I've been here a few times. The freshness of the food is hit or miss. I've eaten inside but the lobby is usually dirty. So, today I went through the drive thru. I ordered a 2-piece white meal meal with dirty rice and cole slaw for my friend. He loved it. I ordered a Bo'Berry biscuit for myself. With the new renovation of the Bojangles the atmosphere was great. The two young gentlemen working the drive thru were so nice and polite. They deserve to be recognized for their kindness. I wished I had of got their names. read more

Typical Bojangles. I got through the drive thru in about 5 minutes. I ordered the 4 piece chicken supreme dinner and when I got to the window they had to ask what I wanted again. They finally got it right but I'm glad I checked my bag before driving off since they'd forgotten my honey mustard (that I'd already asked for once). The food was average. read more

The fries are extremely soggy and have no seasoning. Ordered a large tea and was given and received a medium.

It's been almost a year since I visited this location and it hasn't gotten better. I waited in my car for 20 minutes after the employee directed me to wait for my meal. My meal was never delivered so I asked for my money back. The manager promptly without an apology refunded my order. There are way too many chicken restaurants in Knightdale for Bojangles service to be so slow. Today was my last visit since the employees can't get it right. read more

This Bojangles is by far the worst Bojangles you can ever go to do not come to this Bojangles they are super unhelpful was simply trying to order two items (water, borounds) and they did not want to work with me with my form of payment when I've gone to multiple Bojangles before and it's been no issue their customer service is horrible and they don't care about the quality of their business. read more

Just ordered some Bojangles at this location to take home to NYC and the employees are disgustingly rude! I have been to others during my visit to NC and have not encountered customer service like this. Not only did they get upset at communicating the wrong order, they blatantly ignored me when I tried to ask a question at the drive thru. I love bojangles!!! I'm from California and this is so much better than boring KFC. The chicken has a nice spice and the gravy is amazing. I also had bojangles for breakfast and the bo rounds were delicious, so much flavor for potatoes from a fast food place. And lastly the bo berry biscuit. I could eat one of these everyday for breakfast or dessert, even a snack. I'm a little bummed out we don't have a bojangles back home, someone open up this franchise on the west coast! Food is pretty good most of the time. Occassionally the line gets backed up and can make you lose at least five minutes on your drive to work. I had one of their biscuits the other day and it was twice as good as usual, yea somebody must have dropped an accidental ingredient in it. Sometimes I prefer the Bo rounds over the biscuits. The woman my husband encountered last night was completely rude, messed up the order and charged an extra $0.30 for requesting additional seasoning on their already mostly unseasoned fries. We had been overlooking the lack of seasoning for several trips hoping it was just a "bad" night. I have never been to another Bojangles that doesn't put enough seasoning on their products, much less charge us extra for a little more, or an adequate amount I should say. That's their signature so why skimp and charge the customer extra? I had another bad encounter with the Bojangles on Wake Forest as well. Another rude woman taking orders in the drive thru. 3 stars because I like Bo's, but I honestly hope that they've hired new employees since the last time that I have eaten here.. Hate it. my total was 7.76 and I gave her a 20.00 she gives me 2.24 back then when I go inside to tell them they gave me the wrong change she says that she has no 20s in the cash register when I clearly gave her a 20. Please hire people that know how to count. read more
