He ordered one 3 piece tenders meal with rice and a Diet Pepsi and one 4 piece tenders meal with fries and a regular Pepsi. He got home with two incorrect meals. Both were missing dipping sauces. One had three tiny hard "tenders". They were chicken nugget size. Both had old, hard biscuits. His Pepsi was flat. Both meals were cold. We are only a few minutes from that one. If I could give 0 stars I would this is by far the worst service and experience I've ever had at a restaurant or fast food chain. The manager is ignorant and takes no pride in running the store the way it should be ran. I met a friend here for lunch and we asked if they still had breakfast the cashier replied yes we serve breakfast all day, okay awesome we get our receipt and our drinks and sit down. Ten minutes later the cashier comes to our table to tell us it would be 5-6 minutes for Bo rounds we said okay he returns 5 minutes later to tell us they had no biscuits and it would 10-15 minutes mind you we had already been waiting 15 minutes after 35 minutes the food comes out our "fresh biscuits" are burnt and lukewarm at best. Then I realized i received no gravy with my mashed potatoes, I go back to the counter and ask for gravy they tell me they have to make it after another 5 minutes i finally get my gravy. We ask to speak to the manager he comes out and he didn't care and basically replied with we're busy, which they were not only one car in the drive through and three people in the lobby. which one of them was a staff member. This is a well-kept and clean Bojangles. It's always my go to on the weekends versus the other Bojs locations that I could go to. The lines move fast [if there is ever a line] and the food comes out nice and hot. Usually just grab biscuits here... haven't been here for lunch so I don't know if their quality drops [but I don't think it does]. You can tell the Bojangles ship is run tight here with the employees being very friendly and everything always in the right place. read more

I got my money back. I paid with a credit card, but they did not know how to do a refund, so they gave me cash back. Tonight I ordered two two-piece dinners with mashed potatoes, got to the window, and they were out of mashed potatoes. What are the odds? The manager tells me I need to choose something else, but I said we would just go somewhere else. She was annoyed. The only have about 15 items on the menu so how can they be out every time? I got a 8 piece tailgate with a side of cold slaw and cajun beans. The meal came with ice tea and I got three sweet potatoe pies. I went around lunchtime, and there was a little line of 5 cars in front of me. The staff was really friendly​ at the drive thru. The smell was heavenly on the ride home.
