I went to Bojangles on Durant Road just a few minutes ago, approximately 10 AM ,but before I placed my order I went to the bathroom. There was someone already in the the other stall so naturally I went into the other one. I came out of the stall and the other person came out of other stall after me. I washed my hands and the other young lady just looked at her self in the mirror to see I guess that she was looking in order. I waited to see if she was going to wash her hands and she didn't. I just came to this Bojangles this morning. I ordered three things off the menu I got home. I took a bite of my sandwich and there was multiple strands of hair wrapped into my sandwich. I called the lady the Bojangles lady she told me that I could come up there and either get my money back or get a free meal so I came up there to do just that she's gonna start asking me for the receipt and when I told her I don't have it cause I wasn't expecting her to be in my food she said well we can't do anything without a receipt. I eat at this one all the time, but today was different. I ordered a 2 piece dinner with fries and added dirty rice. Half way home I was about to eat a fry but noticed BLOOD on the receipt and the box. My whole stomach turned. I went back. The manager replaced it, but left OUT the dirty rice that I paid EXTRA for. Went to the Bojangles on Capital Blvd last night and that will be the last time I go there. The cashier was sweeping the floor behind the register. He looked at me and then continued to sweep. Finally, he stopped and took my order which I had to repeat multiple times. He then continued to sweep without telling me how much money I owed. I stood there looking at him like is it free tonight. He finally realized he didn't let me pay. When I got my 2 piece meal, the leg and thigh were cold and very small, the fries were hard and cold with no seasoning whatsoever and no biscuit at all! The only thing hot was the iced tea! It should have been free or they should have paid me! It was the worst I have ever got at that Bojangles And I won't be going back to that one. read more

I have honestly never heard of Bojangles until I came down south. I guess you can compare it to a KFC or Popeyes, essentially a fried chicken fast food restaurant but southern style. I have to say their fried chicken is amazing! Their sides of mac and cheese was surprisingly cheesy, gooey and delicious for a fast food restaurant. I have been to this @Bojangles1977 on Capital Blvd several times, and my last visit was horrible. It was horrible not really because of the food, but because of the service the manager provided. I will say that I am in an interracial relationship, but I never thought I would be actively, and openly discriminated upon because of it. I am like whoa. So we went to Bojangles, and it is obvious that we are together. The manager is at the register, looked at us, and started talking to just her in Spanish. The manager switched from English with the previous customers to Spanish. I know I don't look like a native Spanish speaker, but I think the manager was deliberately trying to exclude me from the conversation. When the other person has to translate what the manager is saying, then the manager should have just switched to English. But no, the manager even asked in Spanish (not looking at me) what did I want. It is like the manager didn't respect me because I was not a native Spanish speaker like she was. It is not like I went to an Authentic Mexican restaurant, I went to Bojangles. When I go to a Mexican restaurant, then you can treat me like the Gringo Moreno, but I still would consider it rude. If a group of people walk in, and 100% of them speak English, the manager shouldn't single out the one person in the group just to speak Spanish with them, and then ask that one person what everybody else wants. If the manager doesn't want to talk to people in English, then she shouldn't be up front dealing with the customers. Not only that, but I ordered a Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit, Bo Rounds, & water. I guess the manager thought I was too stupid to notice that she overcharged me by ringing up a combo price. I asked for water, but she charged me for a drink. Which meant I had to go back and wait in line, just to get the order re-rung, and get the change back. My husband and I tried Bojangles for the first time today and were a bit disappointed. The food was good, the fries especially, but the service was seriously lacking. The young man that took our order had a huge attitude. We were polite and respectful to him, so we honestly didn't understand why he was behaving the way he was. I must say .. Bojos .. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed this time at you. Usually I get fast and hot food during lunch time at any other Bojangles around Raleigh. You had the whole Capital Blvd on stop because of the slowness! I mean, Chic Fil-A has way more customers lined up than you did and they get their customers in and out in 5 minutes. Came to Bojangles tonight a little after 10:00 but before 10:30, the store says that it close at 11. so while we were in drive through no one said anything there was no sign saying that they close before 11 they didn't respond to anyone that was in drive through. remind yu the drive through line was really long if the store close before 11 there should be a sign stating that the store close at 10 and not elven. and the fact that even when I drove up to the window the manager nor the workers felt the need to come to the window out of respect to say they are closed they completely ignored me the whole time read more

I don't eat fast food hardly ever but had to be sure to try the Bo Jangles while I was spending some time in the South. The chicken was good although I think I might like Chick-fil-A friend chicken better. However, the biscuit was ... Out of this world amazing. Pretty good location. My husband and I ended up visiting twice once for breakfast and lunch since our hotel was right down the street. Breakfast was fine but for lunch, the drive thru was backed up and slow moving. My dirty rice was not good, appeared and tasted like they overcooked the rice and put too much water in it, so the usual seasoned taste was nonexistent, not good at all!! In terms of franchises, this Bojangles is the king of all Bojangles. Service is always fast, prompt, and on-point. I've never received cold-food from this location once in 10 years. Even with some of the highest traffic volumes I've ever seen for a fast-food joint, they process orders with incredible speed and efficiency. The employees are very friendly. But most importantly, I am always satisfied with the food. It's fast food, but it's damn good, hot, and fresh fast food. And the best thing is, if anything is even remotely unsatisfactory, they will take it back and prepare you a new order, no questions asked. read more

We came into the restaurant around 2pm, after the lunch rush, so they weren't very busy except the chaos behind the counter. Both of our orders came out completely wrong- they gave us French fries instead of the sides we ordered. It took them a while to get that straight, then my wife pointed out that she ordered dark meat chicken, not white. The man behind the counter said chicken was cooking and would be ready in a few- he would bring the order out when ready. 10 minutes later my wife went to check and it still wasn't ready. I have always loved Bojangles. As I am from Charlotte, Bojangles has a special place in my heart. This location has some serious fixing to do. First, they do not offer all the food that typical Bojangles offers. Where are the roasted chicken bites. I asked and the lady told me they do not offer them at this location. She couldn't tell me why, as I thought that was weird. Second, on busy mornings there is typically someone standing outside to take the food order while the line is backed up in the drive thru. A young lady comes to my car out of no where (not previously there) while I'm waiting to order through the drive thru and stands at my window. Confused because she was not there before and I haven't seen this at Bojangles before, I continue to wait for the speaker. She continues to follow my car & makes the motion for me to roll down my window. I'm very confused at this point. I roll my window down and she says "what do you want?". I'm like "what do you want? You asked me to roll down my window." She says "no, what do you want to eat." I'm like "are you trying to taking my order?" She gets upset and clearly doesn't understand I have no idea what the heck she's doing and responds loudly "Yes what do you want?" This exchange baffled me and my husband and we clearly were upset as this was not "excellent customer service" I'm sure they thought they were giving when they sent someone outside. No smiles, no hellos, no menu to look at. The food is okay. Nothing special. I never go out of my way to visit this location. Typically I'll look for ANYTHING else before coming here and I know to expect the usual ugly rude lady who wants to know what I want. read more

Really great chicken tenders, fluffy biscuits, and nicely seasoned fries. I always get the family pack when I go and I like how it comes with a half a gallon of tea. The only con is the tenders can sometimes be skimpy, but otherwise it taste great! I always feel content when I go eat there because im eating a full meal basically! Plus I really love the seating because the benches are wider than your average seating area, which is so much more comfortable than sitting on those tiny fabric benches. I knew for a fact that there was not going to be a Bojangles, but I was expecting something equivalent to it in terms of taste. I have not had chicken as good or even close to being as good since I arrived here. I took how good the food was, how cheap the prices were and how nice the employees are. Bojangles have a wide variety of menu options but all the main things are chicken based. I would usually get the chicken fillet biscuit combo with a large ice tea. The biscuits are the fluffiest things I have ever had in my mouth. The chicken was so well seasoned; it was pretty much something that my mom would cook at home. In other words, it was fast food that tasted like a good home cooked meal. The cajun fries were something out of this work. Everyone talks about how good McDonald's fries are, but in my opinion they do not come anywhere close to the taste of Bojangles' cajun fries. One of the things I have missed the most since arriving to Arizona has been the sweet tea. I am not sure if it is the Arizona water that makes the tea taste different or if there are other factors that I am not aware of, but the sweet tea in Arizona taste like watered down tea from Bojangles. Another thing that makes Bojangles so great is the fact that the prices are super reasonable. The cajun fillet biscuit combo with a large sweet tea only cost about $6-7. My friend usually gets the supreme dinner, which comes with 4 chicken tenders, a biscuit, fries and a drink, and all of this comes out to total around the same as the cajun fillet biscuit combo. Bojangles also sells half-gallon sweet teas for about $2.39. I would usually get it when I go there because everyone in my house likes it. The first thing your senses will react to is the scent of fried chicken. The place is usually busy but the employees do such an amazing job of keeping the line going by in an effective and efficient way. The sitting area is not very large, but there is enough room to accommodate everyone that decided to dine in. People usually get their orders to go so the inside is not really. The employees are almost as nice as employees from Chick-fil-a. They always offer to refill my drinks for me and if everything is going well. I pretty much tell anyone who bring the topic of fast food about how great Bojangles is and how their sweet tea is better than anything I have tasted in Arizona. I cannot wait to go back home to be able to taste the delicious chicken and fluffy biscuits, and let us not forget the sweet tea that I have not tasted anything close to since arriving in Arizona. read more
