This location completely sucks! I had ordered $22-$25 worth of food. FOOD meaning I received a bag of steaming pile of mush. I got home and opened bag to what looks like an employee did the end of shift happy dance on top of my food order. Nothing was crunchy about my food. Food was completely cold. went thru the drive thru with a Mobile Order and when I arrived they had a long line so I understood they were busy and everything but this was unacceptable. I finally got up to the window to pick up my food and the work informed me they were out of Dr. Pepper(which is what I ordered) so I asked for Pepsi. he handed me 1/2 of the drinks and my food and shut the window. I waited and when he opened it back up I informed him I was missing a drink. He handed me a cup 3/4 of the way full. I just took it and parked to check my food and realized they didn't give me any sauces that I ordered(and if you order the avocado sauce it charges 20 cents each(which I did) so I went back around to get my sauces and he had an attitude when I got up to the window saying I was lying about paying for sauce so I showed him. then he only handed me 2 of the 4 kinds I asked for so I waited for the rest which he eventually got. If I could give this Taco Bell ZERO stars, I would. This location has the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. I was there today and it was not busy, there was no one behind me in the drive thru so I said give me just a minute. I wanted to look at the menu and get something different than what I typically order. After just a few seconds they came back and said are you ready. I said please let me have a minute. Then they said "We ARE on a timer here" ... I had not been sitting there that long. They were NOT busy, there were NO other cars in line behind me. It wasn't lunch time, it was just past 3pm. This is the not first occasion I've been at this particular Taco Bell and encountered RUDE behavior and/or attitude. I don't care if you ARE on a timer, if I ran an establishment and my employees told a customer that and so rudely - I'd fire that person on the spot. read more

This taco bell is actually the worst one. I can't understand how you mess an order up so badly unless you deliberately try. Their quesadillas - trash half of them had no sauce the other half had basically no meat and WEREN'T COOKED. The fries were undercooked and there were LITERALLY 11 fries in the large order i ordered and were COLD. The only thing i will say was the boy at the drivethru was efficient on giving me my sauces/napkins and was externally polite and kind. As for their kitchen staff? i'd recommend sending them home since they don't care to do their jobs right half ass anyways. I'd have to give this place 3 stars because of their prices, friendliness and location. They lose two stars for speed and accuracy. For two years we've never received a single correct order and we have used their drive through once or more every single week. The speed of service is also painfully slow unfortunately. But getting home to incorrect orders and having to return is very frustrating. I can't check our order in the parking lot because I don't know what the family's orders are suppose to look like. I'm glad that Walkertown got another fast food joint b/c the rest are either chicken or burgers. Nice to have some variety. This Taco bell is slow, so just understand that before you go. I think it is b/c they only have about 2-3 people working. On the up side, the place is clean and the food is cheap and fresh.
