Service was outstanding too -- friendly, attentive, and fast the whole time. Only complaint: the men's restroom had no paper towels or soap, which is definitely a huge red flag and something that needs attention ASAP. Called in my order.... Asked for the Slices (french toast), strips and spuds and a burger. Only asked for the spuds to be changed to eggs and the order taker decided it was "best" to ring in an order for pancakes, eggs and bacon and just substitute the pancakes for eggs (and mentioned it was cheaper). I get home, I have pancakes, eggs and bacon in my container This is why you should just ring it in AS IS and put the substitution under the asked for item instead of ringing in something COMPLETELY different and the kitchen not being aware of how the order is supposed to be made because it wasn't rung in correctly or there was no clear communication between FOH and BOH. .....And had the audacity to ask for a tip because you have to pay with a card when placing an order over the phone. read more

We frequent this Moore location and they regularly do a good job here. On Tuesday 4/15 my wife & I observed an older handicapped lady struggling & having significant difficulty eating. Shortly thereafter a hostess noticed going to her aid. She sat down with her and helped in such a way that she could properly finish her breakfast. This employee who's name was JESS, went above & beyond to assist this person without prompting and highlights the quality of the staff here. Pretty good breakfast spot with good service. Ordered the breakfast burrito, but they were out of carne asada. Subbed in bacon/sausage and it was great. We were disappointed almost from the start with this location. Things such as cream, sugar, salt, pepper had to be asked for- if the policy is to not have these things left on the tables, I had the expectation that the server would ask if you wanted a condiment if it was appropriate. The food was average at best- eggs were disappointing especially for a restaurant with "eggs" in their name. Coffee was average, neither terrible nor particularly inviting. The coffee tasted to me like slightly colored water. The servers seemed to me to be trying to do as little "serving" as possible. Almost as if they were half asleep when they did interact with us. I'd not go to this location again if I had other choices available mainly because it reminded me of an overpriced version of a complimentary hotel breakfast buffet without the all you can eat component. read more

What a cheerful place to come for breakfast. Our waiter was Jared, he was very helpful with suggestions and led me to order Southwestern Bowl. I did enjoy this bowl. It had a great combination of ingredients that blended very well. I was a little disappointed with the potatoes. Very odd some were undercooked and others were overcooked, like burnt black on one side. The rating would be a 4 based on the food but a definite 5 based on the service. Always one of my favorite go to breakfast stops. Now that SC has removed the limited capacity numbers of guest it stays pretty busy/ crowded and takes longer to get your food. If you can sit back enjoy your coffee and not let the wait or a lot of people close by worry you come eat here. I enjoyed the Hen House which is a 1/2 waffle, 2 eggs, and bacon. I have ordered delivery from here many many times, used to be great. They had a cook who could actually make over medium eggs, however lately I guess they don't do any quality control cause over hard is all I get, you can't get a correction on delivery. Great establishment to have brunch with friends! I have been to this location two times (once when they first opened and once recently). I love that it is close by my house as there's not a lot of sit down restaurants within 5 minutes in my area. Being a breakfast lover, I always suggest going to Eggs Up for my friend dates. The staff is very attentive and show that they care. The food is delicious! I always end up getting a pancake meal with eggs and bacon and they haven't disappointed me yet! This time, I decided to get the orange juice and it was quite possibly the best OJ I have ever tasted! It tasted like an Orange creamsicle :) The pricing is reasonable as well. My father and I came in a busy Sunday morning. The hostess told us a 10 minute wait and we were seated in 5. My father ordered the biscuits and gravy and I kept stealing bites. Now don't let that trick you into thinking My dish wasn't delicious as well. I ordered 2 eggs sunnyside -up, with your classic pancakes and syrup and had nothing left on my plate. My wife and I have been going there since they opened and up until recently the food was always hot and good. The last three times we have been there our food has been cold and unappetizing. When we sat down, I was a little concerned, at first. The seat had crumbs in it, as if it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Eggs Up just opened in Moore and we decided to give it a try on a Sunday morning. It's open 6AM - 2PM daily with breakfast served thru closing. There was a line which is always a good sign. They said 25 minute wait but we were seated in less than 15. I think the weekends are busier. Menu was more extensive than I expected; somewhere between Denny's and IHOP yet unique. They had several choices of Eggs Benedict and Homemade Corn Beef Hash. Usually when a place first opens, it takes time for the staff to work out the kinks. Not here. The busboys and waitresses were efficient and courteous, meeting all our needs. Leah was great. Food served quickly, hot and in generous portions. Prices very reasonable, atmosphere casual. Awful place to eat. We sat outside at 1:30 today and the service was nice but very slow. The girl came outside to unlock the chain around the chairs without the key! That's ridiculous. We have never eaten at this location without the service being slow and the food taking forever. Today was no exception. I ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and there was so little chicken that you could hardly see it! My husband received his eggs before the rest of his meal and they were cold. Who serves eggs without the biscuits and sausage that goes with it?! Also, we had not finished eating and the exterminator came inside the fence spraying for insects while we were eating!! What kind of restaurant allows this to happen while customers are eating?! There was also a customer's unleashed dog running around the tables and chairs when we sat down to eat. Again, what management allows customers to let their animals off the leash in an outside seating area? No management in their right mind would allow that and be responsible for the liability that goes along with roaming animals! This is a very poorly managed eating establishment and we will not be returning and would definitely not recommend it to others. read more
