This used to be the best bojangles around. There is a new crew working there now and it has changed the great customer service and food into a typical bojangles that's going downhill fast. Cussing in front of customers, no manners, food is wrong almost every time, food is absolutely sub par and you are lucky if it's warm or not soggy. Today, they didn't give my son his side for his combo and they shorted my order the side as well. The food came out fairly quickly and was nice and hot! Service was good -- cashiers were nice. Bojangles chicken is always crispy and juicy -- it really hits the spot on road trips. My boyfriend's grandma liked the house salad as well! The fries are also really good. A great tip when getting them is putting a hefty amount of the seasoning near the pickup area on the fries -- it makes a world of a difference! Awful. We went through the drive-through and I had to repeat each of my order items twice. I distinctly told them the 12 piece chicken Super Tailgate meal when I had to repeat my choice. The order was repeated back so I know they didn't mishear me that time. Perhaps it's true that they screw you at the drive-through and perhaps I'm partly to blame for not opening up my order and checking it before I left. Silly me.....but I've eaten at various Bojangles stores for 15 years and this is the first store that's ever botched my order. Granted, I hadn't been to this location before. Well, okay. Moving right along.... Anyway, I saw the correct number and size of boxes and sacks, so I thought it was ok. We drove home, tired and starving.....and found we had little chicken strips and some hard, little fries in our family-meal-sized box. The mashed potatoes had a tiny cupful pf gravy for our family-sized Super Tailgate Meal. That was what four hungry people got for dinner. Our tea tasted as if it had aged and steeped for several hours - not Bojangles usual quality at all. I called and the lady who answered asked for my order number. She did verify that I hadn't gotten what I should've and offered to give us our chicken, but I live 12 miles away and wasn't up to going back that night. Oh, well. Cindy saved the day! She should be employee of the month. We closed on our house today, and after a day of moving wanted to treat our moving crew to Bojangles--it was their choice. No supremes! Supply chain problem and unavailable fir days or maybe weeks. We were walking out when Cindy suggested the Cajun filet and how they could make them into dinners, salads, snacks, sandwiches, whatever we wanted. Worked out great. Tasted good too. But the iced tea (unsweetened) is the best--even better than the food. We also witnessed Cindy greeting every customer in a friendly manner. Restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. Stopped in yesterday 8-16-25 on my way home from Busco Beach. This Bojangles ran like an assembly line. Outside there was an employee taking an order on a table. Walk in, notice all the employees behind the counter working step for step with each other. The amount of employees reminded me of Chic Filet and Diary O restaurant. The way they all worked together was flawless. I ordered my 2 Biscuits and a drink. it was ready within a few minute. I've never seen a Bojangles run so smoothly. Walk out to the dining room and seen an employee wiping down a table. Every table that wasn't being used was clean, no crumbs anywhere. I sat down to eat with my buddy. Seen an employee cleaning the windows on the outside. And an employee was running food outside to the drive thru. Overall a fantastic experience. I wish all Bojangles operated like this. This Bojangles on 502 N Pearl Street in Princeton NC should be the new standard. read more

Bojangles in Princeton NC cooked fried chickens perfect. Once a while it wasn't. But I can always let them know about my chickens that it was dark skin and hard. They quickly changed it to the better one. The same at Bojangles in Selma NC. I went both places for a long time. They are doing great and still good fried chickens. I still go there. read more

Went today March 4 to drive thru we ordered tailgate special and no wings legs instead said pull around got to window same rude lady from weeks ago. When we got 2 biscuits and looked in bag and had only 1. But today she said pull up to yellow sign to wait 10 mins for chicken. Then 3pm 30 minutes later I went inside and was a few customers waiting there and some was ordering one lady behind me walked out. The cashier was very nice out of all of them there. The manager on duty I suppose when she walked over to him was laughing a younger male. Said to me it will be 10 more minutes again this was already 30 minutes after ordering and was told 10. I was very disappointed and didn't like this never had this problem used be best Bojangles I loved. But we went back around to drive thru and asked for refund. ordered two 3 piece supremes and one with rice and other with fries with ranch and honey mustard. did not receive any ranch even asking for it at the window for the 2nd time. there was no seasoning on the fries whatsoever and we even asked for extra seasoning on them. this has happened multiple times coming to this bojangles and we have had a problem with our order every single time we came through the drive through. terrible experience every single time. This is one of my go to road trip locations. The service is always friendly, the food is always hot and delicious, and the drive thru is always fast! Every once in a while, I'll park and run in for a bathroom trip, but other than that, we drive thru. 9/22\20 My husband and I went to Bojangles in Princeton today and we gave the guy our order at the register, he takes my money gives me back change and then makes our tea with the same gloves on that he took the money with. If I'm going to wear a mask you're going to change your gloves. He said he would make us some more cups with tea and we watched him bring the exact same ones back. He lied about it. Bojangles' is one of my favorite places to eat. This Bojangles' is my least favorite place to eat and go to. This location is close to Princeton Middle/High School so it's a popular place to meet up after school (There is legit a sidewalk from the school to this Bojangles'). Kids make such a mess here and I can feel how pissed the employees get. They are probably so tired of this that they put little work into what is given to the consumer. One time my parents went and got me a 6 piece supreme dinner and I got small chicken tenders (chicken tenders are in the meal) and fries.The fries come with seasoning. My fries were plain. The seasoning was on the box (my meal comes in a box only to go). The last time I went, my step brother got a plain biscuit with one slice of America cheese. The cheese was supposed to be melted. It was not. I went back to the line and asked for another one. They were saying it's a 'Cheddar Bo' but it was not. Just a biscuit with MELTED cheese. We ask for the biscuit again. They got it right!
