This place is a joke, I think all wendy's suck at this point but this one. The manager on shift has a nasty attitude for no reason, I just told her the doordash order I'm picking up and she's looking around like I'm bother her. When I pulled up nobody was even in the kitchen and they started knocking the order when I pulled up. No problem waiting for real, but I worked at wendys before and it's not that hard to just prepare the meal. I am not sure how this place is still open. Often times there is a sign taped to the outside order speaker saying the drive through is closed to park and come in. When it is open they take one order at a time and complete the entire transaction prior to taking another. Just slow and horrible. Manager seemed confused by taking simple orders. Found a white unknown hair in my chicken sandwich and threw up because it looked way worse than a hair and the sanitation there was not even a thing with crumbs, liquid, and sauce on the tables. So I spent $30 on a very small order was delivered. The wrong food through Uber Eats and Wendy's. Would not honor the mistake and even let me keep the free extra Burger and fries. And I had to literally spend an extra almost $14 to. Drive all the way back and as a restaurant employee and have been for many years. I know that that is very unethical, especially in fast food and very much. What the general manager to read this review? Because that is completely horrible service. And I will not be visiting this location ever again. And this is not the first time they have gotten an order wrong even if IGrilled Chicken drive there. And I just want people to know this. Stopped by around lunchtime today to pick up lunch for my wife and I. Bought a taco salad for me and two Junior Bacon cheeseburgers and small order of fries for my wife. When I drove around to the pick up window to get my order, I was asked did I order the taco salad. I said yes and was handed a plastic bag and a small paper bag, which I assumed was the burgers. Got home and opened the bags. My salad was in the plastic bag, and the cup of chili that goes on the salad was in the small paper bag. No burgers! I later read the reviews on this place and it would appear that nobody ever receives their whole order. Out of 35 reviews, 34 are one-star, and 1 is two-star. Wish I had read them before going there. Will never go there again. I absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

Been coming here once or twice a month for the past 6 months, no clue why there are so many 1 stars. My order's been accurate every time and has always been good to great with the occasional exception of patty's being slightly dry. Only eaten inside once (today) and it was very clean, and people were very friendly/hospitable. Occasionally late night people might be slightly short and food might take a while, but come on- most people are a bit cranky at 1 AM. 3 pm oct 1, 2018 Still a sad place. I guess the truth here is it's been bad for years and the owners have no intention of making it any better. That's a real shame. This is an area with a lot of affluence, people and families who would eat there. Asked for a single with mustard and onions, the man training the woman at the window acted perturbed when he asked me a second time if I wanted cheese.....like Is the addition of cheese making their lives SO much easier in there? Quite a bad dine-in experience. My Asiago sandwich had some very dry chicken with barely any ranch sauce. The utensil bar had empty ketchup dispensers. The strawberry Frosty tasted more like vanilla. On top of that, the cashier was odd. After eating, we ordered some extra food for my brother, and then they took my mom's debit card to the drive-through register. We waited a while to the point where we had to ask for the card back. They were also unable to give us a receipt, leaving us to exit hoping they didn't charge extra money. read more

Because I work long hours and tend to get out late, I often don't have time for anything but a quick drive-thru meal at whatever fast food location is open. I'm not going to wax philosophic about the perils of eating fast food. I generally factor that into my lifestyle, knowing that it will never be an ideal situation. But in the very least--all manner of cold, greasy, barely edible food aside--I expect to not get ripped off, or to at least witness a fast food "restaurant" having a good day amongst the many bad. Such cannot be said of the Wendy's on Eastwood, at the intersection of Oleander/Military Cutoff Road. In the multiple attempts that I have visited this location, which I've done to give them a fair chance, they have not once had my order correct. They have missed items, given me incorrect substitutions, and to date have not given me a burger without cheese even though I have an allergy and have specifically requested my burgers without cheese. (On the last time I was there--and I do mean absolute last time I will ever be there--I even asked for no cheese twice and had the employee repeat the order to make sure they had this correct information...to no avail.) This is one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to. And I should also point out that my work frequently has me traveling across many states and many types of communities. I've been to places that were not much more than tumbleweeds and a Taco Bell operating out of a gas station. Yet this is the first time I've felt compelled to relay my unfortunate experiences. So that should give some context into how bad this particular site really is. My advice: choose another local place from which to get food, even if you have to drive an extra mile or two. And if it's late at night, and your options are slim...consider hunger as a viable alternative to this Wendy's. read more

Get it together. Labor Day weekend, not even that many people in the line. Drive thru customers shouldn't have to wait twenty-five minutes for someone to take their order. The workers are trying their absolute best, but they're short-staffed on a holiday weekend. Managing is hard, I get it, but get the staff together to make your location work, and support them with the support staff they need or get out of the game. I waited twenty five minutes from the time I entered the five car line until I got my food. The staff wasn't messing up, customers weren't being ridiculous, the location was merely severely understaffed. Again, the staff were very gracious, apologetic and understanding, but were simply lacking support. Again, either figure out how to properly staff your location and roll with the punches of fast food service, or let someone else do it. read more

If I could give this establishment zero starts to write a review that's what they'd get. I very rarely post a review on much of anything but I've never experienced a worse place to get food from. I work close to this Wendy's so its pretty easy to get there and grab food. Not only are they some unmotivated , unprofessional slack ass employees, but they are rude and inappropriate. I told one drive thru worker I didnt need a receipt and she rudely pointed to the ground and said, throw it down there. AS IN OUT MY WINDOW IN THE PARKING LOT OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. whaaat?!?! I had another drive thru employee ask me how much money on my card because I wanted to pay for a friends order in cash. Um, where do people get off asking questions like that?!?!?!? They are slow, the food rarely comes out hot, and if I could eat my arm on my 30 minute lunch break to avoid going over there I probably would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
