Disappointed is an understatement. Bojangles is one of my favorite places in the world. I often dream about Cajun fires and bo berry biscuits however the last dozen times I have been to this business locally has completely ruined it for me. Yeah, I have notified the regional manager about the product inconsistency at multiple locations but nothing has improved. Most recently I was at the location is Ogden. I ordered a sweet tea and medium fry. I was the only person in line and there was nothing fast about my fast food. The tea was unsweetened and fries were old and cold. I considered driving back through but decided I was over my brand loyalty. I hate to say it but I will not be back any time soon. read more

This is possibly the worst Bojangles location of all time, but definitely the worst one in Wilmington. They can't ever get the order right, missing components of the biscuits (that you have to pay extra for), missing sauces (that you are charged for), drinks are the wrong size (paid for Bo sized), and overall the worst customer service EVER. Every team member here acts like it's a bother when you ask them to remake or give you something you already paid for. Reading comprehension definitely doesn't exist at this location since they can't ever get the order correct and give it to you without an attitude. Won't be back. Would be absolutely embarrassed as a manager and location owner if this is how my business was being run. read more

My husband went inside to order and take it home to eat. The guy that was taking our order did not tell us how much our order was. I had I ask and when he did say it was so low I had to tell him 4 times to speak up cause I am hard of hearing. This guy does not need to work there if he can't speak up. If there was an option for negative i would definitely give it they charge you for water which it says bottle water and you get it in a cup not sealed you order sausage and gravy and pay 8 something fries were cold want to post pics of what my food looked like and my drinks but I guess they dont want to show what they serve. Every time I go thru the drive-thru they mess up my order. How hard to make a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato combo only to get home and find they gave me a chicken biscuit instead of what I paid for. It wasn't even busy; I was the only person in line. The worst service . read more

Waited almost 10 mins. for someone to take order at the register. There was about 6 people taking care of drive thru. No one even acknowledged that me so I walked out. Not the first time this has happened at the Mkt. St location. can't give less than a one, so it is a one but should be a -1. read more

My wife ordered online at this Ogden location but meant the College Rd location. THe Ogden location called her to verify the order and when she told them it was meant for College Rd they were SUPER NICE and transferred it to College Rd. That's what I call Customer Service! read more

The chicken is really juicy, fresh, and tasty. Although I don't like the white gravy on the mashed potatoes, the seasoned fries are great.

Poor communication and service. Tried placing a door dash order. It was initially accepted then received an email it had been cancelled. Since I was placing a large order, I tried calling ahead. No answer. Went to the restaurant, placed an order at the register. The young lady told me it would be 15 min. I returned in 15 min and was told bc I had such a large order they had to make fresh pieces and bread it. They had breaded 2 pieces in the 15 min I had been waiting. 4 staff members were in the back talking when I had returned. The manager was accommodating but the young lady who took my order rolled her eyes at me behind him when I complained about communication. Received a full refund without a problem, but the whole ordeal was very frustrating. Will not be returning to this Bojangles. read more

Always have to check for sauce because they will forget all the time. We pay extra for honey mustard exc. Often they will close the lobby, super inconvenient especially if you need to use the restroom. I love to go in to smell the chicken cooking and meet the employees. I hope this location does better or they just close. Sick of the bad experiences here. read more

Every time the manger in the morning with the glasses is on duty she is always complaining ready to go and i don't understand why the customers have to deal with her attitude this is the 3rd time i have came to this store and i will not be returning she is rude and she is not capable of being a manger because she is short tempered and she has no patience i was looking for the black woman with the dreads but she wasn't there again today i believe she had told me her name was T but she definitely gets the food out fast and she is always in a good mood and ready to work and take care of the customers every time i come here and i thank her for that but them other managers oh no not good need some work now if T is working in the morning maybe i will be back because i can deal with her if not i wont be back dealing with them or they roaches that were crawling up the wall in the dinning room read more

Every year during our annual Family Beach trip to Wrightsville Beach, one of the main attractions is a Bojangles breakfast! The kids go nuts over the breakfast biscuits along with the adults. As its gotten to be a really big order (lots of teenagers now), we order online, and put up early the next day. In this case, the app would not work (manager was grateful to be alerted and has those details), so I got up early to head in and place the order in person. Walk-in order for 20 biscuits + a dozen Bo-berry to go...not exactly something I was happy to drop on the crew first thing in the AM. The ENTIRE Staff didn't drop a beat. Took the order with a smile, told me not to worry, they could handle it, and even suggested that if I could wait just a bit, they would make an entirely fresh batch of biscuits to then make my order! Whole thing was ready in a short 30 min, and I was back before most of anyone was awake...which meant they all came down to the kitchen to the awesome smell of fresh Bojangles. Slowest Bojangles in the nation. Sure that food is great but you'll have to sit in the drive through for 30+ mins. Common occurrence here.

We went to this Bojangles the other day, we placed an order for 3 meals and they told us it would be a 5 minute wait. When we pulled around to the window we could see the workers playing around inside we waited and then a guy finally came to the window he told us we they didn't have any chicken strips and they were closing in 5 minutes. So we were confused bc it seemed they took our order at the window. Then he brought us one of the meals and weirdly said no charge.The food was terrible, fries were hard as rocks chicken sandwich had black and white spots on it which looked as if it had been sitting out. Avoid this bojangles restaurant if you can it's no good. They deserve 0 stars for that experience. read more

This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. I live nearby and come here sometimes because there limited fast food options around. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at this Bojangles. They are always out of something, they are always slow, and the workers don't do anything helpful to inform you that they are out of something until you wait in line for 30 minutes. Sat in line waiting for 10 minutes with no reply. Then I asked if anyone was there and they gave me sass. Then proceeded to not listen to my order, pawn my order off on someone else because she clearly got irritated. Who still continued to mess my order up. I ended up saying I was going to go elsewhere to order food and she said "good!".
