyyy around. The food was instantly ready because it's pre-made. The hash browns are okay. The service was also fine... if you have time then I would wait but its at least 20 mins if you wait so avoid if in a rush! read more

Usually I'm just happy to eat Chick-fil-A after a long flight, but this time the food was disappointing. Both the spices in the sandwich and the salt in the fries were noticeably uneven. Some bites tasted plain, and some bites were full of seasoning. ----- Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich: with lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese ($4.90). Costs $8.85 for a meal that includes medium waffle fries and a drink. ----- Waffle Fries ($2.30 for a large and $2.05 for a medium). ----- I never expect much from any dining experience in an airport. This location at Charlotte Airport is horrible. Line is a mile long. Chick-FIl- A doesn't care about customers they only care about the cash. Not sure if it's the staff or the interruptions of all the airport workers coming in and filling up on food drink. This place is extremely busy and they do their best to process your order. I was looking for lunch, however they were still serving breakfast, but they had a special line for lunch orders. They had an employee assigned to that line to make sure everything went okay. It takes a while to get your order because of the number of people in line , so if you are in a hurry, this might be a good option for you. As far as the food, its consistently good at all there restaurants . This place was no exception. read more

Customer service was very welcoming and helped me out because this was my first time there at their establishment. *on to the food* I ordered a chicken sandwich and some chicken tenders. That chicken sandwich was so flavorful. It wasn't too crunchy as well. I despise crunchy chicken like I'm eating on chips and this was far from that. The chicken tenders were very good as well, no complaints. They have a homemade lemonade, nothing to scream about but it was good. The reason for a 4 out of 5, is because of their ranch. I felt like it was freshly handmade but it just had a different taste to it. It wasn't hidden valley lol or wing stop type of ranch. Regardless, though, I can buy my own ranch and whenever I do go back to Charlotte, I will definitely be coming back here to get some chicken.

Once the orders got in, the others were quick to get them made and sent out, but no one seemed to have any sense to help the struggling cashier. I ordered a ham and provolone sub, which once ordered came out relatively quick. But in the end, I realized I had picked the wrong dinner option. The sub was pretty bad, they seemed to really drench the bread with oil, I think? It was very overpowering, and made everything greasy. All of the toppings were slipping out of the sandwich and I could only eat about half of the sub. One because of the flavor, and two because I didn't want that much oil to destroy my stomach on a cross country flight. This definitely has left a bad impression in my mind for any other future visits to Jersey Mikes, and seeing all the other bad reviews on here for this location, I hope someone will take notice and make some changes.

At the time, I didn't realize I was overcharged. Instead of paying the advertised promotional price of $19.99, I paid $28.99 for the meal. I did ask the cashier about it but she wasn't sure how to proceed with correcting the error. I told her I understand and that I would reach out to customer support for further assistance. Let me tell you, that the food was so freshly prepared and Desiree, made sure I had all the condiments such as the jelly, etc..and she even included the plates. Even if it wasn't a promo going on, it definitely was worth the price especially feeding a family of 4. Moving forward, I did reach out to customer support by email and they responded back with a very quick response which was a phone call made to me by their Area Manager named Tamileo Wakefield, who made it right. Mr. Wakefield and Bojangles have gone over and beyond with the customer satisfaction of granting me with my refund of a gift card that I wasn't expecting that covered beyond the promotion price. I just wanted to share the praise with everyone including Bojangles, specifically Mr. Tamileo Wakefield , with sharing the compliment that you are the GOAT ( " Greatest of All Time").
