The staff was nice but they move so incredibly slow like the sloth from Zootopia. The carbonation has to be running low with the syrup running low because the fountain drink tasted horrible. I asked for no egg and no corn on my cobb salad and there is egg on my salad. I'm highly disappointed as i have an allergy

If this is a medium fry I'd hate to see what a small one is. And no there were none in the bag... My fault for not inspecting before I left the store I guess.

I really wish I had better things to say about my chick-fil-a experience this morning. I ordered Chicken Minis and 5 of my 10 minis had crumbs in them. This is absolutely outrageous for the 13$ i had to pay. The minis looked all shaken when i recived them aswell. Very very disappointed.

My daughter and I visited this location for Cow Appreciation Day. This is the day Chick-Fil-A fans dress up as a cow and get a free entree. We love this location in North Hills because it is close to the movies as well as the little patch of grass play area. On this day, the location was decorated with black and white balloons and cow print, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was festive. The cow mascot was even there going around giving high fives and selfies. It was so much fun! My child got a six piece nugget kids meal with waffle fries and a lemonade. It came with a fun trivia I SPY book that she enjoyed and turned into a table game we all could play. I tried the chicken wrap and the cashier advised that I try it with the avocado dressing as a dip. It was not my fave lunch sandwich. I won't be getting it again. I did enjoy the new seasonal drink: watermelon mint lemonade. It was so refreshing ! If you are looking for a quick bite to eat with your family , especially pre or post movies...dine at this Chick Fil A!

A lot of people who are "under staffed"

Still Covid restricted, you have to order on the app in store and they say it's because of a staff shortage. Parking is already bad. Hard pass on this location

Slowest CFA I've ever been to and they don't even have a drive thru. Go to a different location for faster service.

Let me start with this: I am absolutely biased because Aladdin's is my favorite restaurant ever!…read moreAnd I'm not ashamed to admit it. I've practically followed this place across states and cities. I discovered Aladdin's years ago when I lived in Northern Virginia. After that first visit, I was hooked and started going several times a year. When the Shirlington location closed, they reopened in Burke, and that became my new go‑to spot every time I visited the area. And then, heartbreak , they closed that location too. One day I randomly searched to see if they had opened anywhere else, and you won't believe it... they popped up right here in North Carolina, the same state I now live in! And while it's not in Charlotte, my brother lives in Raleigh, which means every trip to see him doubles as an excuse to visit Aladdin's. My usual order is the shawarma rolled, and trust me when I say it's the best! The savory, flavorful meat paired with those pickled veggies, plus all the heavenly spices and sauces, well t's just perfect! I've had shawarma at countless places over the years, and nothing even comes close to theirs. I typically grab an appetizer as well, dolmas or falafel. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish I've tried has been spectacular. Introduced my brother and wife to this place, and they've already been back! To give you an idea of how deep my love for this place goes, the last time I visited I ordered 4 extra shawarma rolls to go, froze them, and rationed them out at home. They don't hold up perfectly after being frozen but I did still enjoy every single one. Aladdin's will always be one of those rare restaurants that I go out of my way to visit and I'll continue to stop by as often as I possibly can. If you love Mediterranean flavors (Lebanese) this spot is a must!!!

Despite it being less than a week from Christmas and the shopping center it is in is quite hectic due to the holidays, I was able to find a spot by scavenging. I appreciate that the lot is very large, and people are always coming and going, so if you wait just a tad or if you park by Walgreens, you'll get a spot sooner, than later. I ordered the: - Taza Chicken Salad - 10/10 - delicious, flavorful and so much variety - Flavor Savor Special - 8/10 - the beef and the falafel was a bit dry that I couldn't finish (and I usually always finish my food) but the chicken thigh and everything else was licked up clean - Mango Smoothie - 10/10 - so refreshing, and you can tell, its super fresh Our server Leena was absolutely wonderful, she was so sweet, polite, helpful - just so gracious. I'd come again to try out different dishes, since they offer soooo many different things, but I'd probably avoid the beef and likely the falafel next time.

I have been to Postino many times before, but this was my first time at the Raleigh location. While it's been 4 years since I've had Postino and the menu has changed a little, the bruschetta board is still a permanent fixture. We ordered a bruschetta board for an appetizer and I ordered the half panini & half salad for my entree. The bruschetta board is a must order because you can get 4 different kinds. The top tier choice is the salami pesto one. It's my absolute favorite. For my panini, I got the caprese one on ciabatta bread and the half of the mixed greens salad. The salad was delicious. This was a ton of food and felt very satisfying. I always love the vibe of Postino's, but this location was way too dark with only a small candle at the table. Service started off good and we were able to order our food without a problem. However, our server was done with his shift right after we ordered so we got a new server. Our new server had no idea we already ordered and was a little behind coming to our table for water refills. Despite that, we were in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes. Postino is surrounded by other shops and restaurants, so they had a ton of parking available outside the restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you want good food!

The workers are overworked, unsupported, and expected to carry the entire place while management collects a paycheck for barely contributing. There is also obvious favoritism and unfair treatment going on. Certain people are hired under different positions just so they can get paid more while doing the exact same work as everyone else and in some cases doing even less. Meanwhile, other employees are expected to pick up the slack and handle tasks management's favorites don't even touch. On top of that, the racist behavior and unequal treatment have not gone unnoticed. The environment has become toxic, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Employees deserve better than being treated unfairly while management hides in the back and refuses to lead or help when it actually matters. At this point, the management seriously needs to be replaced because the way this place is being run is completely unprofessional. Management allows people who do not even work there to be there, while actual employees are expected to carry the workload and deal with stressful rushes alone. When things get too busy for her to handle, she suddenly has people come in to help her, but when it comes to the night staff working with fewer people and less support, she could not care less because she is not the one there dealing with it. The lack of leadership, fairness, and accountability has created a toxic environment where hardworking employees are constantly overworked, ignored, and disrespected.

But that's where it stopped. I asked for my burger to be medium - it came out well done. The mayo wasn't on the side, it was on someone's plate at the table. The fries were cold. Like COLD, COLD. I had to add my own toppings to the fries that should have been hot as well - from what I gathered from the menu. My friend had to ask them a few times to make them over - with watching her - I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just wouldn't return. It's a shame - the concept is good overall - but the delivery isn't all there. To charge extra for air fryer fries is wild when they don't come out cooked well and hot for the customer.
