really? It was a chaotic experience. The manager, I guess that's what she was? Kept barking orders to her employees, it was a busy time but don't take your anxiety out on them. They were doing the best they could, in the moment. I rated one star but not the rank and files rating. They did terrific. Yelling and demeaning is not an effective leadership tool. Stopped on a drive, staff told us 10-12 minutes to prepare our order of 2 chicken sandwiches, which we reluctantly agreed to, but wound up taking over 30. May seem like a small thing to some, but killing 30 minutes in a drive through on a long trip is a deal breaker. read more

Fried Chicken and Biscuits. They do both extremely well. We pulled in the night before Thanksgiving and a lady was there to pick up her thanksgiving order! Who knew? I was driving the family and decided to go with a bowl. While it was perfectly adequate, they are a fried chicken place, so just go for the chicken. The chicken is always hot, crispy & delicious. The sides also are top notch. My only complaint would be I had red beans and rice in my bowl and they tasted a tad too salty. read more

I am a student at Dorman high school and on the way back to school me and my sister stop at bojangle. We pulled up to the speaker where we were greeted with an attitude. Then the lady refused to take our order. Finally when she takes our order she starts getting smart and cusses us out. We pulled to the window when she told lies saying we had cussed her out. She then proceeded to say she couldn't serve us. The service was terrible and very disrespectful. I will NOT be going back WORST fast food experience ever! read more

I ordered for lunch today 2 of the 5 piece supreme combos. Got home, one box had 2 supremes, the other box had 4 with no biscuit. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they would replace it, gave her my name, told her I would back this evening, which I did. Upon my arrival, the manager on duty handed me a replacement box with only some supremes "cause that's what I was missing earlier"! REALLY! To say I am mad is an understatement! Always a good spot for a quick meal. They always seem to have a good handle on the drive up service. I would only suggest that their associates pay closer attention to the contents of the bags in the way of straws or sauces requested. Solid overall experience. read more

My other stop on the road was for something other than normal fast food. So fried chicken was our decision and it ended up a great one. We ate outside because we have a dog and did not want to eat Fried Chicken in the car. That was a little bit of an issue and we felt a little weird camped out on the curb near the drive thru eating. No outside seating at all. Even a little table and chairs or picnic table would have been great. Otherwise, this hit the spot, fast service, good chicken, biscuits, and iced Coffee which was a great addition to our combo. read more

They are super fast and friendly. In the mornings when I'm in a hurry, they are super swift and have never gotten my order wrong!

They still mess up my order from time to time, hence the 3 stars, but I will say they've made improvements since my last review. It seems that management cares a lot about customer feedback, which is refreshing. read more
