Their Italian is made up of Genoa Salami, pepperoni, Virginia honey ham, provolone, and "Italian dressing and seasonings". Also included is lettuce, tomato, onion, and deli mustard. This sub was ok, but did not challenge the best in the area, whether chain ( Jersey Mike's, Jason's Deli, or Publix) or local ( Francesco's, Venezia's, Giacomo's, or Damn Yankee's). The roll was ok, and the filling was reasonable, but the overall quality of the meat was not the best. The Virginia Honey Ham was entirely too sweet, it very much mask other flavors. And the deli mustard is not an item I'd include in a classic Italian Sub. I'm might try another sub at some point, but definitely not the Italian!
