the service and food is horrible every single time i go to this location. now they have started replacing their workers with a robot which is even slower than the workers. everytime i order the same thing and everytime i am more disappointe. each time i get a burnt biscuit and small chicken tenders that isnt even a full tender! paying $12 for a meal that is the size of a kids meal. mind you the same location same order each time. horrible. read more

Although this restaurant is clean at times, the serving area needs to be constantly attentive, it's always out of chicken/cooked. Way too many young kids without more mature (30's) supervision at hand. Just went through the drive thru and my order was completely wrong. Then when corrected they didn't place :1. straws 2. flavor sauce 3. no plastic utensils. The basics when working the drive-in windows at any fast food restaurant. Then a simple "Sorry for the inconvenience but how can I help you!" would ease in today's unstable society tensions. You always have a 15 to 20 minute wait for fresh made food (especially chicken). I've frequently go to this restaurant and with a least a 4 day span theirs no improvement on theses issues. Decided to stop going and take my money elsewhere. Stay away. read more

I have a lot of patience for food service and will forgive almost anything, but this Bojangles has been going downhill hard for years. After Hardee's in Walkertown cleaned up their act it's like all those crappy employees started at Bojangles. Their debit scanner wasn't working so I asked if they could just punch the numbers in. The employee said "I don't know how to do that" but didn't offer to find anyone who did. So I left..... I decided to try them again and after waiting 15 minutes they still managed to screw up every aspect of a small order for two people. We decided to walk in and order our food today. The girls behind the counter was not wearing gloves or hairnets while serving food. The food was not fresh and appeared as if it had been sitting out all day. Food in the floor and staff wiping their hands on used rags and returning to touch food. We will not be back. I have given this location so many chances to change my opinion and today I am letting them know exactly how I feel. Most times I have gone through the drive through and the last 6 times they did not have any chicken ready. At different times of the day! SIX times! Today I went through the drive through and let them know the previous week I purchased 2 chicken biscuits with cheese and of course there was no cheese. Today I asked for them to make good on it and not charge for the cheese but instead of just adding the cheese at no charge they wanted to charge for it and then hold up the drive through to hunt down a manager to handle my request to give it to me at no charge. If that was the first time this had happened it wouldn't be a big deal but after numerous experiences just like this, I had to share. This is why Biscuitville next door is so much busier and their drive through wraps around the building. With Zaxby's across the street Bojangles really needs to tighten up! My favorite fast food place, that doesn't feel like a grease and fat overload! The building itself is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Everything you can order gives you a taste of the south with the perfect amount of seasoning. The seasoned fries are DEEEEELISH! The chicken also has a great, crispy, delectable skin that has the perfect amount of spice underneath. My favorite chicken dish to order is the Cajun filet biscuit! There is no better fried chicken than Bo-J's. Even the impersonators Ike PopEye's can not come close to their yummy chicken or dirty rice when it s fresh. Not sure what is going on with this Walkertown Bo-j's, even after being open several years they just can't seem to get the idea that good customer service actually means listening to your customers and not trying to take advantage of them or trying to trick them. After writing this location off because of poor service a year ago, I thought I would give them another shot and stopped by at 6:00 on a Wednesday evening to pick up an Eight Piece Tailgate to take home. The chicken had clearly been setting out for a while and there was not much left in the bin. I told the lady at the register I wanted fresh chicken and she told me it would not be a problem if I was willing to wait a few minutes for it to cook. In a couple of minutes I saw another employee boxing up my order with the old chicken. The lady at the register went to them and told her that I wanted fresh chicken. I overhead the other employee tell her that they did not cook fresh chicken for customers. When the register employee told the other employee that there was not enough Breast to fill the order the other employee stated that they would substitute thighs and that the consumer would not know the difference. The Manager on duty I guess heard the discussion and walked up and told the employees to fill the order with the old chicken and use thighs in place of the breast. At this time, I had heard enough and after finally telling them to just give me my money back did I get any customer service. They did tell me the they would give me my next meal free, but I will return to what I was doing previously...Driving by this BoJangle's to one several miles further away when I want BoJ's chicken. read more
