They are slow at this location but I can say my food was hot and fresh. The chicken is always cooked and seasoned correctly.

It took over 45 minutes to get for our food, and that was after sitting in line at the drive through for 15 minutes!! After we paid, we were told to pull over and they would bring the food out. Did they? NO! We sat there for another 15 minutes before going in to see what the hold up was... while other people were [slowly] getting their food at the window. My husband was told that they didn't know what happen to our order, then said they had to drop some more chicken and it would be another 8 minute wait. Was it ready in 8 minutes? NO! What about 15 minutes? NOPE! It was 25 minutes later before we got our food! This has happened to us TWICE before... where we were told to pull over and someone would bring out our food, but no one ever comes out. When we go inside, it was the exact same excuse, "We don't know what happened to your order." Is that just the default answer? Yes, this particular time was during lunch hour so a wait is to be expected, but it shouldn't take this long to get served... especially when other people are ordering, paying and then driving off with their food. Maybe they are just ordering biscuits or tea... not chicken, at this chicken place. OH... speaking of biscuits... our biscuits were way over-cooked. I went to the store November 20 a little after 12. Went through the drive-through. Ordered the eight piece family meal. It is supposed to come with two breasts, two thighs, two legs, and two wings. When I got to the pick up window, the lady said " She switched out the breasts for wings because we're out of breasts.". It really caught me off guard so I said "well I guess I don't have a choice." As I was driving home I thought to myself surely she didn't switch out the breasts for wings 1 to 1. When I got home, I had two thighs, four legs, and two wings. So they ended up switching two legs for two breasts. I was going to go back, but the cashier didn't give me my receipt and I figured it wasn't worth it. I won't be back to that location, which is a shame because I just moved and it's close to my house. Oh well, McDonald's here I come. read more

Update 9-13-19: This is the worst Bojangles the area. I repeated my order twice and had the employee read it back to me. They still got it wrong!! What is wrong with the employees here???? Horrible service. Spent several minutes in the drive through listening to the order taker leaning on her head set. Not paying any attention to customers or the drive through camera. Decided to go inside but that was no better. Nobody even spoke to me for 5 minutes while I was at the register. Horrible service. This location is kinda slow. I don't eat here very often since it's on the other side of town for me. My order was taken promptly. The cashier was very kind. My order came out correctly. Stopped by there on Sunday to get some items. Service was reasonably quick. Saw 4 "workers" standing around doing nothing (and they want to be paid $15 an hour). Got home and find of the five items ordered in their "Bo Box" there were 2 and a half (the half is a massively reduced size serving that was for 4 but not enough for 2). Called the location....phone rang and rang and rang - never picked up. Go online and file a complaint with Corporate Headquarters and left email, phone number, name, etc. Over 3 days later and no reply from anyone. It had been years since we went there before - it will be decades now. Worst "customer service" ever. read more

Commenting on todays experience, my husband and i came in and it was slammed! There was a line around the building and we went in then we were first in line then a line far behind us. Elijah was so calm, we understood the were swamped so we knew it'd be a min before they got to us but when they did he was so chipper and sweet. He was very attentive and remembered everything, when they made my husbands order wrong he checked it and went back and remade it himself apologized and we were on our way. We watched as my husband and i both are in high management positions and if we lived here again we would deff recruit this young man he seemed like a leader among his peers and just so positive. The food is usually good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's slow and sloppy. The last time I went, I had to wait a half hour for our food. This time two people who came in behind me were served before I was. I let the staff know this they said "sorry" and then slapped my order together and handed it to me. This Bojangles' is terrible. I went with a large youth group in a group of close to 50. The line was EXTREMELY slow (it took us 35 minutes to get through it) and the management wasn't great. The employees seemed to be taking their sweet time, in no hurry to feed us at all. So if you are able, go to a different Bo's. (We unfortunately don't have that option.) read more

Service if horrible will not go back. Last three visits were not good slow service and long wait as food was not on line, Last visit food was cooked but received not what was ordered, The girl getting our order together told me " that was what I ordered and paid for" I kindly told her we had ordered something different and she started to get snippy with me telling me it was what we ordered. The older lady working beside her changed my order to what it should be without saying anything . The girl kept saying they got what they ordered loudly. Sent a family member to pick up a 12 piece Super TG which came with 3 sides, biscuits and a half gallon of tea (not expected) and was short a side. I really love bojangles and this one is my go to one, however there are times when the service can be very slow in the drive thru.

Very good service. Food was fresh and hot. Went for breakfast. Pecan cinnamon twists were delicious.
