Came in around 10:00 pm on a Saturday, service was friendly and respectful. The food was good! I had a Frisco Melt with Cajun Fries and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Restaurant has a sort of retro look to it, which makes it a nice burger joint. Will def be back!

Fantastic spot! We came for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. We had breakfast tacos. Homemade chorizo with salsa verde is awesome. Will definitely come back.

Store is stand alone and has plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Now on to the important part...the food... Second time and same as the first! Food really good. Store nice and clean along with the bathroom. Waitress was wonderful.

I tried Sean's Shack for the first time this weekend and it did not disappoint. When you enter it very much feels like you have e entered a quaint dinner. The restaurant was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. I got the red hot breakfast sandwich and the it came in with just the right amount of spice. They let me change the cheese to cheddar which was much appreciated. The orange juice by far was the best that I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back.

I love that "Sean" works here and is very engaging. The service is great and seems to have a consistent staff which is a compliment to Sean and his team! Can't go wrong with anything we've tried on the menu. Everything is consistently good. Our go to place when we are in this area. The restaurant is always clean and friendly. Thank you Sean for running a great burger and hot dog restaurant.

Great like always.... Glad they offer a healthy salad option as well as all the burgers and sides too. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The ambiance of a cafe style with good lighting and cheerful feel.

Yet another awesome meal from Sean's! The freshness, value for your dollar and service are always the best! The burgers, chicken strips and fixings are my go to there, but everything is delicious. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Will be back soon.

First time eating here and our lunch was so good! Sourdough burger with Cajun fries, mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and chicken tenders. Everything was correct and really delicious. Burgers were juicy and seasoned well. Really great location right off Capital Blvd, dedicated parking lot, too.

Overall good experience, the food for the price is pretty good quality. I've eaten in multiple times and the service is great, they are very attentive.

$15 for a tiny burger and a handful of fries....

I truly don't understand the hype behind this place. The food is average at best. I went in today and ordered the Rattler burger. It looked good but tasted mediocre, not to mention it took me about 5 average bites to eat the whole thing. It was supposed to have "queso and spicy chorizo", which was just jarred nacho cheese sauce the blandest "chorizo" which was basically just ground beef. Not much of it either. The fries were bland frozen fries and I got about a snack size amount. My problem with this place isn't necessarily the food, it's the prices. This place is an unbelievable rip off. My burger and fries, after the minimum possible tip, was over $17 dollars. Everyone hates on Five Guys because it's expensive. A double burger and small fries at Five Guys is around the same price and you get a portion that's about three-times bigger. I don't understand why this place offers everything a-la-carte. Fix your prices to the quality of the food you offer.

I enjoy the open kitchen vibe that really gives it the bakery ambience. I recommend placing your order online in advance for pickup. This morning, I walked in and saw not one familiar face there, and I've come to learn all the staff walked out simultaneously weeks ago. After getting to know many of the staff over the years of frequenting there, anything to make every staff member walk out at the same time has to be big enough to leave a sour taste in your mouth. Am truly sad to see such a Raleigh staple not see the value in the community their staff created. Cheers to Joe, Brennan, Brett, amber, and all of the others past a present (shout out Tim and Casey and Jackie!) for their place in our lives over all of these years! The place was crowded but there was no wait. I got seated immediately at a table near a column in the middle of the restaurant and Christy came over and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She brought me iced water and gave me time to look at the menu. I wanted to try so many things and I was too optimistic about ordering 3 things and finishing them myself. Good thing I only ordered 2 things! An order of fried catfish with home fries and one egg. And a biscuit with sausage gravy. The fried catfish was salted and well fried. It tasted delicious for my first bite! The home fries were basically cut potatoes, but they weren't very fried or flavored. I wished I ordered the side of apple sauce instead. The biscuit and sausage was good, but a bit too much for one person after eating a separate order already. Definitely bring more people so you can try more things. Also, I wished I had asked for sausage gravy on the side so I can try the biscuit on its own first as well. Furthermore, I would have more time to eat the catfish so I wasn't worried about the biscuit getting soggy. Christy came to check up on me every now and then. The place was buzzing with people and decorations so I didn't feel so alone. When it was time to pay, Christy brought me the check for me to pay at the cash register. Both Christy and the cashier were so friendly! The restaurant does have a women's and a mens restroom if needed.
