We were disappointed almost from the start with this location. Things such as cream, sugar, salt, pepper had to be asked for- if the policy is to not have these things left on the tables, I had the expectation that the server would ask if you wanted a condiment if it was appropriate. The food was average at best- eggs were disappointing especially for a restaurant with "eggs" in their name. Coffee was average, neither terrible nor particularly inviting. The coffee tasted to me like slightly colored water. The servers seemed to me to be trying to do as little "serving" as possible. Almost as if they were half asleep when they did interact with us. I'd not go to this location again if I had other choices available mainly because it reminded me of an overpriced version of a complimentary hotel breakfast buffet without the all you can eat component.

What a cheerful place to come for breakfast. Our waiter was Jared, he was very helpful with suggestions and led me to order Southwestern Bowl. I did enjoy this bowl. It had a great combination of ingredients that blended very well. I was a little disappointed with the potatoes. Very odd some were undercooked and others were overcooked, like burnt black on one side. The rating would be a 4 based on the food but a definite 5 based on the service. Jared was a great server.

    a fried egg and potatoes

I have ordered delivery from here many many times, used to be great. They had a cook who could actually make over medium eggs, however lately I guess they don't do any quality control cause over hard is all I get, you can't get a correction on delivery. I went last Thursday and sat down and same thing over hard at least the waitress was able to correct the issue. No more, there's too many places to spend my money!

Sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuit, and grits. Yum!

Good food good service. A perfect place for breakfast or brunch. Excellent, for a chain restaurant. Closes at 2:00 PM

    Burned dry Omlette

Burned my breakfast and told me they'd replace it if I drove up to get it. Now I did get this delivered through Door Dash. And the "customer service " through them is abysmal. So I paid full price. it looks browned "crispy" even Not sure that's what an omelette is supposed to be . in the picture but tasted like charcoal and grease. The grits were watery and tasted old, and strangely my cinnamon raisin toast had salad dressing on it. I used to love this place for the fresh quality meals. Seems like they now only care as far as getting your money.

Great breakfast place. Nothing fancy, just solid good food at reasonable prices! I've been here many times.

We ordered the calamari, burger no cheese and 6 Korean bbq wings. We had time to wash our hands and our dinner and appetizer was delivered to the table. My burger came with cheese and she offered to remake it but I said it was fine. The calamari was amazing, some of the best we have had. The wings were also great with just the right amount of kick, The burger was also very tasty. As we were enjoying our dinner Andrew brought us a hamburger to go with no cheese and another side salad. He apologized for the mistake and told us to enjoy it for lunch tomorrow. His leadership in the restaurant speaks volumes for the way his restaurant is run. We would recommend this restaurant to locals and travelers alike. Thanks to Our waitress, Andrew and team for a great dinner for some weary travelers. We have bookmarked for a return visit.

Prior to covid it was okay right after covid it was okay it never was really great. This is the place where if everything was full and you pulled in the park you went and had a little dinner said all right screw it this will work for tonight I haven't had a meal here probably in a little over a year I got stuck over here for the night and went in and had a fish dinner which was excellent. I noticed one thing it's very clean the staff is doing a great job the cooks are very good at this one now therefore I'm giving it more than the average three stars. My first dinner was the grilled white fish Alaskan and I had a Cajun seasoned. The baked potato was a little later in the day so it wasn't super soft but it wasn't hard it was good. And I had corn I need to add some butter though it had no flavor. that was a very good meal The next morning I thought you know what let's go and try the day shift see how the breakfast is and it was fantastic. French toast was cooked perfectly I told him to go light on the powdered sugar they barely dusted it like I like. Had the Smuckers sugar-free syrup. I went with the healthier option like I do at TA and Petro restaurants I did the healthy turkey sausage. And an egg soft scrambled Everything really good again decided to drop a review for this one now. Keep up the good work unfortunately the actual TA travel Center leaves a little less to be desired they'll be in review later on but it is what it is. It's never really been great and it still isn't LOL. But the country pride is doing a great job

Ambience, ambience, ambience and NO tvs. Hannah was our pleasant young server; I asked Hannah to confirm that she is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg, and the pleasing Carolina voice was a moral boost. Earlier we had enjoyed the Kentucky voice of Angel- both girls were angels. Heirloom has a small menu and a small dining room, but extra large hospitality. Because of a buffet lunch, we settled on burgers - No, cannot prepare medium rare. Very possibly menu items have spent a good deal of time in the freezer. Heirloom is on our way to weeks autumn and spring at Hilton Head, so we shall revisit. Merits 5 stars (not for food) for neat dining experience.

We live in Greenville, so this was definitely outside of our usual scope. I love the name of the restaurant, the decor and atmosphere were nicely done. The staff greeted us with a smile and our server...whose name was "Creamer" was knowledgeable and very helpful. We ordered Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and mini hand made biscuits for appetizers which were pretty good. My youngest son and I both ordered Salmon (altered from the what's on the menu) sweet potato puree I ordered the corn and my son ordered asparagus, my husband ordered Gumbo and my oldest son ordered a steak. The presentation of the food was nice and the food was good, I enjoyed my meal but I tasted my husbands gumbo and we both felt that it lacked flavor...for it to be creole gumbo and a side of creamed corn (he and I could have shared that bowl...there was a lot). My oldest son felt that his steak was overpriced. Youngest son enjoyed his too. The food was good but I don't know if I'll be "rushing" to get back as there wasn't anything that just stood out to me.
