All managers should at least listen to the customer, and fix the problem, or at least present themselves in a professional manner at all times. I am contacting Corporate to recommend some training since this small issue could have been diffused and handled in a more consumer friendly manner. Weather the establishment is fast food or an expensive restaurant, customers should be treated with respect, as we should also respect the staff.

Was it the best chicken sandwich I've had? No by a long shot. Service was fine and when we arrived we went through the drive thru and our meal was ready. I can't speak to the restaurant as we didn't go it. We went home and enjoyed our meal. If I wanted a chicken sandwich, and I was in a time crunch, I would come back. If I planned a meal I would plan for elsewhere.
