Jess was very kind and pleasant, and I want to make a point to recognize that. While waiting for my food inside, I could hear the first employee yelling at customers through her headset and also being unpleasant toward her coworkers, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, I've been to this Wendy's a few times, and although it's usually not very busy when I go, getting my food to-go from inside tends to take a slightly longer time than expected.
