Since Wendy's in the area doesn't have the Lent special Panko Fish Sandwich, I thought I'd try Bojangles version. Since I'm currently disabled, I had it delivered by Uber Eats. They got it to me OK and it was hot. The sandwich looked a bit like Wendy's but that's all. It did have fresh bread and veggies on it but the batter it was fried in was overloaded with salt. A few weeks ago, we ordered the 8 piece box meal. Got home and we were missing a breast. We didn't call or complain. But I am now because today, Hubs ordered 3 sausage and egg biscuits to take to his fishing buddies. He counted 3 biscuits and left. Sadly, the biscuits were under cooked. No golden crispy tops or edges. They were so pale on the outside and the inside was on the edge of being doughy. I checked other locations and they all seem to be doing badly. The food has been good, the service fast, nothing has been forgotten, and the people that work there have always been super nice. When we opened the meal at home we discovered they had left out the 4 biscuits and the sausage gravy we ordered. On 10/25/2021 we went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece family meal. After paying we were informed they were out of chicken breasts and a leg and wing were substituted in their place. I filled out the survey from Bojangles website for both instances and requested to be contacted by Bojangles. To this date I have not heard a word from them. That was our last purchase from Bojangles. We now drive into the next town over to get KFC. read more

likes : location is not bad. the brand, as a rule the food is what it should be. dislikes : 6 employees and the dinning room is closed? no signage on the doors letting you know it's window service only. had an employee screaming for me to pull up (so i don't slow down the line). they didn't fill the order as requested (sides were not right). they were out of various things, so substitutions had to be made on the fly (would had not been an issue if inside placing the order, could had let other customers go ahead). sadly, we thought this was the best that bojo had in this area (battleground serves stale food and is never clean) randleman rd has the same issues. a this point, we may just have to forego bojo in the future... read more

Customer service needs improvement. I asked the young man at the drive thru if I could have just a minute to decide and no reply. After ordering I went to the first window to pay as instructed and paid and then the next young man just stared at me. I asked him if I was supposed to go to the next window and he said yes. We got our order and got fries instead of green beans which was listed correctly on the receipt. No napkins or ketchup offered. The chicken sandwich was obviously thrown together very quickly as there was just a giant glob of mayo in the middle of the bun and everything else was dry. I have never had such a ridiculous experience at a restaurant. It took over 40 minutes to get two chicken biscuits, and they were barely busy! The two other people in the store ended waiting a hour. So disappointing. Everything becomes less and less every visit. This was our last. Went today at about 2 ordered a 12 piece meal. Keep in mind this is now nearly $40 for fried chicken. Meal comes with 3 sides. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, pintos and coleslaw. we even ordered an extra regular side of gravy as they have started giving only an individual serving with your potatoes. Remember this was a 12 piece meal meant to serve about 5. The worst thing is that they to not even bother to fill the sides to the top. Every single one was half full or less. What a rip. Of all the things to be skimping on potatoes, beans and coleslaw??? Containers should be full. There are several options available. The past few times we have gone thru the drive-thru have been awful, went thru tonight 1-2-23 and again they can't get the order right, reminded them 3 times of what condiments I needed and was assured they would be in the bags/box, I was asked to pull up to wait on my order so I'm thinking good I'm going to get hot food, no not at all, I made the mistake of not checking my order before I pull off but I didn't want to have to go back around and wait in line again and I wasn't going inside so against better judgment I go home. I get home, they didn't put in one of my sides and I paid extra for it, no condiments what so ever and the hot food I was expecting, a big fat NO, biscuits were COLD, chicken lukewarm, mac & cheese room temp and I can't tell you how the pintos were because I don't eat those so I didn't try them. I had called them when I noticed we were missing the fries with no salt before checking everything else and they wanted to know if I wanted to come back and get them, what a joke, with the temperature of the rest of the food by the time I got back home I would have been eating ice cubes, so what do they tell me, we'll take your name and when you come back you can pick up your missing item, well this was my last time, can't tell you how many times my name has been put on the missing item list and I have never retrieved the items by the time I go back the list has been discarded. read more
