Quick and easy breakfast with a limited menu. Workers are polite and process orders quickly. Can be noisy as the airport gets crowded. Food is served at Chick-fil-A standards. Will eat here again for quick meals on short layovers. Would be better if they took the app.

Opens around 6 am and the line will get long fast! They do not accept the Chick-fil-A App at this location. It is also priced higher than other Chick-fil-A locations. I was able to get a Chick-fil-A biscuit combo with a Large Coke Zero for $11. They also included an iced water free of charge. The food came out quick and hot. I've eaten here before and will eat here again when I'm traveling. ( and their line isn't too long)

Love this chicken... the line is always long. Make sure you have time between flights the location is between terminal B and C. Closed Sundays

Good choice for a quick breakfast bite before the flight. It always has long queue but it is the chest choice inside Charlotte airport.

The chicken tastes surprisingly good! I just wish the chicken biscuit could be a little bigger. The service is really fast, even if the line was long. Ambiance nice, too.

Located in the Charlotte Airport & stopped by here for breakfast during our layover. One employee kept the line of at least 25 people moving, while the 5 employees behind the counter took the orders with another employee handing out the food & condiments. Friendly service at 6:30A amongst a quick team of employees, which was appreciative for an airport eatery, especially early in the morning.

We had to leave the Carolinas sooner because of the hurricane so we didn't get our fried chicken fix. We were looking for food options to our terminal and because we were there early, we decided to check the map and noticed the Chick -Fil-A at the main food court. So, we decided to check it out. The line was short, the seating area was big and invited so we placed our order: the original chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and lemonades. Service was better than other eateries in airports, we got offered sauces, etc. The food was decent, hot, tasty. The lemonade is nice and tart as usual. We enjoyed a nice meal before boarding. Sure, prices are a bit higher than other fast-foods, but for Charlotte airport, Chick-Fil-A could be a solid choice for lunch or dinner. Closed on Sunday, though!

My friend found this spot and I have to say, I'm not going to say the "S" word - because it didn't apply. It was all Hospitality. The first interaction was like we had stepped into someone's home and were told to make ourselves at home. And the rest was the same. The gentleman walked us through the menu. Pretty much the entire line up of options. Not a condescending or impatient tone - warm and welcoming. Same with the next person. Even convinced my friend to get a dessert. Not that I need my arm twisted. The dining area was well kept. Clean. The condiments were well stocked and organized. I saw two different team members taking care of business there even asking if I needed anything. Bathrooms were immaculate. Don't see that very often - at least I don't in public places. The food was what we were looking for. Comfort food. With taste, not muted - just good flavor and consistency. A far cry from the bland, dry foods we had experienced the days prior. It was one of the first meals I really enjoyed on this trip to NC. Not saying that others were bad - they just didn't align with my taste preferences/expectations. Something about how Fried Chicken and Pork Chops are prepared in the South (or NOT California). Tender. Juicy. Mac & Cheese - not watery or overcooked. And I don't think I've ever had bad collared greens in my life. It's one of the handful of green vegetables I love having. Almost forgot parking. It's in kinda a plaza/strip mall setting. Free space and lots when we went (lunch). Not having to look for or pay for parking is always a plus for me. So, it's a chain. But I'd definitely go back. I almost ordered more but was saving the stomach space for dinner.

A sister concept to Noble Smoke, this original location on Freedom Drive is located on the same premise. They are small, and the menu is very focused. Fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets. But they do it so well! The meat is cooked and breaded to perfection, and they use Duke's Mayo along with buns from the owners bakery called Copain I believe. Jim Noble is a well known restauranter and it is clear if you've been to any of his restaurants that he is passionate about what he does. Bossy Beulah's is a perfect example as it is a small simple concept that absolutely nails all of the small details to provide a high quality meal.

Music was playing in the background not too loud but just right (at least for me). Customer service was very welcoming and helped me out because this was my first time there at their establishment. *on to the food* I ordered a chicken sandwich and some chicken tenders. That chicken sandwich was so flavorful. It wasn't too crunchy as well. I despise crunchy chicken like I'm eating on chips and this was far from that. The chicken tenders were very good as well, no complaints. They have a homemade lemonade, nothing to scream about but it was good. The reason for a 4 out of 5, is because of their ranch. I felt like it was freshly handmade but it just had a different taste to it. It wasn't hidden valley lol or wing stop type of ranch. Regardless, though, I can buy my own ranch and whenever I do go back to Charlotte, I will definitely be coming back here to get some chicken.

As I'm strolling through the food court nothing seemed to scratch my tastebuds, I considered all the options and settled on a sandwich from Jersey Mikes. So as we're standing in the at least 10 deep line, a patron passes by us with the most delicious looking salad. I picked this for a few reasons, the price wasn't insane, it can easily be eaten with your hands, and doesn't need to be warm. We got in the line, and soon realized it wasn't moving, somehow the one only person working the cash register was creating a bottle neck, and the 4 other people "working", were in no rush to get the orders through, they didn't jump on the other register or try to assist him, they were just sitting around waiting for the cashier to get the orders in. Once the orders got in, the others were quick to get them made and sent out, but no one seemed to have any sense to help the struggling cashier. I ordered a ham and provolone sub, which once ordered came out relatively quick. But in the end, I realized I had picked the wrong dinner option. The sub was pretty bad, they seemed to really drench the bread with oil, I think? It was very overpowering, and made everything greasy. All of the toppings were slipping out of the sandwich and I could only eat about half of the sub. One because of the flavor, and two because I didn't want that much oil to destroy my stomach on a cross country flight. This definitely has left a bad impression in my mind for any other future visits to Jersey Mikes, and seeing all the other bad reviews on here for this location, I hope someone will take notice and make some changes.

From the start, the customer service was friendly. Our cashier, Desiree was very nice and greeted us with asking our orders. One of the items purchased was the 8 pc Chicken Meal. At the time, I didn't realize I was overcharged. Instead of paying the advertised promotional price of $19.99, I paid $28.99 for the meal. I did ask the cashier about it but she wasn't sure how to proceed with correcting the error. I told her I understand and that I would reach out to customer support for further assistance. Let me tell you, that the food was so freshly prepared and Desiree, made sure I had all the condiments such as the jelly, etc..and she even included the plates. Even if it wasn't a promo going on, it definitely was worth the price especially feeding a family of 4. Moving forward, I did reach out to customer support by email and they responded back with a very quick response which was a phone call made to me by their Area Manager named Tamileo Wakefield, who made it right. Mr. Wakefield and Bojangles have gone over and beyond with the customer satisfaction of granting me with my refund of a gift card that I wasn't expecting that covered beyond the promotion price.
