They have a nice bar area for locals and wanderers alike. Their to-go is quick but not too quick. So you know you are getting your stuff freshly prepared. Our order: 8 piece dark meat special. Bourbon Wingettes. Mac and cheese and Gravy rice. Hand of accountability again: The bourbon sauce. What the f%#k.....have I been doing with my life?! One of the best sauces I have had, sweet with a tiny comfy kick of spices. The team is super kind, the girl behind the counter was taking my order, assisting the lady behind me and bringing out another order with ease. It was overwhelming and honestly hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, no dipping sauce was offered at all--something that could have at least helped balance out the excessive salt. It felt like there was no attention to the overall taste or customer experience. On top of that, the wingets were extremely small--like they came from baby chickens. For the price, the portion size and quality just didn't match expectations. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not somewhere I'd return to.

We were able to grab a seat in the dining area while we waited. We got a variety of sliders, tenders, and fries. Several times I pointed this out to the manager who is really nice unless shes having a bad day. Then she hardly speaks and if you point out the tiny portion she doesn't care. Bottom line you are paying a premium for food that is hit or miss at a place where their staff don't seem to care and management only cares if they are having a great day.

When my order was delivered, half of my condiments were missing. That's when I went to the counter and was ignored. Next, I ordered a Cobb Salad, my usual, and 1/3 of it was the butt of the lettuce. Not what I'm used to from this location. The only reason I'm doing a review now is because this is the 3rd time my salad wasn't up to par here. I will be back and hopefully things will be better. ‍
