I love 5Guys!!! Their burgers are the best. And their fries are delicious - and they give you soooooo many! I had a banana shake which was good, but needed a bit more flavor. My Mom uses a walker to help her walk. After picking up the order, one of the employees carried the bag out to Mom's car for her. Above & beyond service and a kindness not often given. Up front I don't give out 5 stars, unless a staff member goes above standards. With that said. My Granddaughters & visited Five Guys for Lunch, first half of June. Hands down they make a Great American Burger! You'll never hear us or a customer say , Where is the beef! I hear some people say, There so expensive. I say, I'm paying for a real thick American burger not a razor thin patty with mustard & ketchup. Don't forget the 89% bun. By the way don't forget Five Guys milkshakes. I was craving a hot dog. I was so not impressed by what I got. I paid $20 for a small fry and hot dog. The hot dog was so average. The actual dog was not very good. The fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them. They also had so much grease on them that the bag was covered. When you do not salt your fries you turn something indulgent into something mediocre. Who wants mediocre fries? Everyone knows fries are bad for you. When you decide to eat fries, I think, you have a responsibility to give people the best fries they've ever had. You literally post it everywhere in your restaurant. The bun was shriveled into a hockey puck. Toppings were an afterthought. The drink station had 2 large barrels of ketchup. They were both almost empty to the point it took solid effort to get any ketchup at all. One of the drink machines ice didn't work. We spent $30 on 2 small burgers, unseasoned fries and two drinks we stood in line for. But hey make sure you ask us for a tip. read more

This place serves one of the better burgers in town. I ordered online a little bacon burger with lettuce tomato ketchup and Mayo. For my husband I ordered cheese burger with lettuce pickles ketchup and mustard. The food was smoking hot when they brought my order. My husbands order had an extra patti on it. He wasn't complaining about that lol. The burger was very fresh, the meat was flavorful. I really liked the Cajun fries that came with it. We ordered a large fries to share and the portion size was like an XL fries. I will say that these burgers are a bit on the pricey side, ranging anywhere from 8-11 dollars per burger but the quality of the ingredients is worth it to me. read more

I feel it's pointless to have a call ahead option if you don't make it until I get there anyway. The burgers are 100% beef, no fillers. All burgers are cooked well done and well seasoned. I opted to have a little hamburger, one patty instead of two, with lettuce, tomato and pickles. My husband opted for a Kosher hot dog, which it split to cook on the grill, with mustard and raw onion. We enjoyed salted peanuts in the shell while waiting for our food. The food arrived shortly, and to our desire. If you order the fries, the order is typically huge.
