Great breakfast menu. The breakfast is one of my favorite. The chicken tenders are so delicious.

This fast food restaurant is extremely slow. It should be called slow food. You will receive no apologies.

One word- OUTSTANDING!!! This is the old Wendy's just down…read morefrom Northlake Mall, on Lavista Road. It is YELLOW- and yes, you can almost miss it if you are going too fast. A decent size parking lot, a round-robin of customers & I spoke to a few who are repeats- they love it! The restaurant is clean & organized- booths & tables. Charging stations (plugs) available as well. Walk up counter, place order, wait for your number to be called. Do not be in a rush- made-to-order!! Worth the wait!!! If you are not starving- split a meal with a friend- portions are huge & truly DELICIOUS!!! Ask for sauces, if you want. They have tartare, cocktail & homemade hot sauces. Fresh lemons too. Pepsi products, sweet/unsweetened tea... NO ALCOHOL! Outstanding employees! All so nice! Big menu- ask for one if needed, they have scrolling screens & it is hard to figure out. Menu is best to figure out what you want. Literally EVERYTHING was SO fresh & delicious!!! Mom thought salty, so maybe ask for light/no salt if this is a dietary restriction. They have fresh & fried options. Here are pics of our meals. All left with to-go's. Note, meals are served in to-go containers, not actual plates. The music is fun but WAY WAY WAY too loud. Heads up. I'd truly go back if in town. What an unexpected treat for dad's birthday. He was HAPPY!

I'm not gonna post any ugly photos and I'm also not gonna dog this business out because I get it,…read more"Times are tough!" So here's what I'll do, I'll make this both a post and a personal message to the owner... Dear Sir/Madame Business owners, CFO, CEO, Treasure/Acct., Associates... I remember almost four years ago when my wife and I stepped foot into your shop. It wasn't MUCH different than it is now. The young woman behind the hot bar greeted us, made us feel welcome, and I almost feel like she gave us the story of how they started the restaurant. It was a great experience and for us it was endearing as we had just lost my wife's father. We were new in town and wanted to find places that made us feel like home. Like her father made us feel, welcomed and comfortable. We travel a lot so we aren't avid patrons but when we wanted some Mo Better we went. It seemed that as these four years have rolled by, the story has dwindled into local banter with the regulars and basic hungry guests. I remember the cake box was full of desserts every flavor in stock. The plain pound cake was a heavy reminder for my wife and I of grand parents who baked similar goods. The hot bar was fully stocked, and the standard was clean and efficient. The health department gave you an 81...An "81"! The atmosphere seemed tired and clearly there was a shortage of help. I make up that by the condition of a 65% empty cake box, and the lack of enthusiasm of the ONE guy who was )ringing up orders, touching food, boxes, bags, reciepts, tongs, the drive through window, the lever on the drink machine, I could go on) that the pay isn't attractive and quite possibly there's not even a health plan due to this administration putting the bite on business owners. Attracting talented workers who are dedicated and committed is probably just as difficult because there's nothing attractive about working at Mo Better. Aside from all that Plus the two sides of missing potato salads in two different orders (one was from my order today) I hope, and it is my deepest wish that you take a step back, reevaluate, look at what's not working and get rid of it. Then think of what you can add to bring your business back up to a level where, maybe the business has increased and you have a rating above 90. There are possibilities available if you want to thrive, because at this rate, it doesn't even feel like really care. About my order...Here's the feedback: *The cabbage was mega salty. *The chicken was over fried or it was fried from frozen. Chicken shouldn't shred and become stringy and chewy when you bite it, that's a result of cheap cuts and or poor quality. *The potato salad (missing) *The cornbread was wet and crumbly I watched as the cashier/server/orderpacker, busily moved to get drinks for others. But I had to ask for mine. He took my to go order at 6:07, I left at 6:23. I clocked a recent visit to Piccadilly's yesterday around the same time. Nobody in front of me at Mo better 16 minutes. Six people in front of me at Piccadilly, 8 minutes. Distance wise It makes better sense. Wait time wise and accuracy of order even BETTER. I could write more but my point is. We don't have much left here in Stonecrest, I would hate to see this spot have to pack it up. Get together and come up with a new plan, flip the menu, add something that's exclusive to MO BETTER, something you can only get there. Change the operating hours, get involved in the community and connect to the people...Better days are coming, and sometimes a shift can set everything right and get you back into motion..."Good Luck!"

Welcome back to the table…read more I find that most people dismiss rotisserie chicken as "basic," but finding one that is actually seasoned through to the bone is harder than it should be. I stopped by the Cowboy Chicken in McDonough looking for something reliable, and it delivered that specific, wood-fired comfort that's hard to replicate at home. The vibe is laid-back and rustic exactly what you'd expect from a spot centered around an open flame. The Spread We didn't hold back on the order, covering everything from the signature rotisserie to the brisket and bowls. The Signature Chicken: They use a dry rub and slow-roast the meat over real wood. The result is a juicy, tender interior with skin that carries a slight, salty crispness. What stood out most was the flavor penetration; the seasoning wasn't just sitting on the surface. Unlike many rotisserie spots where the center feels neglected or underdone, this was consistent throughout. It holds its own without needing sauce. The Sides: The Spanish Rice surprised me. Fluffy, well-seasoned, shelly in texture, and the addition of corn gave it a nice sweetness. The Mac and Cheese was a bit of a curveball; it's more on the liquid, saucy side, but the flavor builds on you the more you eat. The fries were perfect and held a solid crisp even after sitting for a bit. We ended up getting a second basket of Fries because the crunch held up beautifully, even as they cooled down. The Coleslaw will be a hit or miss for some, we had mixed reviews. The shredded cabbage was thicker than normal but the other half of the table it was perfect. Tinga Bowl ($14.00): If you want something that feels a bit lighter but still packs a punch, this is it. The shredded chicken has a balanced kick, paired with corn relish, black beans, and a sprinkle of "Cowboy Dust" for heat. It's refreshing but filling. Layered with rice, beans, corn relish, avocado, crema it all balances out. Not heavy, but still satisfying. Brisket Sandwich (13.75: The bread was lightly toasted, cradling pulled brisket that was smoky and not juicy because we needed sauce for it but the flavor was there. Crispy Tenders ($13.25): These were a table favorite. They nailed the external crunch without sacrificing the moisture of the chicken inside.Crunch on the outside, seasoned all the way through, and still tender inside. The Sweet Finish I'm officially a fan of their Texas Peach Cobbler. It leans more cake-like than soupy, which I prefer. It tasted fresh, warm and held its structure, making it a solid closer for a heavy meal. Service & Value The moment we walked in, the staff offered a genuine verbal welcome. The service was efficient, and the restaurant maintained a clean, organized look despite the steady flow of customers. At roughly $14-$15 for a plate with two sides and a roll, the portion size makes the pricing very reasonable for the quality you're getting. Table Approved This is the spot for a high-quality, fuss-free family dinner or a solo lunch when you're craving real wood-fired flavor without the fast food aftertaste. It's dependable, flavorful, and worth a visit for the chicken alone. Follow along where food meets adventure - Shallonz Table.
